I am a regular, albeit inconsistent, client at Knead and I absolutely love my treatments. My regular practitioner is Rahim and his services are life and body changing. I cannot recommend him enough. I will also see other therapists when I want a more traditional massage and I have only had wonderful experiences each time. The building and treatment rooms are clean and calming. The atmosphere at reception is professional and friendly. The COVID protocols are reassuring that our wellness is important.

Amazing local spot for professional massage therapy, with a choice of multiple massage therapists each bringing their unique way of working/practicing, and now even offering acupuncture! Front desk staff are always smiling, friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile to take of you on the administrative side. Clean washrooms and filtered water available, clean and sanitary waiting area, also offering therapeutic supplies such as heating pads, self massagers, foam rollers etc

I went for my 2nd massage today and have never in my entire life had such a great massage. I can stand taller and have no pain anywhere. I cannot say enough great things about Shelly or any of the staff at Knead! You ‘knead’ them in your life.

Great therapists. But cancelling an appointment 2 hrs before due to a little snow. Is not kool. It stoped snowing 25 min before my appointment started and there was only 4 inchs on ground. After spending over 5k at the place last year as i dont have coverage im frustrated. Have cancelled all upcoming appointment and going to another massage therapist i will be

Its a very good place to get a message and quite accessible as its near the streets. The parking is quite big and easy to park. The place is well kept and maintained. The staff are great and professional in their work. All in all good place to get a message.

My one hour appointment apparently started as I got out of the elevator. I ended up paying $105 for 45 mins. I got a 40 min massage at Woodgrove Pine Massage for $42 the other day so needless to say, I will NOT be back. The RMT who treated me was good but the room was freezing & I was quite uncomfortable. I was shocked that I didn't receive a neck/ shoulder/ head massage at the end and saw by the clock that my massage was cut 15 mins short as per my appointment "start" time.

Nice people and decent experience, one thing I didn’t like was the lotion or oils she used kept drying out so there was a lot of friction going on against my skin, and a few days after the massage some points she pressed on were in quite a bit of pain. I’ve been to multiple places looking for a new RMT but I don’t think these guys quite suit my needs.

I have been going to Knead Therapy several years now for various recurring injuries/soreness issues. The RMT's there are truly incredible. They have made a significant positive impact on my quality of life through their work. Not only are they professional and knowledgeable, they are also great listeners, motivators, confidants, and just all around great people. I have seen almost every RMT there, and there isn't a single person I wouldn't go to again. When I first started going, I thought I would just stick to my one injury - I soon realized the benefit of massage, and found areas that I didn't even know needed a massage! My daily pain/stiffness/soreness had just become my new normal. The group at Knead has helped me progress beyond that. I honestly can't see enough great things about Knead Therapy. Nice people, but felt that my time slot for physio was always cut shorter than what it was supposed to be. A second opinion on my broken ankle from another physiotherapist stated that not enough was done to help me here, which is kind of a disappointment as it's a fairly tough injury to heal.
