Cozy yet absolutely luxurious, the service is next to none. I spent the afternoon getting a spa treatments, the staff are welcoming and professional. My facial and body scrub were wonderful and i would recommend the spa to anyone in the area looking for a little pampering. The view of the falls is spectacular and the windown wall gives you a completely unstructured view of what Niagara had to offer. Would definitely go back.

The RMT massage is mediocre. The facials are amazing. However, it is stupid expensive at this spa! One massage is $200 plus they charge you the tip and extra tourist tax that they refuse to take off! A facial ends up being over $230! Its ridiculous!

This is our second (and third) time here and we love the hydrotherapy tub. Best thing here. You also get free tea, water, and apples. Views are great and see all falls. Had a hot stone massage the first time and was great but we've done the hydro tub 3 times. Worth it.

Massages were horrible, issues with booking when inquiring goodluck getting them on the phone. The curstomer service was great in person but didn't appreciate being made fun of when asking for the massage I paid extra for. Didn't ask for RMT, stuck paying for it regardless. Won't return. Will stick with White Oaks going forward. Nice view though!

Jennifer (the loud one as she said to reference her) was amazing. She kept great company and conversation. The aromatic body treatment was everything I expected and more. We had a couples relaxation massage and use of the hydra bath with chocolate brownies and champagne glasses of refreshing beverage on side of tub to enjoy followed by a steam shower.Very good massages finished with hot towel rub. Treat yourself!

Massage was NOT good, then walked out to see an enormous bill! A one hour massage for WELL over the advertised price. (Like 50 dollars more!!). Then they lied and said fees are mandatory and a quick Google search (sadly after the fact) clearly showed it’s not. The people were nice, but they doesn’t make up enough for a less than par experience. Oh, and for a $200 massage, can’t even offer water (bottled due to the rules of course). Every other spa I’ve been to since the pandemic has. And I totally understand places have suffered, but I expect the basics in honesty, openness and at least a very good massage at a place like this.

Booked it last minute, was staying on the hotel. Was greeted with a smile and very nice atmosphere. Was taken to a sitting area next to the windows and given a glass of water. Valerie came and took me to the pedicure chair and was very welcoming. This was my first time at a spa or getting a pedicure so I didn’t have many expectations. The pedicure was amazing , I got the signature pedicure. I talked to Valerie the entire time who was amazing, my feet felt amazing. Although it was very expensive, especially just for a pedicure , I am glad I did it. The views were amazing , the staff was wonderful and I highly recommend this spa. Something worthy of splurging on.

Nancy was very welcoming with her smiles and tour of the spa, making sure I didn’t have to ask any questions and explained everything to me. I took my fiancé to his first spa experience and he was impressed ! I had an amazing experience at the spa! The view is great, despite it being a gloomy and rainy day the day I visited. I booked a few hours before and was lucky to have found an appointment for the day, since it tends to fill up quickly. I chose the stress relief massage. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. Mask policy is enforced. You need to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you have enough time to fill in the forms required. I love the environment overall, since it offered a relaxing experience and a fantastic view of the falls. Washrooms were also very clean. Finally, Dei was very friendly and enjoyable to chat with. I look forward to visiting again.

My boyfriend and I booked a couples Stress Relief massage - the first time either of us have had an RMT massage. Ivo and Mallorie were wonderful - we felt so relaxed afterwards. Staff were kind and friendly. When we visit Niagara Falls again, we will be back :)

Amazing, friendly, and clean service!! The girls were all so welcoming and made you feel at home with a nice lounge area and refreshments before the actual spa treatment. The change rooms were clean and the ladies always reminded you of the extra steps up and down around the spa. I got a body scrub which was wonderful but I have to say the view was the most breath taking. Great spa for a special occasion!

Do not book online at this spa... If you book for a specific day on this website, it will reroute you and choose a different day for your appointment entirely. You will not know this until you get a confirmation email stating that your appointment is on a completely different day from what you chose. And then when you call to fix it, they say there is nothing they can do and that they are full. This was supposed to be a painless, easy and stress free booking although it has turned into a multiple phone issue... will not be booking here again

Regularly visit massage spas and I have to say this was an unforgettable experience. Me and my husband had a couples massage set up together in a room. Service was excellent, staff were prompt and offered refreshments. We enjoyed the hot tea. Tanya was outstanding, used perfect pressure for my deep tissue and listened to my focus areas. Loved the hot towels on the treatment areas. The price is definitely on the high end but can be justified by the spa being beautiful and modern with unmatched and breathtaking views.

It had a beautiful view but the rest went downhill I requested specifically the massage thats for pregnant lady's and it’s not cheap, but the masseuse wasn’t even notified that i was pregnant so we had to waste time on setting up for it in a tiny room. Then the masseuse was talking to me the whole time, also kept telling her to go more gentle but she didn’t. I thought i paid someone to help me relax not to learn about someone’s else life story.. i do not recommend it to anyone! Terrible experience..

This place did not disappoint! I got a spa facial and eye logic treatment and Val was my esthetician. She was super attentive and made this mama-to-be feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Not to mention she has THE SOFTEST hands!! I couldn't use the sauna or steamroom as I am expecting but those were definitely nice to have. The seating area that overlooks the falls is breathtaking, go earlier or stay for a bit after to enjoy the views. Tea, water and fruits were a nice touch. $$$$ but def worth it as a treat!

We got a couples massage and falls view tub soak. The massages were good, but overpriced. But the tub wasn't working. The jets were making loud noises and kept turning on and off on one side and never worked on the other. I got out to tell the girl and she said she would get someone, but no one ever came after I waited a while. So I got back in and went without the jets. When I got out, I again let her know the jets were broken. Megan told me she never got anyone because she "could hear it running." We explained again that the motor was making loud noises, but it wasn't pushing water. For what I paid, I expected it to work. They never offered a credit or anything to remedy. She simply said, "I'll make a note. We will have to call an electrician". Some sort of courtesy would have been appreciated. They simply didn't care that the jets failed to work. The hotel the spa is in is nice, but I wouldn't return to this spa again. The view is great, but it is ridiculously overpriced for what you get. I wasn't pleased with how they handled the situation with the broken jets at all. We should have stopped at the massages and saved our money.

Visited the spa on April 20th,19. We had a party of 5, celebrating my moms birthday. First lovely surprise was parking was valet and is validated at the Sheraton hotel. Check in was quick! The ambiance was superb, beautiful views of falls surrounding you, glass widows all around. The have decent amount of seating where you can hang out prior and after treatment. The facility offers various loose leave teas as well as bottled water. The cleanliness of the spa was immaculate, towel smelled linen fresh, robes were a bit on the rough side. I received the 55min stress relief massage, my massage was good but the masseuse who provided my treatment was pregnant, I would have liked a little more pressure but didn’t ask as I was more concerned for her and didn’t want to add any additional strain to her. After the massages we enjoyed the steam-room. Overall my family enjoy the experience.

What a terrific experience! The staff were awesome and accommodating. The massage itself was by far the best massage I've ever received - thank you so much Frankie! The view was incredible. If you are doing the couples package, I recommend doing the couples retreat with the hydrotherapy bath - it was so relaxing and we got cake and a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage. 10/10 recommend. Thank you for making our weekend that much more enjoyable :)

So I had made reservations a day b4 for a couple's massage. as they are busy, booking was a ease couple of minutes and done. So this is on the 14th floor of the hotel which no one told me at the time of the booking. I checked with the front desk at the Sheraton and found out. Massage was FIVE STARTS, reason for my 3 star review was when to Sheraton to valet park my car they said go somewhere else since i am not a guest of the hotel, I called christienne and she said wait and got me a comp parking which was great customer service..(5*) my problem was it was our wedding anniversary and due to us leaving and looking for another parking lot we had lost time. Which means we paid for one hour of a massage and got only 35 minutes. (My main reason for a 3 star review). Other then that I would highly recommend them even after the loss of time. So if you are in town book ahead and you are in wonderful hands. Massage was very relaxing at least for the half hour or so spent. I do not blame the parking issue to them but my loss of time was . And still getting charged the full hr. I believe it should have been half off as we got 30ish minutes of actual massage and paid for one hour.

I had a couples massage. Mine was with Alison and she was exceptional, 2nd best massage I've ever had and I have plenty. We were overcharged but didn't notice till after I left so be watchful of hidden charges. Look at your bill and ask what the extra charges are if you see any. Book with Alison, you won't be disappointed.

My husband and I celebrated my birthday at Christienne - and boy were we spoiled. Just to talk about the space - it's the best view. If it's a couples day, or girls day - whatever the occasion, it's bound to impress. We started off the morning being greeted at the front desk warmly and very courteously. We were offered a wide selection of tea. We had a couples massage (both our therapists were incredible), a hydrobath (if you've never tried it - do it. It's pricey but it's worth it. The view in the room, private space and the tub - it's beautiful), body exfoliations and facials. Every treatment was handled professionally and hygienically. All the technicians were wonderful! They were very careful with my allergies because they bring out a little brownie at the tub. Instead, they substituted it with chocolate-covered strawberries and sparkling punch. A special touch. Products used all smelled wonderful and were fine with my sensitive skin. A must do - it was the highlight of my birthday!

I would like to share with you my last experience, I visited Chritinas spa for first time 6 years ago and I had the best experience ever, the expertise of the RMT was absolutely amazing, the customer service spectacular and we had a great experience overall. This past Monday I decide to book another visit for my 40th birthday and drove all the way from Toronto expecting to have another wonderful experience on this special birthday. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed and felt like it was a waste of money and time! I found that the RMTs were not professional at all, also the cost of the services offered was much higher however, some of the perks were no longer offered, we were not even offered a glass of water. The falls view that we had the first time was replaced with a little room that had a terrible atmosphere. Finally, I found that the customer service was unprofessional and not friendly. Also, I want to add that you should not decide for customers the tip amount and especially add tax on top of the tip. This is quite unethical. Overall I must say that I am extremely disappointed with this visit. The only reason I did not mention anything during our visit is because I didn't want to ruin my birthday.

Amazing spa with a beautiful view!! We picked the 55 minute full body massage. A few pros and cons to summarize our experience. Pros: - very calm and warming atmosphere - the view was spectacular - very COVID friendly place. They kept sanitizing and maintaining protocols - the staff were accommodating and had great customer service - the leg and arm massage was phenomenal Cons: - the back massage was mediocre - not the greatest massage for the price - be aware of the additional costs when picking a package or treatment. Prices can climb up pretty quickly - would consider going to another spa next time with the prices being a little lower.

The massage was excellent! The spa is small, 2 showers, small sauna, small sitting area, beautiful view of the falls. It gets noisy quickly. I could hear the other patrons during my massage. 2/5 because when I arrived I was not offered coat check or a bottle of water. I had to stuff my parka into the small locker. My group of girlfriends who arrived afterwards, received coat check and water. I’m a visible minority and I’ve experience subtle racism before...I went shower after my massage and I did not notice a single woman who had to stuff her parka in the lockers and they were all offered water. I’ve had more courteous service at other salons; I don’t have to question if my skin tone makes me second class.

I booked a spa service for my wife as a surprise. She therefore did not know the value of the service. At the end of the services when presented with the bill, when she asked, the spa staff intentionally deceived her saying that the tip was not included in the final bill. She subsequently added a $40 tip to the bill and left. When I called back the next day, I was assured that it would be refunded but that has not occurred.

Had a poor experience at this establishment. My wife and I went in for a massage and we both walked out unhappy. The floors in the massage room were super dusty and had loads of hair scattered throughout, not a pleasant thing to be looking at when you're face down trying to enjoy your "peaceful" massage. The lady who was doing my wife's massage was constantly asked to apply more pressure and use more strength. The masseuse was an elderly lady and in all honesty did not do a good job at all. I had a mini consultation with my masseuse and told him what areas of my back I wanted focussed on, in return he just basically did a "freestyle" massage and now I've been experiencing pain in areas of my back and neck that I've never experienced before. To be honest I feel like this was a "side job" or first time thing for these two. No proper training or care from these two workers. Very disappointed as we spent almost $400 and walked out feeling pain later that same day.

One of the best spas I have ever been. The view is absolutely breathtaking, the service is impeccable and I really recommend the hydrotherapy bath! We took the Christienne couple retreat which included a 55 mins couple massage. Both RMTs were really great. Then they took us into a room with direct view on the falls and explained very kindly how to use the hydrotherapy bath. As a treat we even received 2 spritzers and brownies! Delicious! The facilities are sparkling clean Overall wonderful and relaxing experience! Would definitely do it again!

My husband booked us a couple's massage over the phone for my birthday. The spa called back a few days later and said that day (my birthday) didn't work so we had to switch dates. My husband had to switch his days off and now it wasn't on my birthday. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, the spa called to see if we could do an earlier time. We said no as we had arranged childcare so they let us stick with the already predetermined time. We requested two female masseuses and were assured that would be the case. Instead we had one female and one male. They didn't acknowledge the change and I didn't want to make a fuss since it was a gift but unfortunately I didn't enjoy the experience due to this. I was very uncomfortable. Positive notes - the view and the hydrotub are great!
