Best physiotherapist in Niagara. Tony is very hands-on; he didn’t put me on the “machines” that are so typical of physiotherapists now. He figured out what was causing me pain within minutes and had me fixed up after three visits, ending many months of pain!

I absolutely love this place. I go to Tony for my treatments and he is the first physiotherapist I have seen to do manual therapy on me. Most places I go to just recommend exercises and put you on therapy machines for 10-15 minutes.

Currently I’m dealing with a rotator cuff like issue. I went in hurting today from over working myself raking. With Tony’s experience and expertise, stretching & bending me and Kyle’s kinetics knowledge, I left feeling much better. I’m only supposed to be rating today’s appointment. I’ve been seeing Tony since he opened his practice many years ago. Tony has been the only treatment that has made me feel better.

I do not have enough good things to say about this place. I spent weeks and hundreds of dollars going to another physiotherapist and no results. Tony fixed me up in 45 minutes. It was amazing.

I was told by my MD that basically my shoulders were frozen and nothing could be done for me. I went to Generations and was treated by Tony and I'm still working physically 4 years later. He's amazing, if you want to be helped this is the place for you. There is short term pain for long term gain though. It's definitely worth a try, what do you have to loose.

Before I got referred to Generations by a friend I had gone to 2 different chiropractors and a physiotherapist. All three just did nothing to help with my lower back pain. Only wanted to suck money out of me for more visits . Only took one visit to Tony at Generations Sport Physo and by the time I walked by to my car I already felt better. Tony is a life saver. He knows exactly how to get the knots out of you. I have gone to him for back issues. Carpal tunnel and plantars fasciitis. All have been fixed without surgery and no pills. I would drive 2 hours to go to him if I had too. Their hours are great they hav very early morning appointments also which help me not miss work. So at the end of the day if you wanna live with pain that’s up to you. If you don’t go see them at Generations

Just had a session with Tony. It was NOT fun. I felt like an alligator was turning me into a pretzel under water. First I was stunned. Then I swore loud and often. Then I cried. And then...I stood up straight and without pain for the first time in months. I have been to many practitioners in the past few months for exhausting back pain and in 2 sessions he fixed it. And and he took care of my vertigo while I was there. Well done.
