Chantal and the girls did their very best to make my experience memorable, I was treated and cared for as if I was a member of their family and I could not have been more impressed with their expertise. I only spent a few hours with them but I feel refreshed, renewed and my feet have never looked this good :) Thank you!!

I had Krista work on my hair and she did wonders! Not only was she professional, she was personable, very friendly , listened to what I wanted and she knew her stuff! I was visiting from Edmonton and because of Covid I havent been able to have my hair done but I have no regrets booking with this salon. I love Aveda products as well so that was a bonus. All the staff at this spa/salon was friendly and professional, I would highly recommend getting your services done here ! Next time I'm in town i will definitely be back ❤

I have been going to this spa for the past 10 years. It was a tradition for my daughter and I to get a "back to school" and a "summer is coming" pedicure each year. We loved the service and also occasional come for massages and waxing. Great staff and service! This will be the first spring I am booking a pedicure for just me as my girl is all grown up and in BC. Staff was amazing. When I book a package and they ask do you want shellac or nail polish so I pick shellac, to my surprise when I came to pay it was now 80$ more than what the pa page was because I took shellac... uhm thank for the head up when I was make my decision that their was extra cost. Not impress and will share my store 2ith as many as I can and can guarentee I'll bring my money elsewhere.

DO NOT give this company your credit card. My daughter had a horrible experience with my credit card as I let her use it to confirm her appointment. Watch your reviews as they will turn it around on you instead of apologizing and stating facts. I have read many reviews and they were deleted after the company tried to make the customer look bad. BEWARE of your credit card. Mandy especially could use some skills in customer service Just look at the reviews, especially the one where they replied that a customer had a glass of wine. Instead of saying "extra purchase". Hope that wasn't something she didn't want people to know! Good way to stop people from putting a bad review

Called from the number provided by google maps and scheduled a massage. Walked over since it wasn't far, called again because I didn't know the entrance was in the back - nobody answered. Found the entrance in the back and stood waiting for 6 minutes while another customer was looked after. Gave my name and number and the time for my massage. They had trouble locating my appointment. Finally figured out that somehow I had been booked in St. John... I was a little pissed having left work early to make the appointment. They said "sorry" and that was that. Sorry, I'll never be back here.

Maybe a nice place to go have services done as I'm sure they have great workers however, firing a pregnant woman that had been there for 3.5 years right before Christmas that is as low as you can go. Doesn't say much for them as a business in my opinion. Better off taking your business some place else to a company that values their employees. I would love to read your code of conduct . I've known her for 20 plus years and is one of the kindest most sincere people I've ever met and I'm sure that most that know her would say the same. Is there any place in your code of conduct about work place harassment and bullying by management ? Probably not. Shame on you. Enough said.

I went for a tint and a lift(curled)for my eyelashes before going on vacation. The girl was super kind but I must say I didnt see much of a difference when I left but I payed. She never told me that you cant use any oil based products(I wear waterproof mascara especially on vacation). She didnt give me any instructions so after i left, I called them to make sure I didnt have to do anything but she said dont go in the water for 48 hours and dont use oil based products. Well, I had specifically told her I was leaving the next morning so I was gonna be in the water the next day and she said it was fine but the girl I spoke to on the phone said otherwise. As my trip went on I realized that my lashes got fried and they are no longer my nice long lashes. I didn't get extensions because I had long lashes. I'm so disappointed to have gone so think twice before making the call. I think she left the solution on for too long, she did say" I will leave it on for 10 minutes and obviously that's too long. Now I have to wait for them to grow back.

I have had an upper body massage, a facial, hot stone pedi (several times) and several mani’s over the past few years, every single treatment left me feeling euphoric! This year I was fortunate enough to have Leila do all of my appointments and, wow, she is absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend this spa, reasonable prices, great atmosphere, wonderful customer service and of course Leila tops them all!

The most luxurious spa in the heart of the Maritimes. From classic Hot Stone Pedicures in the jetted tubs, to Chocolate Truffle Body Wraps in the serene couples suite- You can't find a better "get away" spa in the Maritimes. Every service is a head to toe experience. Pedicures start off with a neck massage using Aveda Cooling oil, hair colours include a hand massage, and every facial has a foot and/or scalp massage. Like seriously?? Amazing spa- as a guest and as an employee.

I experienced Nakai Moncton's Hair Studio for the first time last week. Amber is a true mixologist. She understood exactly what I was looking for as I am a platinum blonde and gave me a great color! I trusted her with my hair and she gave me a white blonde with a nice color shadow root. I will definitely be re-booking with her. I found the price to be reasonable as well. :)

If you like spa treatment, this is where you should go if you are in Moncton! So relaxing, the girls know what they are doing. And they offer the best quality in esthetics services. The fact that they use Aveda products make the experience just perfect!

Really disorganized scheduling. Made and appt for 5:30 - showed up and they told me they wouldn't have a hairdresser available till 8pm. Sloppy hair cut. Felt that the hairdresser was rushing and it shows! Really disappointing for a spa that is supposed to be a pampering experience...

This was absolutely the WORST spa experience I have ever had. The professionalism and coutreousness expected from this business were not present at all!!! When I had called to book my appointment, I told them exactly what I wanted for my facial (and how it was actually the add-ons that I wanted, not the facial itself, but I had to include the facial in order to get the add-ons I wanted!) and it was put into the computer. However, upon receiving my facial, I did not feel that I had gotten my add-ons. When I queried the facialist about this, she indicated that she did not know that I wanted them and that she did not even know how to do the add-ons so she had just given me the regular facial. Upon querying the receptionist/facialist regarding this, she said that it was listed in the computer that I wanted these things but that the facialist must not have read them! I informed her that it would not have mattered since she told me she couldn't do them and she said that she should not have been assigned to me then. However, there was no attempt to make up for the mistake by getting someone else to perform this part, eventhough I informed them that it was never the facial I wanted (researched all the spas in moncton specifically for the add-ons and was why I chose this business) and I was charged for this facial without getting the add-ons I wanted, with no attempt to rectify the situation except to say they would put another note on the computer for the next time I book a facial to make sure they read the notes next time. I informed them that this would be useless since if the first note was not read, it was unlikely a second note would have any more effect. After feeling totally taken advantage of for such poor and inadequate services, I then sent a note to the webpage contact expressing my feelings about my experience thinking that perhaps an owner might have more professionalism and ethical standards, but never even received a response back! Obviously, this business takes no responsibility for shoddy or unethical practices, and charge you regardless of what you ask for with no remorse or reaction for their inadequacies. I will NEVER go back there ever again and will be quite hesitant to go to any spa after this horrendous experience!!!
