Columbia Integrated Health Centre is the best facility. I was extremely impressed with their chiropractic and massage therapy services. The services they provide have really improved my health and allowed me to maintain a healthy lifestyle. They make you feel like a friend, and not just a patient. Every single staff member at Columbia Integrated Health Centre is always friendly, caring, and makes you feel welcome. There are so many services available and it is nice to have that all that access in one centre. I would recommend this facility to everyone looking for more of a experience than just another appointment.

The clinicians and staff are some of the most professional and knowledgeable people I've worked with. Rates are reasonable and high standards are in place for covid-19 office protocols. I've been seeing Martina for about 5+ years since my car accidents and I refuse to have anyone else treat me for massages. She's knowledgeable, attentive and knows when I want to just relax or chat during our session. I leave each session feeling brand new. Hyegwi, one of the acupuncturists, is way too good at what she does. She knew everything about my health and diet after our first visit, without even needing to ask me.

I’ve been going to Columbia Integrated Health Centre since I moved to New Westminster in 2011. I initially went for Chiropractic adjustment(s) and as I got to know Dr. John Dang, the clinic’s director, and to trust him to be an advocate for my health and wellbeing, I began going for massage therapy treatments as well. In early 2012 I was officially diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my big toe joints and was experiencing a lot of pain, especially in my left toe joint. There isn’t a lot you can do when you have osteoarthritis except take pain medications, which just mask the pain for a few hours, or try alternative therapies. While discussing the pain in my toe joints, Dr. John suggested that I try cold laser therapy. He said it was fairly new but people had experienced success, i.e. less or no pain in the affected joint(s), with treatment. I agreed to try the cold laser therapy and we got started. I had my first treatment Christmas week and my second treatment a few days later and I felt a difference almost immediately. I had less pain in my toes joints and wasn’t feeling like I had to protect my joints when I walked; my left toe joint was worse than my right and I had been favouring my toe whenever I walked causing all sorts of other issues up my leg, which Dr. John was able to correct with Chiropractic treatments . The treatments with cold laser did make my toes feel better, they hurt less and they moved more, for the first time in a long time, I didn’t have a constant aching pain in my big toes. When we started the cold laser therapy treatments I was going a couple of times a week for a few weeks and then, as my pain and achiness decreased, I went less frequently. I have been going for cold laser therapy for my osteoarthritis for 3.5 years and I can say, without a doubt, it has GREATLY increased my quality of life because I have very little to no pain, at all, in my big toe joints. I go for cold laser treatments approximately once a month to once every 5 or 6 weeks now because my toes are reacting so well to the treatment. I just recently had some new x-rays done of my toe joints and there was NO significant degeneration to my big toe joints from the osteoarthritis; had I not been going for cold laser therapy treatment, I’m positive that this would not be the case. I have been getting chiropractic, massage, and cold laser therapy with Columbia Integrated Health Centre for the last four and a half years and am just in love with this clinic. Dr. John and Dr. Shaun, the massage therapists, the other clinicians & therapists, and the front desk ladies are amazing!! It feels like an extension of my family when I walk in. They are very supportive and care very much for my health and wellbeing, as well as for all of the other patients who come in the Centre’s doors. If you haven’t visited Columbia Integrated Health Centre and you need chiropractic treatments, massage therapy, cold laser therapy, physiotherapy or acupuncture, you absolutely NEED TO see them. I went for the first time today to see the physiotherapist, Lucjan “Lu” Burzynski, and had a great experience. I'm a ...senior (good gods...) and usually work in light/heavy industry, with a lot of back and neck issues. I found Lu to be professional, thorough, kind, calm, and effective. 10/10. The exercises were emailed to me, and are clear and direct. The front desk reception was excellent, as well. Billing procedure was straightforward and clearly explained. I had a terrible experience today and was anxiously looking forward to meeting the popular therapist today Emanuela Agalou. Firstly I had a covid screening which I did by emai and I had a secondary one to do at the clinic when I arrived (like 10) mins for my appointment today. She saw me twice during her time to prepare for my visit and the members of the team including the receptionist did not toell me there was a third screening I had to do verbally with the therapist. Step by step I entered the clinic today and they had no water to wash my hands and the receptionist did not tell me about the spray and hand sanitizer which I asked for so it looks like they were not following the Health Authority Guidelines. I asked for the sanitizer which the receptionist casually told me its there, So I went into the therapy at exactly the time my massage started and the therapist Emanuela started to ask me the 5 questionnaire which I already filled out during my counted therapy time which took approximately 6 minutes and I asked her if this time was being counted for my massage time and she said yes it was. In my opinion I don't consider this place to follow the Covid guidleines at all as they had no water and trying to use your massage time for questions relating to covid which could have been avoided before they prepared for your massage and trying to dock your minutes of the therapy session. I think in my opinion I would not recommend anyone for this clinic as they are not a professional team during the Covid guideline for professionalism. In the end we have to pay for every minute of the session and I think this could be avoided by their team by being more accomdoating to the guest's experience. I ultimately had my call esclated to the clinic director Dr. Kang who also was no apoligies on behalf of his staff. I hope you readers find this to be helpful. Thank you,

Massage or chiro, this is the place to go. The best and most friendly front end staff, the most professional, courteous and skilled back end staff as well. I go see Dr. Shawn for chiro and I cannot recommend this man enough. He takes the time and care always to make sure you're comfortable in treatment and has a genuine interest in your active recovery during and after treatment. I have been taking treatment from Dr. John for the past 8 years. I highly recommend Dr John for Chiropractic treatment at his Columbia Integrated health centre. I have also done physio and accupunture treatment with various health professionals. He has an excellent support staff. I was one of the 1st patients to resume treatment during these Covid pandemic times. The staff has been very careful with all the protocols. Hand sanitizers are placed at different locations and in every treatment room. Mask has been made compulsory and it is made sure they themselves are wearing it and so are the patients. The waiting area has only 2 chairs which are around 6 feet apart. Rest of the patients wait outside till the waiting room is not clear. They do make sure you fill the form online and again when you reach the clinic as per the directive of the Health ministry. Keep up your good work and let us all be safe and healthy during these tough times. Dr. John, once again thank you for putting me back into action. Be Safe!! Be Calm!! Dr. John Dang and Dr. Shaun Lemke from the chiro group and Sophie Joyce from RMT are 100% pros. Whenever I have pain 90% of the time a few chiro sessions deals with the pain right away, usually on the first visit. The other 10% that require additional work, RMT from Sophie has always taken care of it. I moved away from New West but still make the trip to come back because these guys are magicians. I would recommend this clinic to anybody and when I have pain I no longer try to "sleep it off" and just head to this place and have it fixed right away. Totally worth the money. Whole family has been going to Columbia integrated for years. I was diagnosed with tennis elbow during the pandemic shutdown. So painful. Used cream, brace and ibuprophen to get me through but nothing fully worked. Soon as Columbia Integrated opened again booked physio, acupuncture and massage. Amazing finally some relief and now almost fully healed. Daughter threw javelin and always had back problems. Chiro services gave her amazing relief and she won the Bronze medal at Canadian championships last year due in part to their wonderful care. Thank you so much.

My story is long, so the shortened version is that I have a history of two major rear end car accidents in my life (first one I was only 14 years old) and am a professional dancer/educator. I first came to see Dr. John Dang when another chiropractic clinic in Burnaby put me in the hospital after being completely unable to move my entire upper spine for four whole days. Dr. Dang and his entire team have not only helped me heal, but keep me on track when I begin to slip from my constant routine of necessary stretching, physio and alignment work. I trust Dr. Dang and his team with my life, because I depend on them to show up to my own job everyday. You might find a few negative reviews below... these people who posted these reviews are con-artists themselves. I looked up "Reignman" and he has posted a negative review on almost every single health care facility he has ever attended, so clearly his opinion means absolutely nothing. If you need further convincing that this place is one of the absolute best places to receive treatment then I would recommend you simply come see for yourself. And, if for some crazy reason you are able to find something "wrong" with this clinic, then I suggest you do some reflecting on your own life and ask yourself why you look for the negatives instead of the positives.

I can't reccomend this practice, its staff, and doctors enough! This practice was recommend to me by a family member due to a chronic shoulder issue that I've had for many years. I've seen many healthcare professionals for this issue, and nobody could give me an answer. Eventually, it was written off as a chronic shoulder injury and that was that. This is, until I saw Dr. Dang. Dr Dang not only took the time to listen to my issues with my shoulder, but put me on the right path for the CORRECT testing needed, and has subsequently put me on the path to recovery. He took an interest in me an individual, rather than just a patient, and has helped me get back to a point where I can start to perform how I want in my activities and sports. More than that though, Dr Dang's compassion, and understanding and his *want* to help, is what sets him apart from anyone I've seen. His practice is thorough, and accurate, and I always leave feeling better. His standard of care is top notch, and his attitude is humble. He sees you as a person, and relates to your struggles. The hand off from Doctor to staff, was also seamless and easy thanks to the wonderful staff at the front. You'll always be greeted with a smile, and a desire to help. Whether it be billing your insurance directly, helping you make appointments, or even just taking the time to answer questions. They have always been there to help. I can't give them credit enough for making me feel so welcome to the practice. All in all, the standard of care at this practice is the highest I've seen. The staff, and the doctors truly care about their patients and their well-being, and they are always there to help. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat.

Since 2016 I am a patient of Columbia Integrated Health Center, all the services is perfect and staff are so professional ,one of Receptionists Alder she is wonderful person and polite and very kind ,always she is trying the best. Director of Clinic Dr.John Dang ,he is my Dr.since 2016 I had lots issues in my body and he fixed. He is a wonderful Dr.Great personality, always listening to his patients and he is very high professional and high skill between 1 to 10 I give him 10 ,I am so proud of Dr.John Dang and his Cilinc and his Staff ,I recommended to every one in Metro Vancouver they need this kind of services best place is Columbia Integrated Health Center.

Shawn Cheng has been my RMT of choice for the last 3 years after finding that this clinic was close to my former workplace. He is intelligent and thoughtful and has great manual skills. Shawn has razor sharp focus when he is working and has a terrific way of keeping the treatments unique every time. Travelling 38.4 km's to the clinic is not a deterrent to booking with Shawn nor is the fact that as an RMT myself I could get treatment at the clinic I work at.

I am a competitive athlete and I've visited many massage therapy clinics. I began visiting Mitchell Santaga for massage therapy in early 2018. He is one of the best massage therapists I have ever received treatment from. His knowledge, treatment, and professionalism is excellent. He takes the time to explain the body and treatment plans and provides information for self education. He has relieved me of pain that other therapists could not relieve. He is truly one of the best massage therapists. I highly recommend Mitchell for massage therapy. The clinic is very nice and the staff are friendly, professional, and welcoming.

I've done physiotherapy, chiropractic, acupuncture and massage therapy at Columbia Integrated over the last 2.5 years and all my experiences have been really good. The staff are knowledgeable and many seem to be interested in holistic approaches to health care, so you don't get the outdated treatment you would from other clinics. Physio dealt with and educated me on how to heal a bad ankle sprain completely, and I am able to play hockey, hike and do yoga without any weakness at all; chiro has helped recover my range of motion from a back injury; acupuncture helped with stress and immune support; and massage has helped to support all the other physical treatments. Now I visit the clinic every couple of months to check in on one thing or the other, rather than going all the time, because they actually helped me heal the injuries - what a concept in today's healthcare system! (Of course, you have to do the exercises and adjust your lifestyle to support the healing, it's not all them...) I highly recommend Columbia Integrated and all of the staff there!

This is a great place for treatment. I’ve been attending here for five years and everyone is very professional. Their active rehab centre is also very good and I have had tremendous success with Sabina. Sabina gave me greater mobility and was able to reduce my lower back pain, which was deemed to be unchangeable and permanent. She is a great listener and very attentive. I highly recommend her.
