Eleven Arrows has a warm and welcoming atmosphere! I have seen a number of Massage Therapists there, and all are top notch. Paul has been my main Therapist, and has always provided a great treatment. I would certainly recommend anyone to Eleven Arrows!

Accepting pain as part of daily life from the time I wake to the time I sleep had become the norm for me. Some days worse than others. Since I met Paul and started seeing him for regular massage visits, my pain has significantly reduced, my mobility has increased and I have more good days than bad. After seeing him, I not only feel physically better, I feel energized, happier, and uplifted in my spirit. Eleven Arrows is a professional, clean, comfortable space filled with a team who are kind, respectful, and who genuinely care about their guests. I would (and do) recommend this amazing place to everyone I come in contact with who lives with pain. Once you walk through the door, you'll see for yourself and you won't be disappointed.

Thank you Paul for your assessment and treatment of my right bicep muscle. I feel amazing. I have known Paul for many years and I just had my first massage from him today. He is professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and intuitive. I just completed an intense workout and my right bicep muscle was very painful. Working though the different attachments and muscle heads with both gentle and direct pressures he found the right combination to relieve my pain, increase my range of motion and allow me to drive to the ferry without constant muscle spasms and twitching. I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family to him for relief.
