Paula was incredible, she did my first message ever, and we had a wonderful conversation during the process. I was nervous at first but once we got into it it was like a whole different feeling. The place was easy to find and it had a very calming atmosphere. They were very understanding when I had to pay in two separate transactions and very reasonably priced with all the work that was put in!

The place is clean and the staff are very professional. The RMT's working there are sort of hit and miss. Some do a great job, while others, not so much. What can be annoying is when you have a set appointment time but get brought in late, and dont exactly get your full amount of time. Usually get short changed five minutes, but it adds up after several visits. Being originally from the GTA, I've tried several in Brampton, Toronto and Mississauga. In the St. Carharines area, this is the best one I've come across thus far.

I don't give 5 star normally but not only have they helped me with my repetitive stress injury the last few months, I've had massages from different team members and even though they have different styles of massage they each helped me in different ways. I've had deep tissue on my whole back which helped me straighten it out and ive had them focus on my neck to help with migraines. They also are mindful of any medical conditions you have or if you have recently had surgery like me which is really important! Also is great place if you are an introvert and don't like to talk but also great if you need to talk during massage so it's less awkward they do both no problem. Its always clean and I like how each room is set up. They also accept GS so it's affordable, and their secretary is amazing when it comes to following up and booking.

Professional and calming atmosphere. I was 7 months pregnant when I went, they were prepared for this with special cushions for the table... and my masseuse was able to pinpoint my problem areas and work on the stiff muscles in my lower back and hips. Felt great afterwards!

All round great! I love the ability to book appointments online. Lots of RMTs (9?) so they definitely have someone that can fit the type of massage you want. The story I like to tell people is the time I could barely walk because of a running injury in my calf, i went in to see Paula for the most painful massage of my life and two days later was able to run a PB in a 10k race. Since then I will always recommend the magic of the excruciating massage!

I think that when I pay $90.00 for a massage that I at least should have a friendly personable RMT capable of having at least SOME conversations thats too much to ask for apparently. I arrived at 910. My RMT couldn't say hello or hi. the receptionist told me what her name was We entered the room and therein followed an hour of futile attempts at conversation on my part. I tried many times to start a conversation and she replied in monosyballic answers. Never did she ask if I was comfortable. She didn't make any conversation at all At the end of the appt she didn't say thank you.. she just told me to get up that we were done and she left the room, Then when I came back in to speak to the receptionist about this, Bobbi just ignored me, didn't say hello, bye or thank you Is this the right way to treat a customer?

I've been going here for 4 years now. I've received a massage from a variety of their RMT's. Both Paul's have been great for my body, mind, and soul, however, I've stuck to Paul Jefferess for the past year and couldn't be happier. Great place - highly recommended.

Great service, bookings can be done online or by phone, they direct bill several companies, and the RMTs have always been courteous and communicative. Atmosphere is lovely and if you start late, that time will be made up to you at the end so you still get the time you paid for. I love and recommend Medi to everyone in the region who can get here, and if you find one therapist doesn't quite have the technique you're looking for, there are several others to try and choose from.

Clean and professional. Exactly what you hope to see when getting a massage. You can typically get an appointment with very short notice which is super convenient. Accept all sorts of insurance. Hurt like hell. Would return. 10/10
