Josiane Arsenault is AMAZING at what she does!!!! She is so kind and warm, easy to open up to. My back and shoulders are always sore but for a few weeks after my massage I feel like I'm 13 again. She has also given me some tips/tricks/techniques to manage the pain and improve my posture. If you need some advice and pain relief Josiane Arsenault is your girl. 5/5 will definitely be back and definitely recommend :)

I had not made an appointment with Josiane Arsenault for over a year due to lack of financial flexibility. I finally made the decision to go back to see her because I couldn't take it anymore to think of nothing but the tight muscles in my body and to try by all means to soothe them by myself- even. After just one date, I feel like I've been ten years younger. In terms of my mood, I have become myself again; I have a lot more patience, my anxiety has practically disappeared and I have regained my zest for life. Note to myself: massage therapy is an investment in oneself, the payoffs of which are sometimes invaluable and is well worth making a place for in your budget, if only occasionally. I have frequented many massage therapists over the years and Josiane is unequivocally an outstanding massage therapist. Je n’avais pas pris de rendez-vous auprès de Josiane Arsenault depuis plus d’un an par manque de flexibilité financière. J’ai enfin pris la décision de retourner la voir parce que je n’en pouvais plus de ne réussir à penser à rien d’autre qu’aux muscles tendus dans mon corps et à chercher par tous les moyens à les apaiser par moi-même. Après un seul rendez-vous, j’ai l’impression d’avoir rajeuni de dix ans. Sur le plan de mon humeur, je suis redevenue moi-même; j’ai beaucoup plus de patience, mon anxiété a pratiquement disparue et j’ai retrouvé ma joie de vivre. Note à moi-même : la massothérapie, c’est un investissement sur soi dont les retombées sont parfois inestimables et vaut largement la peine d’y faire une place dans son budget, ne serait-ce qu’occasionnellement. J'ai fréquenté de nombreuses massothérapeutes au fil des années et Josiane est sans équivoque une massothérapeute hors-pair.
