Best pedicure ever! I had the reflexology pedicure. The massage was lovely, but 2 weeks later the paint job on my toes looks like the day I had them done. And I am hard on my feet! Would definitely go back!

I am really disappointed with my manicure. I paid $65 and my nails look like I did it myself. They are lumpy and don’t even cover the whole nail bed. I even called and asked to speak to the manager but they said to give them a email, but here’s the catch they gave me the wrong email address.

Aura is the most beautiful spa. Product lines are environmentally conscious, and natural. The staff are so helpful, and friendly. I have loved every service I have had: from haircut and colour, to facial and manicure. They have an infrared sauna (the best way to rejuvenate and unwind), and offer amazing fresh brewed tea when you walk through the door. Will definitely revisit.

I wanted a massage and mani/pedi to spoil myself on my last day of vacation in Nelson, and Hazel was able to fit me in at the last minute in the perfect time slot. The stone and spice massage was divine after being sore from hiking (I can’t remember her name, but she was so sweet and did so well and deserves recognition!), and I had the best time with Savannah doing my nails. It was just her, Hazel and I for a few hours and they did such a wonderful job of maintaining their professionalism, yet creating such a relaxing and casual atmosphere that gave me the perfect ending to this already unforgettable vacation.

Great atmosphere. Calm and attentive service. Relaxing from the moment I walked in. Tables are comfortable. Had a full body deep tissue massage from Sarah Rane. Amazing massage. Sarah is intuitive and used just enough pressure to relieve my tension and get great results, without my body feeling beat up afterward. Perfectly balanced. Really appreciated the gentle pressure point releases at the end and hot towels on the feet. Quality oils and arnica gel to finish. Do yourself a favor, book a 90 minute massage with Sarah Rane. You deserve it.

I had my hair completly butchered by the hairstylist Lisa this morning. I realized how bad it was when I went back to my vehicle. I came back and asked her why she was thinking and told her she completly messed it up. I grew it out from a pixie and need the back trimmed because it looked like a mullet. She cut the sides and I told her right away that I didn't want the side touched (which we went over in the consultation as well) I am also a hairdresser so I know the right things to say and ask for. She also did a poor job in general. It look butchered around my ear and I found a ton of long hairs. When I confronted her she was super defensive. Did not apologize and told me she didn't need to start her day off like this. I had to go to another stylist and get a pixie cut again in order to fix it. I had to litterally ask for my money back and she was pretty rude about it all. Not impressed and I do not recommend at all.

Amazing. Im from out of town and i was having issues submitting a claim for insurance. I needed a new document. I emailed them and i had a response with the documents within 24 hours. Bonus the massage was well needed and relaxing. They were very professional as well.Definitly reccomend wether from in or out of town.

All I had done here was a simple eyebrow wax. Both eyebrows aren’t preportionate even after going back to re-do. It was $20 which is $8 more than I’ve ever paid and should note the service and result to be there but it just wasn’t. I can get my eyebrows done for $12 and their perfect along with service, I won’t be coming back.

I had the most amazing facial at Aura Spa and Salon. The salon is beautifully decorated and when you walk in, you feel like you're in a oasis away from all your worries. Sarah is professional, thorough and my skin felt wonderful for at least a week afterwards. Also I've had a manicure/pedicure with Jackie, and again, fabulous! I would recommend this spa/salon to anyone living or visiting Nelson.

I was in nelson for work recently and while staying at the Hume hotel, I booked a relaxation massage at the Aura Spa (located inside the hotel). I have to say, it was one of the BEST massages I have ever had! I saw Julie and she was great! I left feeling relaxed and I also must commend the front staff and the ambiance as they are all top notch! I will be booking again next time i am in town!

I absolutely loved my experience at Aura Spa in the Hume Hotel. I purchased some skin care products from there when I was having trouble with my skin post partum. The girls were very helpful and I won't be buying my skin care products anywhere else! My skin has never looked better. I also had my eyebrows waxed and I was very happy with how they turned out. Highly recommend.

I haven’t been to a day spa in quite awhile, so this was a huge treat for me. I booked the Day Maker experience, and I highly recommend it! They have friendly, professional staff members who go out of their way to make sure that you’re comfortable. It was an amazing day, thank you!
