I am editing my review and making it a 5 star review. Why? Because I posted this review (see below) and what did they do? They addressed the issue immediately and now they send PDF invoices via email. Excellent job folks! I have 3 appointments booked with you as I write this because you deserve all the business you can handle. Good responsiveness on the issue below! ---------- I am giving a 4 star review for now. I may give them a 5 star later, but their emailed invoice is an unprintable document and awkward (not a PDF) and I also had an account set up, used it and the next time I returned it didn't recognize my email. So clearly they have a rather inconsistent tech side to them. But the manual therapist who worked with me was awesome and the people are nice. So 4 stars until they fix this entire messy, sloppy invoice and login process.

We are leaving along Ewen Avenue at New Westminster for almost 9 years now and my wife recommended this Panda Clinic to have massage, physio, chiropractor or acupuncture services. So anyways this afternoon I went there at Panda Clinic to have full body massage with Vian and I was relieved of my pains and soars in my lower back and arms. Vian was very good and professional . She knows the pressure points of your body and I would say I feel relaxed and relieved. I ask Maria to book me again next month. And lastly, Maria was very accommodating, friendly and courteous. Her customer service is awesomely great.i will definitely recommend to my friends and to my kids too.

Vicky is great! Shes professional, knowledgeable, and good with her clients. However Ive had few issues with receptionists/admin. Poor communication! Make sure you're clear with your clients about insurance and billing. Try to communicate with them! Its its not for vicky, I wouldn't even bother going back there.

Really enjoyed my massage here, my RMT was able to relieve a lot of back neck and shoulder tension. The only thing I wished for was to play some peaceful music or spa music during the massages, it helps you fall asleep/relax.

I have been going to the Panda Clinic and Body & Soul wellness centre for what seems to be close to a year now. Definitely a place you must visit if you require acupuncture or a registered massage. The staff here is not only very friendly, accommodating, and approachable; but knowledgeable and very professional. You will leave feeling invigorated and renewed, a definite visit is required if you face stress or pain and would like to relieve it. A must visit if you require any of their services. I very well recommend coming to either of these clinics.

Went to clinic to enquire about the appointment but there was an asian lady at the front desk was tucked in her chair at the very corner. At very first didn't even realise that there was someone in. But as soon as we saw her she didn't evn bother to greet or ask. Was only busy on her cellphone. After standing for 2mins another lady came from in and both of them were chit chatting but none of them asked us that why we were standing there. Very bad not recommending anyone . Very rude and unprofessional behavior.

Thoroughly impressed by this place. Kathleen has been able to really help with my neck & back issues, and I noticed it made a huge difference after. A lot of RMTs at other places are way too light with the amount of pressure, but I didn't have that problem here. Friendly staff, and very convenient to have direct billing available. Parking is a bit tricky sometimes.

Be advised, Uma at the New West location is VERY lax with her adherence to mask policy and overall cleaning measures. A customer forgot her mask today and was told it was not an issue. And that at another clinic where Uma visits "no one wears masks".

Massages are good. The receptionist at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. Called me to ask if I was related to someone so I can tell them to confirm their appointment. That is a violation of privacy. She will call and text numerous times throughout the day. Even after telling her not to text my personal number to ask about other patients.

Dan was able to fit me in for a 30 min massage. I'm feeling better already. I've booked another appointment for next week. I would recommend this clinic to others.

Hi ! I have had very severe ache in my upper back. My acupuncturist Summer, did an amazing job in relieving me from my pain and relaxing tension in my muscles. I was able to get back to work with full strength. All thanks to her, she is a very humble person and does her job with full passion, she has deep knowledge of nerve Points to put the needle the right way. I would highly recommend her for all for acupuncture. She even told me some exercises to help me build my muscle strength. Definitely i will visit Summer again for my therapy. !!!!

I've been coming here for years and had great experiences with all of the RMT and acupuncture I've received here. They also helped in my recovery after an ICBC accident. They bill directly to both ICBC or your private insurance and do their best to help accommodate any schedule changes. In particular Abu, Jordan, and Jacky are particularly good but you are in good hands with anyone who works here.

I am truly frustrated with Panda Clinic. I went to their clinic for RMT once at the Queensborough Landing's location and never booked any other appointments. After that initial visit, I received almost once a month for six times in regards to other client's invoices and scheduled appointments notifications via email and text. I have phoned and explained to the same clinic about that situation and expressed my concern that they are sending me other client's personal information and vice versa. I requested to have my account fully removed. They said they would look into the matter but the same situation reoccured. Today I have received a missed call from the Surrey branch and spoke to one of the phone representatives and expressed my concern again as they have NO CLUE why the clinic was calling me. She said she would speak to the Queensborough Landing's manager to resolve the issue. Today the Queendborough Landing manager called and apologized and I really appreciated that she took her time to try to resolve my situation and hopefully this would never reoccur again. They have nice employees and clean environment.

1. In October 2019, I checked Panda’s website prior to calling. This was an ICBC claim so I wanted to inquire more specifically about the procedure and their practices. Joe was not very nice. I asked if he can tell me a bit more about his team, and recommend. He said: “ you could check and book through our website...Why do you wanna know? It’s personal!” I was very surprised at the attitude. I asked if I can speak to the manager. He said there’s no one else available. So fine! I thought that was only the receptionist and maybe some language barrier but it doesn’t represent the professionalism of the therapists. So I went ahead and book my first appointment and been giving them my business an average of once/twice per week. 2. I find them to be very calculating. There have been a couple of times when I had to wait a couple minutes for the persons I have booked to be ready for me. They would end the session right on the dot instead of making up for my time lost. But when I was late also by a few minutes they will not make up for it. I asked if they can give me a couple more minutes thinking that they would reciprocate, they refused. Also one time I had a car problem but they won’t give me grace so I ended up calling a cab. And I have to mention that they have called me a number of times to change my appointments and every time I have said yes to accommodate, they obviously are not willing to reciprocate the favors. 3. I don’t usually read the clock once the sessions start however, I notices one therapist who ends my sessions a bit early. I casually mentioned to the front desk when I was paying but didn’t expect any thing to be done. The next appointment, that therapist said he always likes to take a bit of time to chart the clients. Hmmmmm....I have been going to massages for decades. I have never heard of this practice before but I didn’t mention anything at that time. I was just kind of shocked. Later, I had another therapist Who ended the session 3 minutes earlier. I don’t know her reason but I didn’t bother to discuss it anymore. 4. At a recent appointment with another RMT, I forgot to turn off the cell phone so came 2 text notification beeps. He asked me if he can turn off my phone. I said yes. It’s my bad that I sometimes forget but I try to do so even if it’s not mandatory. Since this particular individual massages me a few times already. I thought he was easy going so out of curiosity, I asked in a friendly way if it disturbs him to hear the phone rings or is he more concern for the client. He Raised his voice and said: “Yes! It bothers me and this is a professional place just like a hospital, you should always turn off your phone!” I was shocked but still in a friendly way suggested that maybe they should put up a sign saying no phones are allowed just like the hospitals. He kept interrupting me before I can finish my sentences and thats it! He doesn’t want to hear it anymore!! And then he said: “if you want to talk on the phone, then I will leave this room so you can talk all you want ! I’m not going to continue with this session anymore!” and walked out! I was like what the heck? I asked a question out of concern, I was friendly, I was not talking on the phone! It was only a couple of beeps and it’s not even in my hand! So where did that come from? I walked out of the room, I had eyes staring at me! How humiliating! My back felt irritated because of prolonged time of oil on my back since I was not able to go home right away to wash off. I have at least five more incidents but run out of space to input...

Just finished an acupuncture session at Panda Clinic. I had a tennis elbow on my right arm and felt much better now. Elma was very skillful and friendly. The online booking was super easy to use and they accept direct billing so I didn't need to pay upfront. Highly recommend to anyone!

Elma is the acupuncturist there. She is very thorough in assessing your pain, injury or discomfort. After the session, she also gives pointers on how to stretch and strengthen the area that was treated.
