After having TMJ Disorder issues for the past 14 months & finding out I have a cyst in the jaw bone I tried numerous things to find some relief; acupuncture, physiotherapy, night splints, chiro, etc. Nothing seemed to work. I finally booked in here with Lydia Put, and she did absolute wonders for my jaw pain! I can't thank her enough. I still have a ways to go, but I haven't felt so much relief from any other health professional. She knows her stuff!!

I’m guided with how to personally care for my concerns hips, shoulders, neck and I get a lot of relief from discomfort in the meantime with their treatments. Adjustments, chiro, orthotics with Dr. Kelbert and Massage therapy with Brenna ???? All massage therapists I’ve seen at this clinic have been great. You leave somewhat sore but the benefits come 24-48 hours after and I always feel better.
