If you want to have a mini vacation and give yourself some relaxation time, this is the place to go! We went there with my husband, and we both are very pleased and happy with our experience. We love Sabai so much and usually we had to travel to a different location. Since New West location is just 5 min walk from our home we definitely stick to them. Girls are super professional and friendly. This massage was one of the best in my life ❤️

Was gifted a special package. Booking the appointment was fairly straight forward. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me courteously and professionally. I was introduced to my masseuse and guided to the room. Everything seemed relaxed even though I was running behind schedule a bit. After enjoying my full body massage, I felt relaxed yet energetic. Would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in getting a massage. Am hoping to come back here and become a regular.

Came for a 90 minute Pure Serenity Package that included a massage and facial. Environment was calming and clean. Would've loved to give 5 stars but when I asked for more pressure, the woman said she would have to charge me an extra $15 dollars. I find this ridiculous as it was already a $277 package. The woman also did not clean the product off of my body. There was a large amount of grainy substance in my hair, all over my neck and shoulders. This may have been a rare instance as this place seems quite amazing with many great reviews. Though my experience was not worth the amount I paid and I was quite disappointed.

I received a Serenity Package gift voucher from a friend and really enjoyed the experience, a great gift of relaxation. The masseuse, Sachiel, was very professional, had great attention to details and a warm personality. I especially appreciated the towel placed on the floor for when I got out of the massage bed so that I didnt slip or perhaps, that I didn't feel the cold floor. Also, I was the last customer there but I didn't feel like I was being rushed out. Do not expect a Spa Utopia like interior, but it was spotless clean and had a pleasant atmosphere overall. The frontdesk staff were courteous and friendly. Will definitely return to STS at this location.

He targeted so many different muscle groups in such an effective way. His technique was remarkable. I suggest asking for Jaiden, but I'm sure all staff are just as wonderful here!

I bought a couples “Pamper Together Spa” package for my boyfriend and I from their October specials. I was able to pay over the phone for my package and book at the same time. They were very professional and accommodating from booking my appointment to the appointment the day of. You have to pay for parking though outside the spa, unless you are transiting there. Their location is very convenient though as it is located at New Westminster skytrain station. The atmosphere and environment is very calming and relaxing when you enter. We were greeted with a smile by the receptionist and checked in. They check your temperature before you use their services and there is an online consent/Covid form you fill out prior to going. Our masseuses introduced themselves shortly after we sat down and led us to our rooms. I had anticipated it to be a room with two massage tables but we both had separate rooms. The package was $209 and included a 60 minute body/foot massage and a facial. It was very relaxing and we both paid $15 extra on top for a deep tissue massage. My masseuse asked me which areas of my body I wanted her to focus on and she addressed all the areas. Loved it there! Would definitely come again and recommend! My bf really liked it there as well.

I love this place! Every time I’ve tried to find a spa or masseuse, it was “were full” “ no availability” until today! An email prompted me to buy a Black Friday deal and the best bonus was… there was “actually an opening” the same day! Then they gave me exact details how to get there. The massage by june(I hope that’s her name) was the best! Lights out, low red light on, room perfect temp, bed heated, such soothing music, amazing hot towels and nice aroma smells, that were perfect for my senses… not the usual strong scents of lavender types. At first this little petite person asked what pressure I liked- “Deep,” I said… and boy did she live up to that! The most amazing 1 1/2 hour massage/facial, with no talking, full absorption of every muscle relaxing… I could barely get up when she was done. Upon leaving, the gentleman at reception was kind enough to give me a swatch of grapefruit to sniff to help make sure I was alert enough to drive. More delightful! And grateful they cared about my safety! ????because seriously… I was in lalaland! Thankyou Sabai Thai Spa for the best day ever!!! I really needed that! I’ll be back!! Diane

Only suggestion I would make and recommend is to have small pillows to place under shoulders while facing down on the massage table for comfort and support. Will definitely be back!

I love my massage!! I booked for Perfect Balance Spa Package. It was reallyyy good! Upon booking online, it was super easy and straightforward. If you have a coupon/voucher/groupon, make sure to put it in the notes! The staffs are super professional! Somebody called me and stated that my voucher is valid and explained to me regarding the procedure. The location is very convenient too. I can just walk from New Westminster station and used the shortcut, only took me 6 mins walking. Upon arrival, the staff ushered me to the waiting area. I really like the interiors too! Super relaxing! My masseuse therapist is Shaslin. She is super friendly and listened to my concern very well. She paid extra attention to my back and applied the right amount of pressure that I need for my body! After I finished, the staff gave me one big package of Sabai Ginger Tea. It is a complimentary and taste good too! Overall, I am super satisfied with the service and the professionalism. Defo will recommended this place to my friends too! This is me and my husband's new place! After years of searching for a decent-priced, serene experience that ALSO does couples packages AND bills to insurance! Wow it is the total package. I made an appointment for my husband on his birthday and he called me right after saying he felt so relieved and the woman had even popped a couple of muscles that were bothering him. He has dealt with back pain for SO SO SO long and my arms and hands are just to weak to handle the work he needs on his back. From time to time they would have a promo from 25% to 50% discount on almost all their services. I suggest you take advantage of those promos. Made my first visit today for a foot reflexology session. I was happy to find out there is such a beautiful space located near my home after having moved from downtown Vancouver to New Westminster. I was a bit surprised that the cost was twice what I paid for the same length of session at a place downtown but I was ready to pamper myself after a year of not going anywhere! Very happy with their standard of care/covid precautions from what I could see and their customer service. The foot reflexology was done laying face up in a massage table and I did miss having a good foot soak and shoulder massage, which I've enjoyed at other places. That being said, my technician Shasciel was lovely and I left refreshed and relaxed. I will be back! It will just be more of a splurge/treat than a regular part of my routine.

Siri my best masseuse is now in management due to a surgery. The other lady i had was also wonderful! I told her my neck was stiff and she worked on the knots for a long time. My neck is so much better now! I always go there! My favourite package is the pure serenity ( 1 hour massage with 30 min facial) the prices are great too. I will preface this review by saying that I used to be a massage therapist so it is difficult to achieve a 5 star rating unless it's one of the best massages I've had. We redeemed our super Mom & Dad packages together, the treatment achieved a level of relaxation, but there were a few things that made the massage less enjoyable. 1. The therapist had long fingernails, which you could feel scratches and pokes during neck and shoulder massage. 2. Draping the legs I received maybe an inch of massge on the thigh, it just felt incomplete. 3. The front of the body is skipped with the package and ends with a facial and neck/ shoulder massage. I highlighted my fore arm (tendonitis) for an area to work on, but was skipped. When there wasn't too much oil the therapist was able to get deep pressure and found the right spots to work on. Overall I was satisfied, but I wouldn't go back again.

I had a great experience with Sherri today. The spa is very clean and nice too. They also went above and beyond when I did not have a credit card to pay for parking, they gave me a pen and paper to write a note and put it on the dashboard. Afterward, the receptionist said that she watched my car, just in case they came and tried to ticket me. They did not come to ticket my car, thank goodness, but it was very nice of her to watch my car, she did not have to do that. The massage was amazing, Sherri was very nice, and asked all the right questions. They also offer RMT services at this location. I will be back!

This is the second time we visit the Sabai Spa at the New West location. My partner and I really enjoyed the experience every time. Both Sonia and Sofia are excellent masseuses and make sure that the pressure is at the level you want it. We both felt super relaxed and renewed after both times. Highly recommended, will certainly be back.

What a wonderful birthday present I received from my hubby! To have a 60 minute massage at the New West location for Sabai Spa was such a treat! This is by far the best experience I have had at a Sabai Spa and I have been to 3 of their locations. Jum was the amazing masseuse that I had for my visit. She used just the right pressure. I left so relaxed! I will be back for sure.

We booked an appointment for 2 people. First they called us to tell us only one of us can get the facial and the other can't. We were accommodating and okay with this . We called to add one more person to which they said it cannot be accommodated but Port Coquitlam might. So she said we can still keep the appointment and get Port Coquitlam to cancel it IF they can accommodate us. We decided not to go through the trouble and just go ahead to our appointment. They decide to cancel our appointment and blame it on us. And asked if we want to pay more money for the second massage because they don't have another masseuse. How is this our fault? Very bad communication. If you are looking for a relaxing massage and don't want to deal with sudden changes then don't go here. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I recently visited this spa after I had been having weeks of headaches and neck pain, tension in my shoulders. The experience was 10 out of 10 from beginning to end. The lady doing my massage asked the right questions and knew exactly what I needed, I left feeling better than I had in weeks. No more headaches or tension and it didn’t hurt at all to have the massage done. That is better than any RMT I have ever had. The receptionist was extremely kind and patient with me. Amazing service and friendly staff! The facility is so clean and the ambiance is relaxing, it's worth it to get there after a long day of work. I went in with a painful issue I had been dealing with for two solid weeks and the day after I was treated it was gone! Everyone was so gentle and kind, really seemed to genuinely care and I would definitely go back again!

Me and my mom came in for the pure bliss package and it was AMAZING! We were running 5 minutes late and I called in advance to let the spa know, and they were happy to accommodate and move our appointment up by a few minutes. The massage was great, my masseuse really listened to my concerns and was very skilled. The facial also left my skin feeling very soft and hydrated. My mom had a really good experience as well! Will definitely come back to this location, as it’s reasonably priced with great service and close to the skytrain.

Setting up my appointment online was easy. The atmosphere at the spa was relaxing from the moment I walked through the door. Inside was very clean and the staff members were professional, friendly and calming. Sophia was extremely intuitive and seemed to know exactly which areas needed more attention to help relieve the tension in my muscles. I have had a few serious accidents and I have constant tension and pain but Sophia was able to relieve so much of it that I was almost in tears from the relief I felt. I already have another appointment to go back and see her.

Despite the great reviews, unfortunately I was quite let down by my overall experience at Sabai Thai New Westminster. I’ll start by saying that the lady working at the front desk and my masseuse, Sophia, were both extremely kind and friendly. However, throughout my appointment, there were several things that took away from my experience and made it feel cheap and unprofessional. The first thing was that I had to tell Sophia to dim the lights in the room after she got started on my massage. Usually this is an automatic thing that is done to create a more relaxing atmosphere. Secondly, there were times during my massage that Sophia stretched my legs to the point where it got a bit uncomfortable as it was beyond my natural flexibility range and I was obviously not warmed up at all. I asked her to lessen the stretch but she only did so a little, and I felt uncomfortable asking her again or to not stretch me altogether. I didn’t expect to be stretched as that is more of a Thai massage technique, but I purchased the Pure Bliss Package which says it includes “Full Body Anti-Stress Massage, Hand & Foot Massage”. The facial felt very rough and was not relaxing at all. I feel bad to say that it felt like Sophia was not experienced or trained in providing facials whatsoever. The technique was sloppy and inconsistent, and the exfoliatior got in my mouth, nose and hairline and wasn’t cleaned off throughly. Sophia was also rough around my eyes which is a very delicate area and should be treated as such. I’m also not sure if I received the aromatherapy enhancement during my appointment, as I didn’t smell anything. Lastly, I want to mention that the room is not soundproof at all, so anytime people walk by in the hallway talking, or if they are in the room next to you, you can hear their conversation clearly and it really detracts from the experience and definitely isn’t relaxing. Overall, I don’t think I will be back, as I was quite disappointed. I’m glad I bought the package while it was on promotion because it definitely would not be worth the full price in my opinion.

My wife had planned this spa experience for both of us on 15th July. I took gentleman’s package and she took pure serenity package. I did not anticipate to be this good. It was truly magnificent experience. Both the therapist Sonia and Shaslin were very good in communication and overall session was amazingly relaxing. I was lucky enough to win one of their Instagram spa giveaways, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! I kept coming back to see Jay, who does it all - massages, custom facials, etc. and she is so knowledgeable about the factors that may cause skin irritations. I've been having troubles getting rid of my hormonal acne on my forehead for quite some time now, but seeing Jay consistently for the last 3 months has significantly decreased the bumps on my forehead. The staff are all so incredibly welcoming and friendly (as well as the Marketing team who handled my giveaway appointments for me were so quick to respond). The spa itself is incredibly clean, and very thorough in sanitizing everything. Can't recommend this spa and team enough!!

I usually go to the Poco location but tried the New West one this time. The massage was good but not great. My masseuse seemed extremely nervous and I could feel them tremble as they massaged me. At the end of the service a comment was made about my smoking habits that I found to be quite off putting.
