Due to the nature of my work I twist, bend, strain, push, pull, and lift heavy equipment and tools. Often finding myself in awkward pksitiobs for extended periods of time. I find the knowledgable, friendly, and professional staff givong me regular adjustments makes me feel better and they give you advice on how to better position yourself and approach jobs to prevent recurring strains that can lead to permanent damage.

I routinely see Dr. Marranca at the Niagara Falls location and can't say enough good. He takes the time to understand what my concerns are so that he addresses them properly. He takes time every visit to demonstrate techniques, answer general questions, or just chat. Office staff are always friendly, the facility is clean, and more than once they've accommodated me in a pinch when I have pain between visits. Highly recommend, won't go anywhere else.

Update 11/1/21: wait times have been severely reduced, Notaro is back to being the best chiro around UPDATE: Dropping my review from 5 to 2 stars. Over the past year the wait times have become ridiculous. What used to be a 5 or 10 minute wait has become 30 or 45 minutes, I've even waited over an hour once. What's the point of making an 'appointment' if they cannot keep it ? Service is still good but they're completely dropping the ball on managing their patient load. Very friendly greeting as soon as you come in, the doctor sees you in usually less than 5 minutes so it's always a quick in and out. Lastly, the chiropractic care is awesome! - my back and neck have improved so much in the past couple months.

Showed up for a 8am massage with my wife only to be told someone canceled my appointment. That ment no one was available to take me at that time. They said you can come back at 10 but since we already had other plans for the day I was out of luck. I felt that wasn't very good customer service. Just my opinion.

Just had a massage by Margaret Lewis at the Niagara Falls location and it was by far one of the best massages I have had. I go for monthly massages ( casino, spas, etc) and I would have to say she beat them all and I will definitely be back. Also, All office staff was friendly and inviting. A+++ Feeling wonderful ????

Follow up..I just recieved a call from the office offering a complimentary massage with another masseuse. I appreciate this greatly as it was quite a luxury to splurge ony self in this way. This review is only for massage therapist Karen M. I specifically went in for a deep tissue massage. The room was nice, relaxing. I Explained to Karen what I wanted before getting on the table...deep tissue for back and shoulders a little lighter on thighs. As the massage began Karen talked about herself quite a bit. I prefer quiet so tried to answer non verbally as to not encourage more talk. Hearing about her lack of preparedness and lack of lotions was not soothing to me at all. As she worked on my back with feather lightness I again asked for deep tissue. I was answered with "I'm getting there". Well feather lightness is all I got through the whole 50 mins. even after asking again for a deeper massage after flipping over and shoulder work was done. I feel like me feeble mother could have done as much to relieve my tension.
