I injured my back about 3 weeks ago and I went the next day after my injury. The chiropractor that I saw, Dr. Sandhu, helped me with my pain and fixing my back, and found out I have an uneven leg syndrome - he literally fixed it in one super short session. It wasn’t painful at all and it was super relieving. From a pain scale of 1 being not painful and 10 being extremely unbearable, my pain started from a 10/10 after sustaining the injury, and it being a 3/10 after the first session. I was already back to work after that 1 session!! The second session, I was barely at a 2/10, and he fixed my uneven leg session, my pain went from a 2/10 to 0/10. I felt like a complete new person! I went for my last session last week, just for a quick checkup, and I literally don’t feel any pain and super refreshed. Dr. Sandhu is completely fast and efficient, and you’ll feel so much better instantly!!! Straight up the best chiropractor I’ve been to in my life. Side note: He is REALLY quick, make sure you relax your entire body and basically give it to him to fix. You will hear some bone cracking (it may shock you at first from the noise and pressure, but after the whole session you’ll feel very relaxed and light as a feather) It’s good to check on your spinal health every now and then. With Dr. Sandhu, you’re in good hands.

I was pretty happy in the beginning, Staff are friendly and I did see some pain go away periodically. But later on, I am disappointment since I ealized that the physiotherapist is taking advantages of my insurance. It was December, He knew I wanted to use up my remaining balance so he gave me super short session( usually 20-30 mins) but still charge me the full price ($75-85 depends on which kind of service). He also tried to convince me to book more appointments. My last session with him only lasted 15 mins, I don’t even know why would I bother to pay a visit in a dark cold winter night for 15 mins appointment, just to get a short massage on foot and chat about holiday plans. And when my session ends, the next client is already waiting outside. I felt like the physiotherapist anticipated that my session would be this short, and I felt ripped off and never wanted to visit again. Although I was not the one paying the bill, I thought I should go somewhere else that provides better value.

I love coming here! I got into a car accident 1.5 years ago and I have been treated by almost all the services offered here. Each doctor has their own unique style that they adjust according to what YOU need, making you feel your best after every appointment. I was suffering from lower back pain due to a pinch nerve. I could barely walk Dr. RANJIT was very experience and knowledgeable and he fixed me up in 1 visit. Two week later I pay them another visit for a different issue. Numbness in my two hands which the family doctor told me it was due to carpel Tunnel. However Dr. STEPHEN knew exactly what was the problem due to compression artery and around the chest muscle and shoulder. After one session I felt alot better Im so glad to have found them thanks you so much.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH! Amazing service, speedy work done. Steve is one of the best medical professionals I have ever been to treat back pain. Very knowledgeable and to the point. Great place to visit to get your treatment from. Well hopefully you don’t have to visit any medical place, but if you’re looking for treatment, this is the place to go. Just an FYI, I have been to ~10 of these kinds of clinics within the past 5 years.

Well worth the investment here. I’ve tried a few different methods of healing to help with the back/neck pain I was experiencing. Coming here was the best decision yet. Stephen did some work on me, and really diagnosed properly what was causing it and effectively treated it in only 1 session with very clear and noticable results. I highly recommend him to anyone, as he is extremely compotent, intuitive & experienced.

I was first introduced to Assured Health by a friend. I am so thankful that I found the best chiropractor, Dr Ranjit. Fargo, the receptionist, is very kind and so helpful, as well. I had pain under my shoulder blade from repetitive motion and after just 2 sessions, my pain has subsided significantly. I drive all the way from north Van just to see him. I am very pleased with their service and I highly recommend them .

I've been working with Stephen for over a year or so with various pain through my neck/arm/shoulder due to work. I just realized from my last session that the major symptoms I was facing when I first came in I no longer experience. It's nice to work with someone who can help resolve these problems. Stephen as an RMT has been more valuable to me than physiotherapy.

I had an RMT session here, the consultant didn’t listen to any of my concerns, in the initial assessment he decided to diagnose every single misalignment in my body. I don’t care how many years of experience you have, if I wanted to you to assess all of my ailments I’d have said so. I didn’t come out of this session feeling any better, I was wincing in pain for most of it. I won’t be coming back. All I requested was some muscle release in my back.

Stephen the RMT and Ranjit the Chiropractor are so great and they always communicated with each other to find the best way to help my neck and my knees recover faster from my car accident. The front desk people were also taking care of my case with ICBC which made everything so much easier.

The professional massage, acupuncture, and cupping by Nora definitely help relieved the tense muscles on my lower and upper back, just with the right amount of pressure she believed is required for my body type. As a result immediately after the massage, I felt relaxed, stress free and pain free. Dr. Sandhu for chiropractor is very effective, I felt so good after the snap snap and crack crack on my body. Overall five stars to all the staff at assured clinic.

He spends as much as time I need every session, provides me with a workout program that I can do at home. Also, this clinic do direct billing with both my insurance which makes everything so much easier, i do not need to do any paper works or claiming. I was in an accident back in October and was suffering from serious muscle spasms and tightness. I came to assured health and seen Ranjit chiropractor, Sami massage therapist and Mandeep IMS Physiotherapy. It's been months now and I feel great. The spasms have stopped tension is gone. Outstanding staff and practitioners!! Being a bodybuilder with a lot of muscle issues, I have tried over a dozen clinics around Vancouver and Assured is by far the best one I have been to. Their receptionist is a sweetheart who is warm and accommodating. Their primary massage therapist (RMT) Steven is one of, if not, the best message therapist I have seen. You will not be disappointed!

I visited physiotherapist Mandeep and really liked the experience. I had an annoying back pain for more than 6 months. Mandeep fixed that in 2 sessions, also he gives you a lot of advices and show how to exercise. And he answered all my questions not related to the back pain. Highly recommend that place!

I just started going there like 2 months now. The chiropractor with Mr Sandhu is very precise and thorough. Plus the massage with Steve, I put both of them togather the pain I had which was 99% in 2 months has reduced to 30%. Getting in n out of bed is much more easy, I can tolerate wearing a belt which was very hard 2 months ago. I really appreciate your services and treatment. The receptionist is always ready and very lively. Thanks guys

I was disappointed they didn’t have a physiotherapist but decided to give their chiropractor a try. He did full body corrections and I felt straighter but did not get much relief after 3 treatments for my neck and shoulders. I went somewhere else to try Physiotherapy and found out some of my pain was being caused by my stomachache. Yep who knew. . The receptionist and staff are super friendly and they make it very easy if you have extended health coverage.

The staff at Assured was excellent in assisting me after my accident. The reception was friendly and efficient in sending all my claims. The RMT Stephen Bartlett was excellent! I had great results after just the first session and saw a major improvement thanks to his clinical technique and expertise. Although it was not the most relaxing massage it was exactly what was needed to fix my problems.

They contacted ICBC for me and claimed everything to them which made everything so easy for me :) Also, I had few sessions of RMT and I enjoyed it a lot.
