Well...i had keys made 2 days ago and it didn't fit..they told me that the make I chose doesn't always match so if I had any problems just bring them neck. They didn't work. So this morning I went and got them made again...used a different model of keys to make sure.. Just got home....does not fit.. Doesn't even look like the same.... So u will have to go a 3rd time.

Do not take your vehicle here for any type of service. I brought my truck in to be undercoated. I requested the underneath and the wheel wells. I was told I needed to book two service slots as I takes at least two hours to properly coat my truck. Not a problem I booked and dropped it off. My truck was in their bay for a total of 1 hour and 4 minutes including the time it took their staff to drive it into the bay and then drive in busy traffic down a main road before going back to the parking lot. They missed many parts of my truck including the wheel wells that I paid extra for ( although they did coat my spare tire generously). I have video footage from my truck showing the entire service. When I raised my concerns at pick up the staff behind the service counter were rude and said they didn't see anything and to speak with a manager who wasn't there. I asked for a card and left. It took a few days for a manager to even contact me back and they were unwilling to resolve the situation and basically do not care that their staff did the job incorrectly. I have also spoken to the general manager of the store who was not willing to work with me either. I have now taken my complaint to a higher level. I will never shop or use this Canadian tire ever again. Make sure you call around for prices of any service as they charge double what the other two Canadian tire locations charge for the same service.

Impressive for just a young man I find and nowadays a lot of associates don’t know where things are, what they are or may just say if we have it it’ll be in aisle _____. Give that kid a raise! RIP OFF I whent to Canadian tire to get my car fixed cause it was misfiring. They charged me $92 for the inspection and quoted me over $1000 to fix it. I got a second opinion from another mechanic and it turned out to be a faulty spark plug, a $10 part. It should be illegal what they are doing to people. I have been going to canadian Tire for years, it hurts to think about what elts they have ripped me off for. They manager finnaly called me today wicth is around to weeks later after I requested for him to call and he did nothing for me, I waited to write this because I was sure he would do somthing but nope. $92 inspection is supose to include computer diagnostic and taking the tires off to inspect brakes ect. Non of this was done I no because my other mechanic made me aware of a wheel bearing and hub that needed fixing, his inspection was $25, Shame on you Canadian Tire you are suposed to be a trusted name. My car was fixed for the same price of your bogus inspection. tomarrow I am placing a call to my realestate lawyer to find out who owns this place. I will write him directly, if still nothing is done I will post my qoute and inspection bill from canadian tire and post my bill for the mechanic that fixed my car for the whole world to see, what a rip off you are.

Im a frequent buyer and even have very good credit rating with their card and this morning was the worst customer service ever. While looking for stuff to buy, one woman approach and asked if theres anything she can help but didnt ask kindly instead she asked condescendingly like being suspicious. The cashier not the one in the returns section(shes nice) didnt say Thank you. Just didnt say a word after purchase. Just because I dont look rich doesnt mean I dont deserve to be treated more with respect. I dont need to look good anyway coz my credit score is very good.

I know it's difficult to recruit good employees at minimum wage but why can't they have the most basic of manners? This place looks good but every time I go there one of the staff makes my visit another disapointment and complaining on their surveys does nothing. This store isn't great for shopping in if you want to follow public health guidelines and social distance properly went to the Christmas section here today no arrows anywhere the aisles were full of people going any direction and no distancing we left and went to Walmart instead and they had arrows and lines for social distancing in every aisle and was a great experience

Two things: 1) There should be a directory of services/goods shown as you enter the store. 2) There should be a better way of exiting when you haven't bought anything rather than standing there and ringing a buzzer or whatever--this really ticks me off and prevents me from going into the store unless I definitely want to buy something and I know they have it.

20 mins after posting the review below..I received a reply from Canadian Tire customer service..a very lack luster reply. I cannot seem to bring it back up so I can copy it here but it basically said "Thankyou for taking the time to review us, I hope you shop here again so we can serve you better"...well ya thats probably going to happen. I posted how the bikes I purchased were poorly put together and I was going to have to take them to Sport Chek(A Canadian Tire owned company) at my expense to get them properly tuned and serviced. Its totally in their power to make this right and they didnt even mention trying to make this right...just a thanks for review hope we do a better job next time...meanwhile I am still going to be out $100 plus tax and parts to get the bikes tuned. Safe to say that unless I absolutely have to goto Canadian tire I wont be going back..and with the rise of online options...and other local stores...i dont think I will be back. Orig review below. ..................................................................... While the staff was very helpful..I had purchased a couple bikes the previous week and it was missing a screw and went back to tell them and they searched and found said screw. HOWEVER one of the staff mention how the bikes are put together "by the mechanic on his down time" ...and it shows. The wheels have a slight wobble and need to be trued up as do the breaks and many of the bolts and screws were not properly tightened. Now I have to take my bikes to Sport Chek and get them properly tuned as I cant say I have much faith in their current "Bike Builder's" ability to properly tune the bike. I know and trust the service techs ability at Sport Chek(Champlain Mall) to do a good job...unfortunately its going to cost me $50(plus tax and any parts that need to be replaced) per bike. So not overly impressed. So they people that helped me at canadian tire 5 stars...over all experience 3 stars...so changing my rating to 3 stars due to the fact i am going to have to spend over $100 to get someone else to do the job properly. Would not purchase a bike there again.

The automotive department is unorganized, rude and provide sub-par service. Do not bring a car there unless you are into paying more for poor service. Threw dirty tires in the backseat with no bags over them or any regard for the car's interior. They were somehow already running 30mins late on the 3rd appointment of the day and the staff could not be bothered to do anything helpful.

Soul purpose seems to be upselling rather than helping others. I was told that I torn a boot and when I had another mechanic look at my vehicle, they didn’t find anything wrong. On a separate occasion, they told my girlfriend that she needed a wheel alightnemnt when there was nothing wrong once again. I do not recommend.

I went to pick up an online purchase. Customer Service desk does not assist for pick-ups. There is a dirty phone for the customer to use to talk to the person who retrieves the orders. Took 10 minutes to receive my order. The product box was smashed in on one corner, the top partially ripped and it appeared the product (electric grill) had been taken out previously and put back incorrectly as the top could not be closed properly. Went to Canadian Tire Montain rd to get an item that is on sale at another store as Canadian Tire price match and the manager on duty said that it was not the same item even when I showed him the model number being the same. He would not price match and I know 2 people that went to that exact store and got the exact item priced match. He said that was not true and he even told me that he had spoken to the Dieppe store before and that they would not price match as it is not the same item according to him. On another not, the employees at the customer service desk were really helpfull and helped me find the model number to prove that it was the same item but that manager was not having it and would not listen and look at our proofs.

This is our last-resort-store. We don't like their return policy of only giving credit. Basically that means there is no incentive for them to stand by their products. No matter what, whether you keep the product or return it, the money stays in their pocket. Also, there is no way to exit without going through the cashier line or asking customer service to unlock a gate for you to leave. They may say they do that to discourage shoplifting, but psychologically that means people are less likely to leave without buying something since it's a hassle to do so. That's demeaning and disrespectful to customers. Hence it being our last-resort-store.

Went to Canadian Tire last night to buy bbq burner they paged someone to help me ,as the young fellow came another customer nabbed him,mean while I had been waiting 20 minutes. Went to customer service again they paged again. He asked if it was me who needed the help,meanwhile 3 other people were trying to ask him questions. Another customer waited at customer service for at least 30 minutes trying to buy a pool from outside. A man was trying to exchange something and was still there standing. I finally got help from a great person ,I believe his name was Trent,that was the only thing that they had going for them last night. I do not know this young man but he was run off his feet and apologized to me twice. Then go to cash, lined up,2 people in customer service doing nothing. Every customer was saying the same thing, build big new store, but where's some extra staff to man it.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE CANADIAN TIRE,next time I need something in the evening it will be Kent or Home Depot at least I'll find a clerk a little faster.

I went in for a battery. Mentioned another store and the clerk was not very complimentory. Basically said it was garbage. I left and purchased a "garbage battery" and many months on have had zero issues. I guess it makes a change for CT, being the basher as apposed to the bashee. Great service from the auto side when my husband and I were traveling through New Brunswick on our way from Ontario to PEI for vacation with a slow leak tire and needed a new one quickly on a Saturday. The service department here got us an appointment (Even though we were 3 hours away) and quickly (under 20 mins) got us a new tire and back on the road. Vacation Savers!! Thanks again!!

I took my car in to put winters tires on and asked them to check my car because there was a bad sound. There is no way they checked the sound got worst so took it to another place found out it was my brakes and rotor. I will not let them fix my car again when they took the tires off they should have known that the brakes were bad.

Staff was rude and argumentative. I was asked what the product number was for an item in my cart (of course I am familiar not the Canadian Tire database). She refused to serve me unless I had this number. She then told me off for not being on the correct till (she was the only till open). She then proceeded to argue about the price, when I had a snapshot on my phone of the tag. In the end I had to walk away without purchasing, as it just wasn't possible with this particular staff member to buy from this store. I won't go back to this store at risk of getting this person at the til again.

By far my favorite place to shop in metro Moncton. They have products that you may not be able to get at Walmart, and the biggest reason is is that they allow dogs. Even if your product is more expensive, the fact that they allow dogs, is in my view, a game changer. They have great staff as well and friendly cashiers.

We went looking for a bike at the mountain rd location but the selection was poor. They only had 2 bikes left for a 6 year old and barely none for adults. Went onto app and seen a shed #60-0168-8 on sale for 649$. The app indicated 2 remaining. I drove to store and spoke to representative in seasonal who confirmed that system showed 2 in stock. She contacted the warehouse to retrieve it. After waiting 15 minutes I was informed that there was none remaining. Despite 2 sources saying there was 2. There was no attempt to offer an alternative, contact another store to see if there was any available, or offer a rain check. The warehouse and app are unreliable and the people in the store do not try and rectify the error. They just tell me there is nothing that could be done. I am extremely disappointed with the store and the app for an inability to maintain a proper count of the stock available, and wasting my time.

Worst Canadian Tire experience ever. Select curbside pickup to make sure we have less contact as possible with people. Really poor customer service. Was told by Service New Brunswick I could get my license & some tags at this location. Went in & spoke to the arrogant young man in the sprorts section, he said, and I quote, “I don’t know what a tag is, and I’ve never sold a license or heard of them doing it here, and if I’ve never heard of it, it’s probably fake.” He refused to ask anyone else about it so I walked away. I asked to speak to a manager because of how rude un-cooperative this young man was. I waited 15+ minutes for a manager. While I was waiting for a manager another gentlemen came over and offered to “give a look through the system” & did some typing on a computer then said there were no tags on the shelves. Obviously they wouldn’t be on the shelves.. Rude worker, no manager, lack of staff training/knowledge.

She was quite knowledgeable with shovels, containers and cleaning supplies, I loved her sense of humor. I went there for black Friday shopping last week. They were offering too many items at a very good deal. Apart of this, they also have a large collection of items that you may need at your daily life. I liked their offerings on home furniture items. We purchased few items on the sale and trust me they were almost 60% less than the usual price. Candian Tire is must recommended for place for shopping.

I only needed a single squib bar replaced, so I was rude in return and told them I just bought the car 6 months earlier, it was certified used. The new store is really clean, EVERYTHING goes on sale at least 2 times per year, the bargain cave is interesting to dig around in, Peter in auto service has been around for quite a while and knows how to get right to the point, hunting/fishing is well stocked all the time and parking is much better than the old store. One young guy in sporting goods even set aside binos for my daughter that went on sale because he knew we asked about them the last time we were in. Loan a tool program is really helpful and I have used it a number of times over the years. We go there just about every week and really miss the self-service Tim Hortons!

Canadian Tire is the quintessential Canadian place to shop. The Mountain Road store is more comfortable than the other locations in the city, it's bright, spacious, and well stocked. I find the staff here friendly and helpful, there is plenty of parking and you can enter and exit the lot on to Mountain Road with the assistance of a traffic light. Overall, I have been, and will continue to be a repeat shopper here. I believe we should support Canadian Companies that remain proudly Canadian, and you couldn't find a more Canadian institution than Canadian Tire

Went in to this Canadian tire location to pick up a product that was on sale, 3 days only event. When I arrived at the store, the sale item was not displayed on the floor. Only realized after a long and very unpleasant conversation with the seasonal manager that the item was incorrectly posted in the flyer and that I could not receive the sale price for the product displayed in the flyer. I was told that the product they meant to advertise was the sale item. This item lacked a very important feature. The retail difference between the two products was $50. There was no store notice indicating this. I understood then why they had kept the sale product stored in the warehouse as I assumed they were avoiding confrontation and/or losses. I feel they should have been a little more cooperative and honored their advertisement. Product numbers don't mean anything to a customer reading a flyer. I don't believe CT's intention is to publish misleading ads or pull a bait and switch by claiming ad errors but if you continue to make these kinds of mistakes and not own up to it then it leads me to think otherwise. After contacting Customer Relations I got no assistance. They passed my "file" off to a Case Manager who in turn simply mailed a letter stating they are unable to honour my request for the sales price and they thanked me for providing them the opportunity to respond. What a waste of time... if they had thrown in a coupon with the "sorry can't help you letter" them maybe I would have felt my time wasn't totally wasted!

On line customer pick up location is not very well indicated. I had to pick up an online order after dark and was directed all the way to the back of the building , where shipping and receiving is located. First off, only one sign on the corner of the building stating”customer pick up”, then as you drive along side the building in the dark no other signs to guide you along. I drove by twice. Then decided to turn back and only then did I see the sign above an overhead door hidden behind a large transport container where no one would see it even in day light. Rang the bell twice but no one showed up. Had to call customer service to let them know. Very dark area except for the lights over the garage door; made me a little nervous being alone and waiting there for someone to come.

They will not call you if they find your steel rims is a bit bent and will just place the tire on it without asking you. The whole car was shaking... I brought it back and says it all my fault and if I replace the rim with another one they will charge me again for the whole thing. What a mess, people, if you want to place new tires on your rims, go somewhere else where they will be more honest with you and not trying to rub your money to do the job twice.

I have after today decided never to visit this location again, ever time I do I seem to be ignored, and watched, today was the final straw when the associate asked me very aggressively to put my backpack at the front of the store, which in normal circumstances I understand, but I am a well groomed and have good hygien with no reason to question, the only reason I have a back pack is my car is at the shop and it is a back up bag for when I can’t make it home. This isn’t the first time I was fallowed in this store and it was the first store all day to even have a problem with it. I will gladly take my money elsewhere, I hope you do too

After a favorable resolution to the defective power tool experience, I have agreed to remove my negative review. The resolution would not have been possible without the assistance from Michelle from Corporate. This makes me feel better about Canadian Tire as Canadian Tire in general, but it has opened my eyes to the reality that each store can impose their own rules. This location still has its own rules, which means I will try to make my purchases at other stores not owned by this franchisee. Why the franchisee? According to the in-store Customer Service, my problem is with the locations new nameless, contactless owner. My negative review was up for more than two weeks, and he did not respond.

I like Canadian Tire but I bought tires online and it look 35 minutes before I got served and another 10 - 15 minutes to get the online paper check out. I will never buy online at Canadian Tire again Instead I will go at the store and if they don't have the product that I want I will go elsewhere.

DO NOT go to this auto shop, I took my car there for the first time yesterday, I was suppose to have a simple tire change, only to find out that the mechanic had broken off TWO of my lug nuts and tried to charge me 300 for labour to fix my car, for something THEIR mechanic broke off! Save your money and sanity, do not take your car to these people!!! Completely ridiculous, poor excuse of a auto shop.

I have never been treated so poorly as a customer as I was today. I went in for price protection on an item I bought 3 weeks prior and was told that I could not get price protection because the store policy was 14 days. This is not on the receipt or posted anywhere in store and is a policy set by owner Ron Landry. I was told I could not return and repurchase my items and that I could not rebuy from in store stock and return with my old receipts. I ultimately returned the items fully and will buy alternatives elsewhere. I don't fault the staff as they were following policy but it's clear the owner is anti-customer and I encourage everyone to shop at other locations
