And the prices ver fair, I Def returned to get another massage and will always go back. I went to Bota bktax and personally isway too overrated. Very expensive massage and not very good service. I often call the Spa Vert the day of to book an appointment and they are always able to squeeze me in (super appreciated!). The desk staff and massage therapists are very friendly and attentive. The waiting area is quite relaxing despite it's small space. I have found that each MT has their own technique which has been insightful to experience. Lastly prices range up to $90 for an hour treatment which is expensive but typical for such services. Thank you!

I went there two weeks ago. The receptionists are really nice and supportive. the massage experts also did their job very good. I didn't have any problem for making an appointment. it is possible to fix a time by phone or online but it gives more flexibility if you call them directly by phone. Only thing that I saw, their saloon is not so big but comparing to their service it is not important subject.

The best massage place in Town! I drive all the way from the south shore for my massages! They always try to give you an appointment as soon as possible, recommend great therapists for your type of problems. Ive been massaged by 5 therapists there during the years and loved each and everyone of them. Beautiful staff and very professional! When u take 1h massage they actually do 1h massage not 50mins like some other places do! I recommend to everyone! Cant wait to go back after this covid is finished!

They are giving different and opposite information. So one day they said something is fine and the other day they changed their mind. Forexample, I wanted to get the 10 session package with them and reciptionist told me that they include Osteopathy in this package. But, the day after another receiptionist told me that package does not include Osteopath, however my friend has this package and he is using it! Also, I took an appointment with them for Osteopath and they did not mention that insurance companies do not accept her because she is not registered. So, I ended up paying full amount by myself!

Spa Vert was highly recommended by a family member. When I made my de stress massage appointment, I asked to give me anyone since I do not know any therapist. I do not know about everyone else, but I consider myself lucky to get Anna Teeple as my therapist. I have going to her almost every month for the last year. From the receptionist to my therapist, the service is 10/10. As for Anna, she is awesome. She am excellent listener, and works on the issues that troubling my parts of the body. I also love, at every end of treatment, she offers always some recommendations from daily exercises or certain natural drinks for the stress that I carry especially from health care workplace. The institution is small, compact, and beautiful. The minute you go through the door, you feel being zen right away.

Great studio and has a relaxing vibe..but not so great for the massage itself. I've had better.. I specified to Lara what I was looking for and she was attentive and sort of tackled them but towards the end when I commented about the pressure in the head asking for a little more, she seemed offended and threw off my whole mood really. Might just be her technique that I didn't quite like. I like the studio but might try someone else.

Katherine B is a true gifted healer. We did some reiki and stress releasing massage. I was a very anxious and now my chakras are aligned and I feel at peace. It was my first reiki experience and she made sure I was comfortable and educated me on the subject before hand so I understood better what was going to happen. Will be back monthly now :)

I really enjoyed my visit. This is the only place in Montreal that offers prenatal massage and when you’re 9 months pregnant and all tensed-up, trust me, you’ll give it a try. To my surprise, the place was better than expected! The ambiance was calmed. I felt in peace. Also, the staff at the front was amazing and sweet. The therapists was very professional and had a great sense of humor. She was super cautious with me and always asked me if I was feeling ok with everything, which is exactly what you wanna hear when you’re usually not ok. Hence, my positive review.

I was really disappointed after my first experience. I paid for a 45 minute massage. I arrived on time. I was told to fill out a health form (typical protocol). By the time this was completed, I met the masseuse and got ready for the massage, over 20 minutes had passed. I anticipated that my massage would be 45 minutes from the time it started. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. When I confronted the receptionist about this, she questioned my concern and became defensive. Why would I lie about this or want to complain after my first experience at the spa? She did absolutely nothing for me. I could not get over how horrible the customer service was for a first time client. Given that I have worked with customers for many years, I know how a business should be treating a first time client. She continued speaking with me to the point where I simply requested to pay and go home. I will never return to this spa, nor recommend this to any of my friends or family. It is upsetting to know that I walked into a spa for a relaxing experience, yet it turned into one of the most frustrating ones to date.

What a wonderful staff. I was in Montreal over a long weekend and had some back tightness from indoor rock climbing. The Spa had a great in-depth questionnaire to make sure that they are able to target the muscles your having trouble with & any medical issue you may have. I can't praise Spa Vert enough- from the minute I walk through the door and am handed a cup of tea, I feel my shoulders relaxing. The treatments are more than massages, they are closer to therapy sessions. I leave feeling like a new person! Excellent facility. I discovered it a few weeks ago and have been twice for massage therapy. All their therapists are licensed so you can claim services for health insurance coverage. Well-located in Griffintown, their facilities are impeccably clean, peaceful and comfortable. You can see schedules and availability, and can book online very easily. They have an effective modern database sending you reminders for appointments and storing personal info and health needs, making it easy for subsequent appointments. I was very satisfied with my massage therapist and the entire experience has been comfortable and satisfying. To boot, they have excellent competitive rates. I highly recommend them to anyone.

She and her staff always go above and beyond their call of duty. From the second you walk into the spa, you automatically feel relaxed and pampered. From the décor, the scent, the hot cup of tea, to the receptionist smile, they all make sure your experience from A to Z is wonderful. I usually get the hot stone (my favourite), or the Swedish massage and both are great. When Diane is not available, I have tried Enrique, Catherine and Isabelle, and they all have the same Spa Vert approach which is to make sure you leave relaxed and content. I can’t say enough good things about Spa Vert, my only wish is that everybody gets to see it for themselves.

What they did anyway was still charged my card the full amount of the spa. $90.38. I had went there to see if hey would be willing to at least give me my money back or half I realized it was my error but they could have given me half back as a courtesy since I was planning on getting a services there next weekend for my birthday with my friends. The lady called me to say that they will not be returning my money on my credit card. Hey Spa Vert that is fine. I always recommend Spa Vert to my friends. It's quaint, quiet, and I've never had a bad massage (been 6+ times). I like Gilian's massages for sports/deep tissue. When I explain which sports I do he understands exactly what needs to be worked on and I always feel better! The prices are incredible too! Spa vert is by far, the best in town. Their team are always very kindly. The space is lovely with a zen touch and everything is made to be sure that you feel relax and ready for your massage. Their massage therapists such as Patricia, Gillian will always take time to listen your needs and offering you the massage that you really need at the moment. They can sense your feeling and what your body should have. As a yoga teacher, I felt connected to this spa more than others in Montreal. Before the covid-19, I used to often go with my daughter. They accommodate us to be in the same room. The massotherapy professionals are wonderful, respectful and pay attention to the clients needs. I had an incident awhile ago with a receptionist who was physically agressive. But the owner took care of the situation. Since then, we had found back our well being. Planning to go back soon with my child. It's always clean, smells great the music is so calming. What a great place ta take care of ourselves.

Never having had a massage I was a little nervous, but Minerva put my mind at ease with her open and chill demeanor and the massage was absolutely fantastic! 6 months post partum and my back was a mess, and she managed to make all the aches disappear. I will most definitely be going back! Reception was friendly and welcoming and the spa vibe was chill, cozy and warm! Highly recommend this place!

I just returned to Montreal yesterday after being away from for three weeks and was looking forward to my massage which was scheduled for today before leaving. They did not disappoint, the tension I was feeling from the traveling and flying in a plane for hours has now melted away. I suffer from chronic back pain as a result of having blown a disc and having a cracked vertebra in my lower back. My doctors wanted to fuse my spine and I refused. I do physio, swim regularly and go there for them to massage my back and release the tension. I credit my regular massages at Spa Vert with releasing the tension that builds up in my muscles as part of my recovery, without having undergone surgery. I feel like a new man today after my massage. Traveling can be brutal when you have a back injury. They have been my go to massage therapist since 2015. I credit their team with helping me along in my journey of recovery. The staff starting with the reception is always helpful. They greet me by offering me a glass of water and asking to hang up my coat. I would not hesitate and do often recommend Spa Vert to friends and acquaintances who are suffering back pain. Excellent massage therapy! I've been to four different massage therapists in four different massage places in Montreal now, and this was by far the best. Genevieve did an "office worker" massage, and was sensitive to my athletic injuries, very well. I also arrived ten minutes late and she went ten minutes overtime. General customer service was also excellent - they offer you water and tea, take your coat, and encourage you to relax. Wish I found this place sooner.

The therapist are passionate about what they do and they do it from there hearts. all I can say is.. thank GOD I live a block away from this spa! the best massages from EVERYONE.. no matter who you get, they are amazing! I come for a massage almost every months, sometimes even twice a month. One time I had to cancel last minute due to the time of the month, and they still charged me. this is was my first time cancelling so it was disappointing since they have zero exceptions.

I came home from traveling and my lower back which is problematic was locked up and I was in serious pain. I waited 24hrs to see if it would pass and it didn't. I booked an hour and half massage at Spa Vert with Faon. I walked in feeling lots of pain and I left feeling great, no pain. It had all released. Today is the day following the massage and I still feel great and no pain. The place is clean and the massage tables are very comfortable. The staff from the reception to the therapist are courteous and helpful, from offering you a glass of water or to hang your coat. Thank you for the great massage.

Spa very well located on Notre Dame. The staff there has always been very gentle and welcoming. So far, I have had 3 different masseuses and they were all great. Very caring and attentive to my specific needs / requirements. The place is cosy and lovely. The only downside imo is that the building the spa is in kind of smells bad as you go through the hallways, which kind of alters the overall experience of "going to the spa". Great place overall, highly recommend if you are looking for top tier treatments.
