Almost flawless. The only issue is that you can't book things on desktop. You have to use the app. App is fine, as far as apps go, but when you have to type in a lot of information, it is very frustrating to do on a phone or without a keyboard. Please set up a way to book online using a computer.

The process to download the app, book an appointment and make payment very easy and really convenient!! The only negative is there were many many text messages confirmations and repeat messages. The massage itself was very good. Vivian was very very amazing. Set up and take down of the massage bed was easy. Very good experience. The only negative is the tipping. They say it’s optional but encouraged which is another way of saying it’s expected. They send 2 messages right after asking for the tip. I always viewed massage therapy as needed service for health reasons. As I don’t tip my dentist or physio etc, it was unusual for me. I know it’s mobile massage but you pay a premium for that in the fee itself. After my benefits co share portion, I ended up paying double than I would have by going to the clinic because the tip is expected to be between 15-20%. So for me, I need to decide how much of a fee do I want to pay for in house service because it is more than what they charge for the service itself and I can’t claim it to my insurance.

I was one of the first users of the Massago app when it first launched in Toronto, and have been a huge advocate ever since. I have seen feedback that I've given (or even thought of but didn't express) be implemented in little ways with the app. The team really listens to their clients, they are responsive and friendly. This team understands customer service. I have never once had less than a 5 star experience with the app or booking process. When I have told friends about the app, I always get questioned about inviting a 'stranger' into your home - but I can tell you that I have always felt 100% safe - they have measures for everyones safety (including the RMT by the way). The RMT's are all great - though I do have my favs - and also are respectful, thorough and accept and encourage feedback. This is the best app, and super convenient for busy working professionals who can't get out to spas or wellness centers. If I could give them 6 out of 5 stars, I would.

Massago is excellent. The first time I booked with them I wasn't totally sure...it seed sorta sketchy sending over ID etc. But I guess in hindsight it makes sense! We've been using them for a couple months now and the massage therapists are all excellent! It's great because they come to you and you don't have to worry about driving home or anything after you can just relax. I also appreciate their communication when you are booking. They'll let you know right away if someone if able to come or not. Highly recommend them!!

I gave 3 star because of massage therapist, i had couple massage done with my husband. 2 therapist came in , 1 male and 1 female. Male therapist was great, but female one was i dont know if she is upset with something.. she was so cold and my daughter even asked why her face looks angry., also i got bruise on my arm from her massage. Dont know how to attach picture here tho., otherwise i would have attached my bruise. Well maybe it will be your luck to get a good massage therapist.

My husband surprised me for my birthday last year and sent a Massago masseuse to my office for a 1 hour massage. They didn't need a lot of space to set up and work, he was very professional, thorough, friendly and gave me an excellent massage with relaxing music playing too. We recently had a Massage masseuse come to our home since I am 38 weeks pregnant now and Covid 19 is going strong. My husband was suffering from a pinched nerve in his leg and went first. He was really impressed with the massage and couldn't believe how knowledgable the therapist was in being able to locate all the proper pressure points and knew exactly what to do with them all. He also taught my husband some stretches and gave him tips and tricks to try to continue healing. My prenatal massage was extremely relaxing, professional and comfortable. Laying on my side he worked on my upper back, shoulders, arms and legs and was very conscious of how I should be laying, and made sure I was always comfortable and alright. I would definitely use this service again, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great massage without having to go far.

No issues with the app at all. Very intuitive interface. Connected me with a masseuse successfully when I booked in the morning for the same evening. I prefer it to the Soothe app because you can select a window of time to improve results instead of selecting 15min increments.

Really impressed with our home massage. Husband and I had back to back massages, our massage therapist Darrell B was very professional, friendly and very good with our pets. He was very quiet when doing my massage (following my queues) and I could hear him and my husband laughing and having a good time during his massage (which is what my husband prefers). He made good use of the space we had at home for him to set up and, despite the difference in our sizes, my husband and I both agreed it was the best massage we'd had with the perfect amount of pressure for each of us. Very happy! The app worked pretty well, though I couldn't figure out how to fill out two health forms in advance (since two people were having massages). I was able to book rather short notice and I was impressed with all the safety features that showed how much massago cares about their therapists and their customers safety.

App has a couple good new features such as “repeat with same therapist”, and “track therapist” to let you know where they are at. Some kinks still being worked out with repeat function based on my experience, as it required some back and forth texts, but customer service was good. All therapists that I’ve experience have been pretty good, and a few great ones. Quite convenient.

Honestly the BEST MASSAGE I’ve EVER had!!!! I have serious cronic neck and shoulder issues that I have seen several RMTs for before. I booked a deep tissue massage with Massago to come to my home because we are scared to go to a spa due to covid. But I don’t think I’d ever go to another company after this experience. They are very COVID-19 prepared and sanitary. In regards to the massage, the way Sunil was able to target the pressure points in my shoulder blades and shoulders that were causing my headaches and cronic neck pains was like MAGIC. I have never experienced such professionalism and someone who so clearly knew what they were doing. My husband had a massage booked with Sunil right after mine and he agrees with me this massage was VERY good and we definitely want to book again!

I have been using Massago for a few years now and love the service. It’s awesome having a masseuse come to the house, the communication is great and the safety protocols during Covid have always made me feel safe & comfortable. Only challenge has been finding a masseuse for some later time slots (starting at 8pm) - that works best for our family but it can often be tough for Massago to get an RMT to take the appointment.

First she said that their workplace wellness program is outsourced, then she said it was in-house. Then she said their events coordinator is out of the office- maybe something she should've said originally. Not sure about the app, but for company massage days, might be easier to go elsewhere.

If the massage therapist is going to be wearing latex gloves during the massage, this should be clearly communicated upfront. I would not have booked a massage had I known this. Part of the massage’s therapeutic benefits comes from the direct contact of the therapist’s hands on the body. Latex gloves creates a sterile medical feel - not relaxing or comforting. Very disappointing. I would not use this service again.

They let you input a time that is convenient for you and match you to an available therapist which I like better than trying to fit my schedule around the appointment (especially with two kids). Vivian was great and made me feel so much better. The extra cost to have an at home service is well worth it for me.

I initially had some Questions and when I texted the number on the website they were so speedy with their reply and answered all my questions. Vilma and joy replied and helped me book through the app which was super easy! They have lots of options as you book like what kind of massage you want ( Swedish/deep tissue/prenatal/sports massage) you can also book back to back massage of two people in your household need it or a couples massage if you want 2 people massaged at the same time. Love that everything can be done through the app. Also it is super convenient I’ll probably always just book massages through the app instead of going to a spa.

I was excited to try this service as it has a high rating and it has been around for a few years. I signed up and got an email about lower prices. I wanted to book, but before I sent in the request I noticed that the prices were much higher than I was promised on their advert. I contacted head office about this and they said that in the downtown core their prices hadn't changed and it was noted on their website. I checked, it is but in very tiny print. No where on the ad stated this. I told them that they're misleading their client base. They offered me a promo code, but that wasn't enough. They lost my trust and they didn't say anything on how they'll change their ad from lying to their customers. If they lie about this, what else are they lying about. Really sorry about this. I was willing to give them a second shot however, it was a chore trying to find a real person to answer my question. It seems like their email is on aut-reply and a computer replied to my email twice within 12 hours.

*BUYER BEWARE* I was going to post a mediocre review on here about this company, however seeing how management treats their reviews, I have been fully turned off. Reading through previous posts, it seems like the company uses the names given to look into their clients accounts, i'm certain without any permission. This is not only unacceptable, but also very creepy. I'm sure previous posters use their alternate emails and/or fake accounts so this shady company can't stalk their account without any permission. Very disgusting. Please be aware before posting. Now on to the service, the massages themselves are fine, ieven requesting the same therapist, you're testing your luck, most of the time they're not as good as they were at the previous visit. It seems like the company has let go of human beings taking care of questions in their `info line' or whatever they call it. I have received the same exact reply over and over and over - all riddled with the same grammar and spelling mistakes (they boast to be `proudly Canadian' when they use American spelling, forgetting the `u' in most words. They also don't know the difference between `you're' and `your') .I have since erased my account, as If they're willing to stalk you by using just our name left on a Google Review, I'm scared to think what they can do within their database. I have the personal contact information of my favourite therapists, and will contact them independently if needed.

I'll share the story.It was just over a year ago and I had just situated myself in Toronto and was still homeless. I was looking for hotels and had a craving for sushi. This is how I came onto your site (massago is also sushi!) . By mistake. I was interested and used the chat option to contact for more information. Your representative Shane came on and told me about your service. We got to talking (pretty long considering it was through SMS and he must've been busy). We connected since we're both writers. I wanted to try your service, however, being new to the town, and no where to stay I thought it'd be impossible. However, Shane chipped in and e-transferred me money for an hour massage and even a bit for a meal. He treated me to a night in with a massage and a meal. He told me that he's doing this with the promise that I’ll book again once I'm more situated. It took a while but I am. No other company has treated me so royally as Shane treated me that day. Hopefully he's reading this and he can get back to me about setting up an appointment. If he has since left, please don’t worry as I guess I’m too late in fulfilling my promise to him. I’m sorry that I’m not too familiar with the app game, as I use your site on my phone and don’t know how to contact the office via email. It wasn’t very clear. Thank you very much.
