Excellent variety here. Can get deodorant, to skincare products , to vegan "meat", to gifts, to protein powder, to grocery items here. They also have RMT services and a smoothie bar and Kombucha bar here. It's big, well laid out, and has a friendly staff.

I have been in multiple times since they opened and I love this store! Well organized, clean and really friendly staff. The owner is very friendly and genuinely cares about the customers. I was looking at some hair products and one of the employees came over and showed me her favourites and I ended up buying everything she recommended and I am not disappointed! My hair feels and smells amazing! This is seriously my favourite store in Fredericton! Such a great variety of products that you can feel safe using :)

I am so grateful to all the staff, especially Eleanor, who have been super helpful when I have come into the store or called in. I only recently discovered Sequoia in Fredericton, but IMO, having worked in the service industry myself, the greatest achievement of a business is to have a team that exceeds service expectations and strives to offer 'personalized' care to every person who walks through the door. Staff was great. I'm on a special restrictive diet and the staff made me a smoothie that I could have. This ment picking out cherries from one of their berry mixes. It was a nice treat to have. And the staff was more than helpful. They have a wide variety of healthy selections from food, to vitamins, to beauty products. Check them out and their awesome smoothies.

Beautiful new health food and smoothie shop downtown, had everything you'd expect except, perhaps, fresh produce (at least for the time being). Felt a bit cramped because I was there on the second day at lunch time, along with lots of other folks, but I'm sure it would be fine normally. N.B. that the smoothie bar won't be open until their grand opening in June.
