Eli is a born healer. I have lower back issues due to a curved spine. Eli did about 30 minutes of sacrum work and my pain disappeared for 2 weeks. It's never really gotten bad again ever since because Eli will also suggest exercises and stretches you can do o your own to mitigate the problem. I highly recommend him for you healing work.

I went to Eli at Kootenay Osteropathy for a pain I had in my side for months. Within 3 visits he addressed where the pain was coming from, how to solve it on a regular basis and ways to avoid it from the future. I was also dealing with some residual injuries that he worked through with me. The experience I had there was like no other in comparison. I have seen many physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists who cumulatively were not able to address the issues that Eli was able to essentially solve for me in 3 sessions. Of course with any injury/pain/etc you will want to continue with his treatment plan - but I highly recommend going here at least once!
