My body gets sore from daily exercise and physical activity so I got a massage from Neil. It was a great experience, wasnt at all what I expected. As oppose to a silent massage he took a more physio approach and was able to point out lagging parts in my body that I can work on through stretching and different exercises to improve my physical health. This was greatly appreciated and deserves 5 stars. Thanks again

Colin is my RMT and he is really good. I have tried 6 other RMTs and Colin is the best. He is easy to talk to. Makes you feel comfortable. Offers advice. I love the online booking system too ..so easy to use. I would and have recommended him.

I must have snagged a cancellation spot and was lucky to get in quickly for a massage with Tammy who was incredible. She was very professional and accommodating and super effective in immediately relieving the pain and discomfort I described at the beginning of our appointment. Dr. Kim Ng is amazing, I've been seeing him for over a month now. Since going I've noticed that I am less stressed and when I am stressed I have better stress tolerance.
