I was making calls in the afternoon for a cut and colour appointment for the same day. I called and they said they had an availability. I get a call back about an hour and a half before my booked appt that evening that the appt was booked incorrectly and what I wanted would take more than the allotted time. If I had known that earlier in the day, I would've kept calling other salons and now it's too late in the day to get in anywhere else. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

If you want a hair stylist who you can trust fully, who will provide you with a seamless, professional, beautiful look - ask for Erin. Erin has done my hair numerous times and it astounds me just how precise and meticulous she is each time. She is clearly very experienced and well educated in the field as she knows just how much time is sufficient for each step, she knows exactly the colors to choose that will complement your coloring, and she is a perfectionist who will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your hair. She is honest and will tell you what you can realistically accomplish in one session when comparing your hair with your "hair inspiration" photo. So in the end, you know exactly what you will get. Her work is gorgeous, flawless and perfect. I've never had a hair stylist so astute. She really should be charging a lot more for the quality of service that she provides. I've been living in Europe for the past year and no matter how much money I pay, nor how many hair stylists I visit, I am always finding the results lackluster in comparison with Erin's touch. ❤❤ Miss your beautiful work Erin!!????❤

Got the all my love package for Christmas and it was well worth the price. The girls were so friendly and service was even better. The variety of services offered really makes this the one and only place you need to go for all your beauty and relaxation needs. I would 100% recommend Spa 654 Club to anyone!

I called to make an appt. for a manicure. I had never been here before and thought I would check it out. Worst decision ever! They were booked up (which is fine) but the lady I was speaking with on the phone was so incredibly rude!!!! At that point I just said I would go to Avalon and her words were "Good luck with that". Seriously? So glad they were booked up and I didn't go. Sticking to Avalon or anywhere else for that matter.

Wasnt too impressed, went for a massage for 2pm but didnt get out back till 210pm and ended at 255pm. Went because of my back being sore and left with it barely worked on. And they also still charged me full price after missing 15 minutes of my apt.
