At the beginning of the year I fractured my coronoid bone which is located at the elbow. After my surgery I needed to find a place that would help me regain my full range of motion. Square One Physio did just that. What Samir and the staff did was keep me motivated to achieve my goals. The Square One Physio staff are very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive when it comes to patient care. On top of all this, the staff is very friendly, well mannered, and have a great sense of humour! I looked forward to all my appointments and enjoyed my time with them as they helped me recover.

Great place to go for a massage....Maribel is amazing in her skills and she always gives a great massage in a very professional way. I had a lot of tiredness and body ache in my body but Maribel has magical hands and her massage has just relieved my muscular stress and I m feeling so good after her massage. NO MORE PAIN! Thank you so much! I initially arrived at Square One Physio therapy with a feeling of helplessness, bordering on despair. I had lost the ability to lift my head. The friendly and knowledgeable staff immediately and accurately diagnosed me with Facet Joint Strain - which they proceeded to explain to me, even going so far as to produce a structural model of a vertebrae during my first consultation. Through a series of precise mobilizations, electro therapy, spinal decompression and home care, I have recuperated by leaps and bounds.

They are simply amazing. I have a history of back issues and have to visit often and every session they make me feel better. Merin is great, very helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. She patiently listens to you understands the issue and works with you for quick recovery.The staff and the assistants are also very helpful, and supportive. I end up driving for half an hour for the quality of service I get and it’s really worth it.

If you need physiotherapy it's in your best interest to go here, no question. Each and every staff member is not only extremely well versed in their field, but also kind and friendly. As a competitive athlete I was floored when I fully tore my Achilles playing sports. Everything I looked into said a clean healing relied all on the physiotherapist. Thanks to the Square One Physio team I am now almost 100%, which is an unbelievably accelerated healing process by torn Achilles standards. The staff is knowledgeable and experienced, the prices are very reasonable, and they won't try to oversell you sessions. They work with you around your coverage and you can tell their primary objective is getting people the care they need. I honestly can't say enough great things about this place. If you need physiotherapy and are reading this, take my advice and pick up the phone to book an appointment.

This is long over due!! I have been visiting Square One Physiotherapy clinic for about 3 months now and have been working with Sameer Shah. I have Partial tear in my right knee which he ha tackled exceptionally. Sameer is very knowledgeable and his diagnosis is very accurate. One of the good things about Sameer is he believes in fixing problem permanently, even though it takes longer plus he answers to all the questions very patiently. His judgement was so much accurate that before 2 months of my MRI he told me that i have partial tear on Lateral Meniscus and it turned out to be exact in my MRI report. The staff working at this facility are also knowledgeable and helpful.I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone with knee, ankle, back or Joint injuries.

Do not go here if you want an organized, prompt delivery of orthopedic insoles. The receptionists don't seem to keep track of orders, or maybe don't talk to each other. Due to their lack of communication I'm now sitting with an insurance charge on my credit card. I brought my daughter in for insoles back in mid May to help with her back pain during school. I got them delivered end of July, after frequent phone calls asking them for an ETA and I kept getting "should be here soon" as an answer. When I finally got them the form says "Date Ordered: July 18th". When picking them up, I triple checked to make sure they would be processing my insurance claim the following week but apparently that message didn't get passed on either, and I had to inquire again if this was done. They have not done it and need me to drive into the office again now to sign a form. This is a waste of my gas, time and patience.

I am extremely pleased with the treatment and friendliness of Square One Physiotherapy. They have really knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was suffering from a back injury from years. I had been to numerous therapists even speciality clinics in the past!! Finally and luckily my cousin had referred me to them. They have two main physiotherapist, SAMEER and AERRY , I have had treatments with both of them. They used all the best, top notch hands on treatment on my back. They take their time to explain you everything you need to know about your problem. FYI: Square One Physiotherapy really give you a hands on treatment rather than leaving you with a machine for half hour. I would recommend this clinic to everybody out there. It was really worth my time and money spent.

I had one of the serious cases of back pain, so I have been coming to Square One Physio for over a year now. Let me tell you, the entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. Aerry was my main physio-therapist, he guided me with helpful tips over the months, ensuring my progress and constantly reminded me of what precautions I should take. Their assistants, Misari and Mica are sensitive to my needs and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs physiotherapy.

The people who work there are kind. I went because I thought I injured myself at work after a bad movement with extensive weight. They told me it was weaker muscles overtime. They put on the e stem at the beginning for quite a while with heat. This did aggravate a previous injury mildly. Afterwards I did some stretches (3 yoga stretches). After leaving, my back began spasming and the pain got worse. The next day I got diagnosed with a bad muscle tear down my lower back. I now need to ice it. It depends what type of therapy you like/need.

Walked in with a lot of heel and wrist pain out of two separate injuries. They got be on a recovery program and I ran a 7k before the summer was done. Really appreciate the great service.

After injuring my shoulder, my movements were very restricted and painful. My doctor suggested I try phsiotherapy so I decided to find a location close to work. I would highly recommend Aerry and his entire team at Square One Physiotherapy. After less than three months of treatment and an exercise regimen, my shoulder is back to full range of motion and free of pain. The staff are very professional, friendly and appointments are kept promptly. They did a great job. If I ever have another injury, I would definitely go back.

A few years back I had the opportunity of having Merin treat my injuries. She is patient, knowledgeable, and an extremely good listener, with all these combined it did enable me to heal and get back to the gym after a reasonable amount of sessions. After a few years I am back again due to a back injury, and as I am writing this I can say that the pain has gone from a 10 to a 1 from only 3 sessions. Thanks to her I am looking forward to getting back to working out and being myself again.

I went in for a prenatal massage and was disappointed with the service. The RMT didn't have the knowledge or skills. I wouldn't recommend Maribel because she performed most of the 45min massage sitting down on a chair and was only just rubbing the lotion around. She didn't even know how to target the muscles on my shoulder and kept wanting to focus on areas that I didn't have pain (e.g., legs)

I recently broke my pinky finger playing basketball and after a several weeks of it being splinted, I could barely move it or the surrounding fingers. My doctor recommended that I look for a physiotherapist or face the possibility of losing mobility in my hand since I had splinted it for a bit too long. I found Square One Physio on Google and ended up going with them because of the positive reviews. The entire staff was friendly, Aerry and Sarita were both very professional addressing any concerns I had. I was assigned various different physio homework so I would be able to continue treatment on my own at home to speed up my recovery. 5 weeks later, I'm back to playing basketball. I appreciated how Aerry had set reasonable expectations from the first consultation and closer to the end of treatment had reduced the sessions when he knew I didn't need to go as frequently. Hopefully I won't be injured again any time soon, but if I needed to go back I would.

To cut to the chase: I highly recommend this location for physiotherapy From a business perspective, the staff are experienced, knowledgeable, and efficient. My physiotherapist, Merrin Davis, had quickly identified the rehabilitative plan necessary to get me back on the ice and field. I suffered from ankle injuries on both legs and each have been fixed to 100%. I currently suffer from RSI on my rotator cuff so I have once again returned for services. Well worth the services given the price. From a personal perspective, the entire staff is friendly and sociable, and it's a very comfortable environment that completes the package!

Place does not offer gift cards. Aperantly their drawers are locked and they dont have a way to provide gift cards to walk in customers. Just waisted time and gas driving there assuming they would have better customer service based on the other reviews. Id suggest calling ahead...

Went for 50 sessions over the past 2 years to no improvement.. just milked my insurance. Now going to another physio, I find out what really a physio should do! Also should mention that got exposed to covid positive personnel which in turn exposed our infant through us which was a huge risk.. do not recommend ????

A month ago, I walked in square one physiotherapy with severe spinal stenosis, large posterior disc herniation in the L4-5 lumbar region, and compression of the S1 nerve root going down my left leg. Without having seen a specialist yet, it was my own decision to start physiotherapy as soon as possible because the pain was in great amount and the appointment is scheduled in 5 months. I'm extremely glad I did, and my physiotherapist and the staff were very efficient in helping relieve the majority of my pain.A typical session involved the spinal decompression machine, the Tens unit, followed my intense massage therapy. In the course of a week, I was able to stand up properly with an erect back, and the shooting pain down my left leg was tamed, and I didn't have trouble sleeping anymore. I've had to interrupt my sessions here as in September I went away to University, but I'll definitely be coming back for follow-ups on all my major school breaks. Overall great team and great service!

After reading the online reviews I decided to take my mom to Square One Physiotherapy who was suffering from severe backache which was impacting her mobility. Our Physiotherapist (Merin) is amazing and has magic in her hands!! She gives time to her patients and answers all their questions in detail. Very friendly environment and amazing staff. Would highly recommend Square One Physiotherapy to anyone.
