I’ve been here before and it’s been good but the last massage I had the RMT used “tools” (rollers etc.) the whole time. I wasn’t a fan. Edit: I never received a call and I never said I was "delighted". I also never said the massage was bad I just said I wasn't a fan. I don't understand how you can feel what you're working on without feeling it with your own hands. I've had many massages and "tools" have never been involved. The tools were used so much that one actually fell apart during the session. Every other massage I've gotten I'm usually flipped onto my back and have my neck, shoulder and arms worked on. That didn't happen this time. The massage itself just seemed disorganized. The RMT was very nice, respectful and professional. The lack of communication from both parties is probably to blame. With that being said I've been to this location many times before and have enjoyed it. Re-rated to 3 stars.

First time and last time. My appointment was full one hour because I’m new customer and cost me $92. After the girl finished her work I find out i was in the room for only 35 minutes. I asked the front desk it should be full one hour, she said You were late 25 minutes which is that’s not right because my appointment was at 1030 am but she’s saying it was at 10am. Bad experience sorry.

I have only had my second massage therapy treatment with Camil and I can honestly say, Camil is unequivocally, amazing! I have seen many massage therapists, in the past, and some were fantastic but, I have never experienced the attention, he has, to go above and beyond. Currently, he is treating me for soft tissue treatment following a lumbar microdiscectomy. I knew, after the first visit, that Camil knew what he was doing and with that my confidence in his abilities is complete. His knowledge, skills and enthusiasm tell me that I have found a True Gem.

(Translated) I recently went for a massage at Massage Experts. The massage therapist was waiting up front chatting with the receptionist. I didn't know it was him. She told me that my massage therapist would come and pick me up when he was ready. He did not greet me or introduce himself, or look at me during the 10 minutes that I was waiting in the room, 2 meters from him. In addition, his manipulations were a bit rough. I pointed out to him once and he said "no, just try to relax". Yet I know my body. I also had to pull up my pants because he pulled them a little too low for my liking without warning me. I do * not reproach * any aggression, it seems to me that it is just another lack of delicacy. In addition, he asked me if I had ever had suction cups. I first said "yes" (but they were small movable suction cups to take off the fascia, I understood later). Anyway, he put several big suction cups on me and told me it was going to last 15 minutes. I said it was too strong and that I have never had this kind of cupping at such intensity. He said "ok, 5 minutes". I had big red / blue circles afterwards and I panicked at home because I had never had so many marks. I quickly reassured myself by reading on the internet. It is true that I had said to have had suction cups before, but my point is that it is the responsibility of the professional to obtain a true informed consent with all the explanations *** when it comes marks that still represent bodily injuries that last a few days. He should have asked more questions about my experience. In short, once again, I do not believe that this is a bad intention but rather a lack of delicacy and education on respect for the physical integrity of the client and informed consent. While the massage in general still made my shoulder blade feel good (I admit it!), I didn't enjoy the overall experience at all. (Original) Je suis allée me faire masser récemment chez Massage Experts. Le massothérapeute attendait à l'avant en jasant avec la réceptionniste. Je ne savais pas que c'était lui. Elle m'a dit que mon massothérapeute allait venir me chercher quand il serait prêt. Il ne m'a pas salué ni s'est présenté, ni m'a regardé pendant les 10 minutes pendant lesquelles j'attendais dans la salle, à 2 mètres de lui. De plus, ses manipulations étaient un peu brusques. Je lui ai fait remarqué une fois et il m'a dit "non, essaie juste de te détendre". Pourtant, je connais mon corps. J'ai dû également remonter mon pantalon car il l'a descendu un peu trop bas à mon goût sans m'avertir. Je ne fais *aucune reproche* d'une quelconque agression, il me semble qu'il s'agit seulement d'un autre manque de délicatesse. De plus, il m'a demandé si j'avais déjà eu des ventouses. J'ai premièrement dit "oui" (mais c'était des petites ventouses mobiles pour décoller le fascia, j'ai compris par la suite). Bref, il m'a mis plusieurs grosses ventouses et m'a dit que ça allait durer 15 minutes. J'ai dit que c'était trop fort et que je n'ai jamais eu ce genre de ventouses à une telle intensité. Il a dit "ok, 5 minutes". J'ai eu de gros ronds rouges / bleus par la suite et j'ai paniqué à la maison car je n'avais jamais eu autant de marques. Je me suis rapidement rassurée en lisant sur internet. Il est vrai que j'avais dit avoir eu des ventouses avant, mais mon point est qu'il est de la ***responsabilité du professionnel d'obtenir un vrai consentement éclairé avec toutes les explications*** lorsqu'il s'agit de marques qui représentent tout de même des lésions corporelles qui durent quelques jours. Il aurait dû poser plus de questions sur mon expérience. Bref, encore une fois, je ne crois pas qu'il s'agit d'une mauvaise intention mais plutôt d'un manque de délicatesse et d'éducation sur le respect de l'intégrité physique du client et du consentement éclairé. Bien que le massage en général ait quand-même fait du bien à mon omoplate (je le reconnais!), je n'ai pas du tout apprécié l'expérience globale.

I called in the afternoon and was given an appointment quickly for the same evening. When we got there, the atmosphere in the massage room was pleasant and relaxing. Essential oils are diffused throughout the room to allow greater relaxation, which makes the experience even more incredible. The massage table is large and heated for extra comfort. Once the back was treated, Jose put down a hot towel and oils which allowed my muscles to continue to relax during the rest of the massage. Jose begins the session by making you sit up to see your sitting position and better target your possible pain. He is a talented massage therapist who knows the muscles of the body very well and knows how to relieve them from any tension. After my massage all my pain was gone and I could finally breathe freely! In addition, I have a plantar fasciist who makes me suffer terribly and Jose was able to massage my foot accordingly to relieve my tension. I recommend this company to anyone if you desire professional service that will fill you up. I would definitely go back there very soon! One of the worst massage centers in Toronto in terms of customer respect! Customer has no value for these people and they don’t even bother them self to check your name on their system and give you appropriate information regarding your profile and insurance you have on the file. They prefer to charge you directly instead of a simple call to insurances and get a simple confirmation. My husband and I had twice visit in this center and every time came back unhappy because of lack of service and respect!! Never suggest it to a friend!

Chelsea answered all my questions and did an awesome job. Very good at her craft. It was an excellent experience. I will definitely be back to do both legs next time. ???? Decent place For massage, However i Disagree about the price of the membership. It’s not 5 star place to have the most expensive price in Montréal. After 2 nd time visiting this place you have to pay non membership price which is 100$+Tax =114$ I used to pay 100$ for places with Jacuzzi , spa, and gym. If there’s any delay and you advise them in advance they will not consider that . They just tell you they will tell the therapist! What’s the purpose of letting them know ! I got 45mn instead of 60mn. Despite the 1 h massage there’s already 10 mn that goes for free in taking the time to warm your body to be ready for the massage !!? They should keep gap of time between customer and another in case if there’s any delays, specially when there’s storm snow .

The therapists here seem to love their jobs; they're knowledgeable, good at the actual massage part, and friendly! Friendliness isn't even something I expect from massage therapists... But like I said they seem to enjoy their work environment, which is I guess what translates to positive attitude & friendliness? Who knows. Oh My Gosh, that was BY FAR the best massage I had in my life!! My massage therapist was Sanjana Islam and it was perfect! First of all, she started by analyzing my back briefly, finding tense spot so she could give me the most effective massage (that was a first for me usually people just make a routine massage and basically ignores your need but not her), she was very gentle and the pressure was ideal for me. But the best of it, something I was not expecting at all because of all the massages at had (in hotels, spas etc) never, ever, did they make it more relaxing by using hot wet towels. Like that was the cherry on top of the sunday, made all the difference. 10/10 recommend and will come back. Also it smells like chocolate when you get in the lobby and its very nice plus the front desk man was very polite and welcoming ????

He has strong hands and a skillful approach to release muscle tension. My First and LAST time Booked a 60 min deep tissue massage for the next day, and my appointment was at 2 pm, And she told me to show up at 2 pm I was there 5 min earlier, another receptionist was there, gave me some paperwork to fill that took about 15 min to finish, Then was called to my massage room therapist was any thing but friendly, I explained in advance I mainly need legs deep tissue massage ( was also on the paper work they ask me to fill ) , but it seems she had her own mind!, started with shoulder and back for about 30 min, then moved to legs for 15 min! that's it! then told me that's all the time for you today! not only the therapist didn't even care about my main request for the massage, she cut short my time to only 75% of my paid hour! Oh and worth mentioning she never ask you if that's the massage strength you like or if you need to concentrate on certain muscles, no communication at all!, tried once to direct her to a certain part on my leg for deep tissue, but all i get is a respond mostly described as " you better shut up and let me finish what i'm doing " ! .. I didn't open my mouth after. After she told me my time is up and it's time to leave, I asked polity to have a 5 min shower to wash all the oil on my body, she said "no shower here".. then I Asked to remove the oil from my body with a hot towel or something, She pointed at the other side of the room and said " there are towels there"!.. I had to walk slowly on the floor, or you may say slide and trying not to slip or fall with all that oil on my feet to get to the towel. Anyways, I decided to at least talk about the missing 15 min with the receptionist, she said " you came late! you should be here at least 15 min early for the paperwork! ".. in another words she indicated that was my fault and i should live with it. Well, I realized I better save my time and not to mention that the other receptionist told me to come exactly at 2 pm, coz I really want to get out of here ASAP! and never come back..I felt so bad there :( I need massage at least 2 times/month, and you lost me forever. If somebody from the management even cares to read this honest review, I would like to add that this was my experience with your massage Feb 22, and i went to other massages within 1km from you ( without any names ) And my experience with them was the opposite! they treat me like a king, they got me as a loyal client now.

Went there in December 2018 and it was an excellent experience! Decided to go back now (August 2019) and unfortunately my experience was not as good as before. I had a therapeutic massage with Svetlana and instead of feeling relaxed I felt a lot of pain during the session. She could feel that I was tense and did not decrease the pressure. I even had to complain in the middle of the session so she could see that I was not comfortable. I thought maybe I was wrong and that I'd feel better in the next day, but this did not happen. I'm still feeling lots of back pain. It seems like I haven't had a massage at all. The consultation with her was a bit confusing as well. I'm not a regular customer, but I expected more for a $96 massage. Not sure I'll come back.

Highly recommend Tanya Malesevich! She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to pointing out the different muscles she is targeting and always thoroughly explains her techniques! She is the only massage therapist that has been able to relieve my hip tension. She even gave me helpful stretches to do after my session. I’ve been to several well rated massage places and no one has been able to provide good deep tissue pressure massages. Veronica is an incredible masseuse, she works hard and really listens to what you need. I go in feeling incredibly sore and she always finds all of my knots and built up tissue and puts a lot of pressure to release it with many different techniques. I will keep coming back. On 2 separate occasions, they called us a day in advance to notify us that the persons we had booked our massages with had to cancel. This is ridiculous! So we had to cancel because they didn’t have another male RMT working the same date/time as our appointment. On another instance, they called me asking for my credit card in advance because “we had cancelled twice before” and they needed a deposit AND indicated that we’re no longer eligible to receive the first time rate because of the cancellations. I explained that the reason we had cancelled was because their RMT cancelled their scheduled appointments that we booked with those specific people. I refused to provide a credit card prior to, cancelled the upcoming appointment and will not be back here again. This clinic is too unorganized!

Online booking is great for last-minute appointments, and check-in was smooth. First-time-client special rate is a nice touch . Massage itself was good, nice technique and pressure . However: massage therapist smelled of cigarette smoke, which for any non-smoker is unpleasant but for an asthmatic is actually problematic .Massage therapist also used Biofreeze without asking/warning me (heavy menthol scent problematic for asthma, and I also just really dislike the sensation, and would have refused if given the choice) . After the massage, therapist assumed my upper-back tension was from an incorrect pillow, and recommended I forgo it for 72 hours -- without ever asking about my sleep position (which is side, not back), and despite my indicating on my intake forms that my tension was caused my stress, work position and my workouts . On payment, I asked about the AirMiles advertised on the website and all promotional material (business cards and pamphlets) sitting at the cash, only to be told it was no longer on offer . There were also photographers rearranging and photographing the reception area and hallways while I was there, who perhaps should have been scheduled outside of regular business hours . I constantly felt like I was just outside their shot and it was very uncomfortable .

Was looking around online for a massage close by and stumbled upon this place. I had a massage with Manuel and it was excellent (I'm usually very picky with masseuses and don't like most). I came in with a lot of upper back and neck pain and was impressed by his techniques. He did a combination of deep tissue, shiatsu, reflexology, swedish and hot stone. He was capable of giving deep pressure and also gave a very good head massage (I rarely enjoy head massages from other therapists). My experience at Massage Experts Vaughan was amazing! My therapist was Lisa and she was super kind and has a very relaxing voice. I asked for a full body massage but with more focus on my shoulders and neck, and she did just that. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep! The music, ambiance of the room, and pressure of the massage was perfect. Lisa also incorporated some deep breathing into the massage which was unique and definitely helped with the relaxation. Would definitely recommend this place 100 percent. The only criticism I have is that it is quite pricey for a 1 hour massage, leaving me to pay quite a bit after what my insurance covers. It would be nice if they had the option of a 30 minute or 45 minute massage, as 1 hour can be quite long for some people and ends up bring pricey. If they offered 30 minute massages I would be much more likely to return more regularly. All in all, great experience.

Had a great first lymphatic drainage massage with Benjamin. I have been suffering from a sprained ankle for 3 weeks and hadn't been able to apply any pressure on my foot whatsoever. The massage helped relieve a-lot of the tension in my ankle and helped tremendously with the blood flow! The next day I was able to apply some pressure on my foot! Such a huge difference for me. I will be going back for sure!
