It took me a while to decide if I should try this place, seems everywhere I go I feel pain a few days after but after going there it was fun. I enjoyed it she explained in details why I experienced pain and I did a bit but it was alot less.

The therapists at PhysioFirst are amazing! I had moved from Denmark to Canada and had to find a new massage therapist here. I'm very picky and it took me a long time to find the right one back in Denmark, so I was nervous about my appointment here. But they were great! And I also recently have been suffering from dizziness that Jeff, physio therapist, helped me with today. PhysioFirst have been a life saver for me so far.

PhysioFirst is my go to place for massages with Kat, physio treatments with Ashley, exercise classes with Nathalie and even cooking classes with Gab! The staff at PhysioFirst make you feel at ease as soon as you get in! They have accomodating hours after work for any of their services! I love their diversity in their treatments and classes! Always something to look forward to in their exercise classes with their kinesiologist Nathalie... she is great at explaining step by step in either learning to run classes or Work It Circuit classes! I can't say enought of Marie-Andrée and Ashley that I get to see every week during my physio treatments... ALWAYS in a good mood and so fun to be around! I love the fact that you can book any of their services online. Gab the dietitian is very knowledgable. I did several cooking classes and learned so much from her. I am so thankful to have these ladies in my life and will hopefully be around them for many years to come :-)

My husband broke his foot a few months back, he went to Emerg and they done an X-ray but missed that the ankle was in fact broke. He started Physio 2 days after the break and I am so happy that he did. He has went without a cast and is continuing his Physio weekly and things are going great thanks to the great staff and service @ Physio first
