I absolutely love this studio, especially Rachel! She was my first ever yoga instructor years ago when I first started practicing. I recently moved to Port Colborne and tried out 2 studios closer to home, they just didn't cut it. I now travel to Alchemy for my weekly practice. You not only feel your body during and after each practice, Rachel also teaches you so much about pain management, meditation, relaxation, the list goes on! She truly cares for each one of her clients. I am glad I am back.

I love, love this place. I travel for business so I can’t go every week, but when I’m home I go to class and they welcome me like I never left! I would encourage people to come to alchemy yoga studio. The instructors are so very nice and you can do your yoga at your own pace. It is a lovely relaxing studio. If you need a place to calm your mind then this is it. It has worked wonders for me. I am so thankful for this haven of serenity.
