Highly recommend. Easy to book and treatment is top notch. Came in with some major pain in my knee and over the course of three sessions, my pain has practically gone away completely. Cant recommend enough.

Went for my prenatal massage and it was awesome! Such a warm and cozy feeling. Nazila was so great it made me snooze here and there. You would need to book her well in advance since her schedule gets filled up quickly. Definitely a place where I would come back to.

Nice massage centre. They can direct bills to any insurance providers which is hassle free and not many registered massage therapy centres does it. I really liked their service. The bookings are through appointment basis only. I would definitely recommend this place.

Both my husband and I are going to Nazila for massage over a year. She is an excellent therapist, very knowledgeable, carring and patient. Since I know her more then a year, she exactly knows where to pay more attention and release the tension in my muscles. She also provides direct billing to insurance companies. Appointment was easy to book. The treatment was subpar. The therapist was afraid to use both of her hands. There were long instances of using one hand with not enough pressure. I assume she was checking her phone or drinking a beverage. During most of the treatment for my back and hamstring areas, she just used her elbows. There was no initiative from the therapist to go over stretches or aftercare that I could try at home. Not as competent nor professional as the reviews indicate.

great RMT. turned on the AC for me because I was sweating a bit when I arrived. very thoughtful. And the massage was great. I don't get why others complain not enough pressure. I think it's just enough.

I highly recommend Nazila as a massage therapist. I went to see her when my back was so stiff, I could hardly walk. Her massage loosened up my stiff muscles, so I was able to walk freely. Excellent work. Nice atmosphere.

best RMT ever, she is really specialized in injury treatment. I walked in with serious lower back pain. She had a comprehensive knowledge on my injury nature. i felt improvement after 1 session with her. she is highly recommended especially if you are experiencing pain.

Edit #2. She didnt like my honest review so nazz the owner made hew own 5 start review for me lol nice. I have pictures proving i was there for my first appointment and your all locked up. Juat wish i knew how to share them Good for back rub not so much injury treatment.Hours are confusing. Had an appointment when i got there they werent open yet and i rang the door bell and waited 10 minutes to no answer. Was charged $90. She said she was there but idk. Massage was ok but she doesnt know what would be best for your injurys shes more tell me what you want and ill do it i was hoping there would be some knowledge on injurys. Good for just a back rub i guess but not so much for injury treatment. Wont be going back for my injury treatment also over priced ($90 45 min where i could get 1 hour for 75). Not just cuz i was charged 90 bucks for a schedule error on her bussines end but what ever. Never going again. Cant wait for December to go back to be regular guy. Reply: maybe you should have your open sign on and have your sign out and change your hours posted on the sign. I rang the door bell and waited cuz clearly looked closed. If you were there then PUT YOUR OPEN SIGN ON and turn the main lights on maybe show that your open. The back rub was good but i need someone more informed about my kind of injury that can recommend things so i can get the right treatment for my injury. And if someone rings the door bell maybe check? Take care.

I came in for a RMT massage, called in about 2 hours prior and asked if there was any openings and to my surprise there was =) * yippy*. Getting there was very easy- I love how there is free parking everywhere on that block. Its 2 hours Free parking. Decor inside was simple, clean and not too overpowering. Now to the massage: Nazila was my therapist- She was great and could pin point a knot with her eyes closed !! She was great, always asked if there was too much pressure or not. Love how she took a extra few minutes in the beginning to demonstrate a few exercises for better posture. Massage was an hour and definitely worth it. Cost for 60 mins is $100 =) ( Credit Cards accepted). Can't wait till my next appointment there!

I would imagine most people are not accustomed to writing reviews. I normally don't but sometimes you have to give credit where credit is due. As with most purchases, I took the negative review by "Talk Speech" into consideration but it was too general for me to determine what exactly what made it the "worst experience". The comment from seems a little unfair as some of the reviewers have done more than "one" review which is hard to "fake". If you actually read what they wrote, they specifically tell what they found positive about their experience. That being said, the "proof is in the pudding" and my experience thus so far has been quite pleasant and enjoyable. Nazila knows exactly what she's doing. She is very professional and puts you at ease in what is de facto a vulnerable situation. She applies just the right amount of pressure and is effective not only at getting all of those nasty knots out of your muscles but also at putting you in a state of relaxation. I've come close to falling asleep in my session and she was working very thoroughly on my back and legs!!!
