I was called in from the waitlist for a 60-minute massage. Terri was friendly, welcoming, and professional. She really took the time to understand my physical issues, and did amazing work. The gifting of the bath salts at the end was a lovely touch! The space itself is absolutely gorgeous.

Edit: Lynne got in touch with me to take ownership of the issue detailed below, and worked very hard to ensure I was able to be booked into a replacement appointment in an extremely reasonable timeframe. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome, and now that I know changing appointment times without client confirmation isn't the norm, I'm more than happy to give another chance. :) I booked an appointment with a new RMT, Rick, about 2 months in advance - no problem, massage is in demand, I just picked a time that would work for me. 2 days before my appointment, I received notification that they'd unilaterally decided to change my appointment, and here was my new time....which no longer worked for me. I had to cancel the appointment I had waited 2 months for, and when I looked at rebooking, it would have been another months wait. In my opinion, appointment changes should be made with a phonecall to ensure that your client has a say in what works for them, and rebooking can be made within a reasonable timeframe.

Tracy Crawford is the most incredible, talented, and kind woman. She has made my body feel better than it has in ages. She is so attentive to my needs- somedays I'd come in right before work and she would ensure to cover my hair with a towel. She learned quickly to adjust the shoulder pillows just right, and heat the warmer ahead of time. Tracy is so intuative- she reads your mind and can sense where your body needs help (without you telling her!) I cannot rave enough about how exceptional my experience was. To boot, she has the most bubbly warm personality. Made me feel so welcome and cared for. Ok, I'll shut up now. Thanks Tracy!!!! <3

I've been going to the Solace Center for over a year and it's excellent. Treatments are on time and last accordingly. The staff all seem very nice and the business is clean. All covid policies are present while still allowing a relaxing experience. I hope to continue treatments her for years to come.

Nebilah’s massages are perhaps a little more subtle or not typical for what you might expect from an RMT, but they have been extremely helpful in calming my nervous system and releasing tension. Solace has an incredible atmosphere – very peaceful, tranquil, and relaxing. A great place to visit for yoga, acupuncture, or massage!

The place is rightly named. It brings you solace. The rooms have faint but positive lighting, lovely mild music and simple yet welcoming interiors to stimulate the mind. The staff is always so courteous and well behaved that one doesn’t feel out of place. I was given my massage by Brittany this time, who was very understanding and made me feel comfortable by asking about my choices first. The next one hour just flew by. I was totally relaxed and rejuvenated. I went back to work after the massage and experienced better productivity at the workplace. I would totally recommend the Solace Centre to friends and family.
