This was one of the best place I have ever been. I had chronic neck pain for 3 weeks and I went here to see Kelly (I guess). Man !!!! She knew like every bit of my neck , after the one hour session , there was no pain and I haven't had it since then (hopefully not get it again lol). I must really appreciate the friendly Therapist as well as the place itself is a beautiful home setting . Will go here again for sure. Thanks alot guys. You guys know what you do :)

I've been coming here for the last couples of months for massages and recently physiotherapy, both services are really great. Ashley as a masseuse is one of the best I've had. I highly recommend her. Mamta as a physiotherapist pushes you which is needed and her hands on approach is far better than other physiotherapists I've been to. I highly recommend this place.

Very disappointed to even have to write this. This was my 3rd appointment here. I paid for parking, showed up for my appointment but the door was locked, which was a first. I knocked and then rang the phone 4 times with no answer. There was a client already inside as the person outside told me they were waiting for them. The client left as I was pulling out of the parking lot 15 mins after my arranged appointment. I called again then emailed to ask for an explanation but no reply. So unprofessional and disrespectful of peoples time and trust. Honestly, I would not recommend a business like this if you're looking for a trusted long term massage treatment provider. I would only recommend for a quick massage to use up your benefits. They've lost my business and my partners, but in fairness to them and their business model, I dont think they really care.

Very very disappointed with my recent experience. My appointment was cancelled and no one called me to notify me about this. I actually also got an appointment confirmation e-mail and I came in like I usually do. Paid for parking.When I reached there, I was very shocked to find out my appointment was cancelled and my RMT had quit. I definitely won’t be going here from now. It had been a waste a time for me and I didn’t get any sort of compensation. We all live very busy lives and clearly they don’t value my time.

I had my first Physio and massage appointment about 3 weeks ago due to the pelvic pain. After initial visit, I feel much better. The atmosphere is great and the staffs are friendly! I love the receipts to be emailed so I will never lost them. The only con is that there’s no free parking and too hard to find street parking.

Had been to this location for massages and was very impressed. When my shoulder (and now lower back) needed treatment I checked their website and was happy they offered physio therapy. They assisted me promptly and I have been having sessions with Mamta. She is awesome. Very knowledgeable, and works on the areas that need attention, always ensuring I am comfortable with pressure. Appreciate her patience and explaining exactly what she is doing and the reason. She demonstrates the exercises that are to be done at home and ensures I know what needs to be done. Always willing to explain or discuss my questions. Truly professional and highly recommend you book with Mamta and this location should the need arise.

Great place for a relaxing massage. Rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable and cozy. Located on a small street so parking is limited but there is a free public lot at the end of the road. Friendly staff and great RMT's especially Angela!

Nicole and the team at Serenity Wellness and spa have made such a huge impact on my quality of life. I had been living with chronic pain for over a year in my right shoulder due to tendinitis and frozen shoulder. Another clinic that I was getting treatment from told me that it would take possibility years to get me back to normal, if at all. I could barely lift my hand up 2". It was effecting every part of my life. I had a session with Nicole, who had helped my husband with a hamstring injury, and the results were miraculous. After just 4 sessions I was already back to 85%. I could get down on the floor and play with my children again. I could get back to working out at the gym. Thank you Nicole for restoring me and for all your expert advice. Strongly recommend.

My family and I have been going to see Nicole and the other therapists at Serenity Massage and Wellness for years. The staff at Serenity are so helpful and have helped me recover from car accidents, and other injuries. This is the best place to go for a massage, whether for relaxation purposes or whether you are suffering from an injury or post-surgery. I cannot recommend this clinic enough!

There are definitely better places out there for a massage. Went for a prenatal massage and although the therapist was very polite, I just didn't feel the experience was anything out of the ordinary. I won't be returning.

An RMT by the name of Loris Colasanti works here. Look him up on the College of massage therapists of Ontario website. He has been accused twice of professional misconduct. The second time this year. Beware before booking an RMT, look them up first.

I cannot rave enough about this place!! The staff at Serenity are absolutely amazing, starting with the receptionist, Melissa. I’ve been suffering with hip issues for a over a year since my last baby, and I’ve done physiotherapy, however, I found it to be unsuccessful. I decided to try massage therapy here with Katelyn and Nicole who is the owner, and my hips are so much better, thanks to Nicole’s knowledge in pelvic health. The team here are extremely professional, kind, compassionate and very accommodating. They go out of their way to fit you into their schedule by coming in earlier or staying a little later, or even working extra days! They genuinely care about your health. The facility is very cozy and clean! I’m so thankful for the experience every time I go there. I highly recommend this place!!

I went to see Mamta for physiotherapy at Serenity Massage & Wellness to treat my severe shoulder pain. I had limited Range of motion and couldn’t lift my shoulder up. I was told by a Orthopedic Specialist that I would need a shoulder replacement at 36 years old. Before going to physiotherapy I was in pain constantly and it was 9.5 out of 10. I couldn’t sleep, restless nights, I was moody and grumpy most of the time. I started seeing her two times a week and after 2.5 months my pain was down To a 5 and I was sleeping better. I have been to many physiotherapists and Mamta was the only one that was full hands on care for the full hr. She works very hard. I continued doing maintenance care and I’m 80% better. I have been going to serenity for last 9yrs they are amazing. Nicole n team are truly amazing. Sandy coelho is our therapist and have been going to her for the last 9 years. Sandy has been more than massage therapist she is a friend and a good listener. We both have kids of the same age group so lots of things to discuss. Professional and caring would not change for any reason. Nicole, Katelyn, Christine and others have helped me with my back issues. Everyone at serenity are good at what they do including Melissa, who promptly sends remainders for the appointment. Happy to see their success in opening another branch in Milton.????????????????

I’ve said it to a few of you before but want to say it again! My RMT - Lyndsay - is amazing! Go book a massage with her! Having struggled with a headache since last Thursday that then turned into a full blown migraine Saturday night, that did ease but didn’t go away completely.. I booked a 90 minute massage for last night with Lyndsay. I wondered why she wasn’t initially concentrating on my head or neck but she knows more about the body than I do, so let her do her thing. She concentrated on my arms and chest and upper back, whist massaging me - and she goes deep - I could feel the pain referring to my head and neck... which means that she was working the right spots. As she continued I could feel the tension releasing and the pain subsiding. She ended the massage with working my head, face and sinuses... as I struggle with sinus pain too and again (sorry to be gross) when I sat up the amount of drainage that came out of my nose was unreal, and continued into the night. Back at home I had a hot shower and used a hot compress on the areas she had worked and last night I had one of the best sleeps! This morning I have no headache just slight sinus pain (which is normal for me). Closing note: CALL SERENITY AND BOOK LYNDSAY

I am a 27 year old business professional. After working long years as a welder, I have now spent 2 years in a sales position. I had experienced an injury in May 2020 which took away my ability to walk, stand and pretty much live a 'normal' life. (mid back, lower back, groin, left leg, left calf, left foot) After 1 month with Nicole as my RMT and Mamta as my PT... I was walking again! They did it... I did not do my part. Shortly after I was back to pain and discomfort. This was because I simply did not follow their guidance and reinjured myself as they warned would happen. AGAIN, with extreme patience and meticulous knowledge of the body, they nursed me back to health a second time. Now it is closing in on December 2020 and I have been walking comfortably for approximately 3 months. They are flexible, kind, fantastic professionals, and more importantly in these tough times, they are good people. ..... What I am trying to say is... if there is an option about this business or another... start here and I doubt you'll every have to find another professional.
