While waiting for surgery from a car accident I have tried physio, chiro, osteopathy, naturopaths, massage therapy but nothing has worked at all like doing Cryotherapy and acupuncture at Maritime Cryotherapy. I travel 3 hours round trip every week because it's the biggest game changer.

Superb experience, great location. Nice staff and I found the online booking to be easy and convenient. Been there several times and it was always great. Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place.

Shawn and Rob are awesome. I go in once a week for cryotherapy and leg recovery. Very beneficial for me as a trades person, i feel brand new with no aches or pains after. Highly recommend !

I've been getting massages for 15 years but the one I had with Tori was one of the best I've ever had. Tried the cryro chamber when I was finished with my message and felt amazing afterwards. They were running a promo deal when I went and the value was incredible. Will definitely be back and highly reccomend.

I have visited a number of times and have nothing but great things to say. The booking process is great and the services offered have helped tremendously. Cryotherapy was new to me and I have enjoyed the results from it and the massage therapists are great as well! Would recommend Maritime Cryotherapy to everyone.
