I would highly recommend this place. I go here for physio/exercise work from my MVA 3 weeks ago and there amazing. I see results already and the service is nice and professional. No long waits when walking-in the first time, outside of the regular medical paperwork you have to do at any medical place when first time signing up. Always ready for you when u book an appointment. Walk-in and they take you inside right away and be in and out within 1hr and very flexible with work schedule and rescheduling appointments.

Dr Sandhar and Steff are amazing. I have a very good deep tissue massage. I am going back again for naturopath consultant and will go back for massage again in 2-3 months. Kimberly is very friendly too. Overall a good and customer orientated place

I've finally decided to stop procrastinating seeking out treatment for my back pain and migraines and after coming to PCW in Mississauga, just after a few sessions, what a difference to my quality of life! Everything feels better, my work outs are better, my knowledge and awareness of my body is much improved thanks to the guidance of everyone I encountered at my appointments. The massage therapy is fantastic and I feel a difference after every session, plus continue to get better at home with recommended stretches and exercises. My meetings with the naturopath have also been great. After only initial treatments, I already feel less tired and I've just started acupuncture. I really appreciate the multidisciplinary, collaborative approach to wellness at PCW. The very friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk add to the whole wellness experience with their kindness and encouragement. I have been getting my treatments at this place for two months already. I must say the staff is absolutely amazing, very professional and friendly. Here I have met the best registered massage therapist. In combination with RMT, chiropractic care and physio therapy I have noticed big improvement in my neck pain. There are many places to get this type of treatment but I find this place works best for me because of their excellent customer service and professionalism.

Everyone is very welcoming, professional, knowledgeable. It doesn't feel like the usual doctor visits where you feel like you wait forever and then are out in two minutes. People take the time to understand what your problems are and the treatments work. The massage therapy is the sort where you actaually get your knots worked out, not just a nice rub-down. I would highly recommend this if you have any sort of discomfort, strains or pains.

After being frustrated with my previous physiotherapy company for withholding exercise information so I could return for more visits and provide more money, I was hopeful in trying a new company to get a better experience. While the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly I came across the same issue. I went for my initial meeting and while I was impressed with the full body approach, I received no exercises to take home to start making progress. I returned for the second physio session a week later, did multiple exercises with the staff and once again received no take home exercises, and was told I'd probably get them during my next visit. After asking for them I was told I would get them emailed to me, which I have not received. I'm going to utilize an online database of physiotherapy exercises designed to prevent patients from spending unnecessary money and take control of my own issues from now on. If I was given a timeline and all my exercises upfront, I would have gladly returned for multiple visits to monitor my progress.

I have been going to PCW for about 2 months now. I have seen a great improvement in my knee, which I injured last summer playing tennis. The entire staff has taken their time to really understand my injury and help improve my mobility and pain relief, as I continue to play in leagues and competitions. I came in for a massage but they signed me up for chirp and homeo weren’t effective. The receptionist taking me in was supposed to take my info but ended up complaining about her health issues to me. The only good thing was Peter Nassif the massage therapist but he left to work for a different group. I was supposed to get a free massage but they forgot to call me to cancel so they gave me an extra thirty minutes. When I came the second time for the free massage, they had forgotten about it and rescheduled (called me) 3 times, when I got there I waited for 45 minutes because the receptionist called me in at the wrong time.

My husband had been going to this clinic for a few months and always had rave reviews. I decided to see it for myself and I have to say I am not disappointed. I have been suffering from chronic headaches for decades, to the point where I learned to function with headaches on most days. I started seeing Peter the RMT, and I have never had a massage like that. He pinpointed the exact muscles where the headaches initiated and after only a few sessions, I am so delighted to report that this is the first whole week in years that I have gone headache free! Highly recommend!!!

PCW is a fantastic wellness centre. I've had the privilege over the past 4 weeks to work with Most of the doctor's and therapists. They all knew my condition and were genuinely concerned with my health. I can honestly say that my physical and my over all mental health have dramatically improved over the 4 weeks. I've had such a great experience and didn't even imagine that they would be able to help me....but they did. Headaches, virtigo, nerve issues, neck stiffness, healthy diet suggestions and more..they did it all. I’ve been coming to PCW Mississauga for a few months now. Initially I came with sciatic nerve pain which they helped me resolve and I was pain free for a time. Unfortunately, I have a herniated disc which is a permanent condition that can periodically flare up. So when it became aggregated again, PCW was able to for me into their schedule very quickly and begin treating me again to manage my pain and get me back to normal quicker. I absolutely love the knowledgeable staff here.

Today was massage with Stephanie who was friendly and professional from the first interaction. She asked the right questions and tried her best to understand how I was feeling. I went for a full body massage and chiropractic adjustment combo back to back (1 hour massage and 30 minute chiro). I called only a day ahead to book for both and ended up arriving almost 40 minutes past the appointed hour due to delays in prior engagements. Despite that, the staff from the receptionist, RMT, and chiropractor were all very accommodating, and I was able to receive all the services I wanted. I would definitely recommend this place for the great service!

I went to Physio Chiro Wellness for massage therapy, and I HIGHLY recommend them! The office is bright and welcoming; the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional; and the therapist who treated me was incredible. When I went in for my session, she made me feel comfortable right away, and clearly explained the process. The room was serene; decorated beautifully, cozy lighting, peaceful (subtle) music playing. The massage table was much more comfortable than others I've been on and the blankets covering me we're warmed. The massage itself was amazing, and I left feeling more relaxed and at peace than I've felt in a very long time. The entire experience was fantastic and I'll be back. Again and again.

I came to PhysioChiroWellness after pulling my lower back and being frustrated with the slow healing process. I was in pretty rough shape, but the excellent team at PCW created a program that significantly decreased my muscle pain and tightness. Each session I had physio plus chiropractic and acupuncture treatment and within a week I felt noticeable relief. Dr Hua and Rhysse not only educated me on daily stretching and exercising routines, but also helped improve my strength, endurance, and overall health. I regained flexibility and my entire back has never felt better! I have had the pleasure of finding this clinic in the past week. I was suffering from extreme shoulder and neck pain, so I made an appointment. Saw Dr. Sandhar at the first appointment.. She gave me a quick treatment, and then passed me over to Ren for a TENS session. I got immediate relief! I know I will have to go for more appointments to resolve the issue I have, but already I can tell they are professional, caring, wonderful people! Looking forward to seeing them again very soon!

Absolutely amazing centre! After my car accident I was referred to a clinic by my insurance company... I did a little research and found they lacked in a few key characteristics so I decided to look for myself and stumbled upon Physio Chiro Wellness Centre. I’m so glad I choose them, they were able to help me with all aspects of my treatment. They offer physio, massage, chiro and accupuncture all in one location. They are partnered with a fantastic legal firm, Doctor and psychologist truly making it a one stop place for all my needs. Setting up billing was easy and nothing comes out of my pocket directly - some places will sell you on direct billing to your insurance, do your research most places can help you with the billing and offer way better services!

Found them online and went to see them for a very bad knot/pinched nerve left side back .RMT was excellent and was very thorough and provided an excellent massage. Focusing on my left side back .
