I called in 2 3 hours before and got booked in for 60 min session for same day, felt great after back Massage. She even suggested me 2-3 exercises for my shoulders. You feel so relaxed. Aleksandra is great. I've had three massage sessions with her so far and each time she has checked in with me regarding how I felt after the last session, what I'm looking for from the current session, etc. She is fun and bubbly and you can tell she's very passionate about her job! Friendly staff, however I got into my 4:30 massage around 4:45, then sat laying on the massage chair after changing for another 4-5 minutes before the therapist came in and actually began. Finished the massage at 5:07, hardly even 20 minutes. Therapist also suggested i do longer than a half hour next time so she wouldnt have to rush, and she definitely rushed. She did give me some good suggestions and was knowledgeable, but would've been nice to get the full half hour i paid for

Really expected more from this place judging by the reviews. Seems like they are fake. I booked three appointments in one day for my husband and I. staff were very unprofessional. My husband got a bruising cut on his back from the chiropractor Amrit M a chunk of his flesh came out. during the massage appointments staff were chit chatting. Did not feel my time was valued. Front desk did not submit my claim properly i waited countless days asking them to follow up they suggested i call insurance myself i waited for one hour to be told there has been no claims submitted. I also tried to reach out the same time to shakeib as he said if any problems to contact him. i let him know my husband is feeling discomfort in the cut area just to bring it to there attention if there is anything we can do to fix it or understand what caused it. instead my concern the dismissed they got very defensive. I later then emailed them about how disappointing this experience was, not even relaxing. Someone then replied saying management would reach out to me but never did. then about a week ago the lady at the front desk called my phone to say no new appointments are booked, if i would like to book. WHAT A joke. I let her know i would never come back to this place or even recommend it. very disrespectful and judgmental environment. worst customer service. It would be 0 stars if not for the look of the clinic and easy to use website.

Besides Parkside Therapy being extremely clean and professional, it’s a clinic that’s treats you like family. Dr. Amrit has been a fantastic help for the chronic pain I’ve felt for months on end ever since an accident we had a year back. Sean was also incredible with the information he’s provided due to his years of experience, especially with his efforts of going above & beyond to make sure I was treated properly and taken care of.

I went in for a massage for general relaxation and to relieve a lot of tension that had built up in my back. My experience was great, my massage therapist was very professional and took the time and care to explain everything to me at the beginning. He also checked in with me throughout the massage to ensure the pressure was appropriate. Most importantly, I feel he provided me with comments and education on the areas of my body that held a lot of tension. He also provided preventative stretches that I could do on a daily basis. I feel like I got more than a regular massage and I would definitely go back. Another item that I would like to highlight was that the facility was very clean and fancy looking. The location was also easy to get to.

They always take their time to answer all my questions even when its passed my appt time. I will continue going there. I've also started taking my kids there for cupping. I entered the facility at 9:55, my masseur showed up at 10, got ready and came to me around 10:10, started the session at 10:20, ended at 11!

I threw out my SI joint. Immediate, intense pain. As I lay on the floor I called Parkside hoping a chiropractor would be available. No luck but Sean, the owner & registered massage therapist said to come in and he'd see me. Booked me in right away - appt time 1 hour from the time of my call. I arrived. Every COVID related safety precaution was in place. Sean reset that joint, stretched me, massaged the tense muscles, applied heat & cold to assist with the inflammation, and used the tens device. He was professional and proficient. By the end of the hour my mobility was already greatly improved and soreness beginning to decrease. 24 hours later I was 90% improved. Parkside Therapy has chiro, physiotherapy and massage therapy. Everything one would need to deal with injury or healthy body maintenance. I left with a strong sense of confidence in their knowledge and ability. Highly recommend.

I decided to try Parkside Therapy after being referred by another pleased client. I had problems with my left shoulder, the internal joint was limiting my mobility and range of motion with my left arm. Under the guide of Dr. Amrit, I received Chiropractic treatment alongside Massage Therapy provided by Sean. I was impressed after my first appointment; the holistic approach and interprofessional collaboration amongst colleagues has made me a client for life. Unlike other places, the staff at Parkside use multiple treatment methods. On my shoulder I had a massage done by hand, cupping to drain/flush the inflammation, alongside deep percussion/vibrational therapy with the use of a massage gun. I have never experienced this style of treatment in any other clinic. Kudos to the open-concept and chic setting, their couches look more expensive than the clinic ahaha. If you’re truly looking for pain relief, this is the place to seek treatment. Thank you Dr. Amrit, thank you Sean and many thanks to the upbeat Parkside staff - 5 stars all the way!!!

I had an unforgettable 60 minutes session with Aleksandra Lucas, great personality, respectful. No side talking, talking was mainly about the treatment. Not exaggerating when I say the last minute of the session was same as the first minute of the session. I booked for both my husband and I after years of seeing our regular facility, we had moved and wanted to try a new facility out. My husband had an appointment today he arrived and everything went well they set him up in the room and the massage therapist came and handled his every needs. It wasn’t until the end of the session where everything went down hill. Before booking we had looked into the website, read all the faq on the faq page to make sure everything went smoothly for this appointment. Upon getting ready to leave and give insurance information they demanded payment upfront. Normally this would be no issue but it was alerting as the clinic advertises that they do direct billing to very specific insurance companies. Before booking it tells you that they take direct billing dependant on the company. But if you browse further to the facts Q&A it has two very specific questions; 1 being what do I need for my appointment and 2 it says do you do direct billing. For number one it says that you need payment information and referral is necessary from doctor. And question to for direct billing it says that it does but only to the companies listed below, it says for any companies that aren’t listed we provide receipts for billing. Among the very few companies they accept OF course my company Manulife is there. At this point of argument stating that they’re website claims they offer direct billing specifically to my company, the massage therapist came out yelling and making a fuss about payment, saying he did a great job and needs his payment. Saying that it is not his problem that the website states that they do direct billing that he wants his payment. Being extremely unprofessional and not allowing a word in. He then had my husband give him a photocopy of his drivers license and demanded payment in the next few days. My husband is very distant when it comes to complications and understanding how to deal with certain types of circumstances like this so I proceeded to call several times in which they would not answer the phone I would assume because they have my number on file. But for a medical therapy facility not answering the phone for multiple hours doesn’t seem right! Luckily our service was not expensive but had someone gone in there with a more expensive service and multiple sessions needed not knowing what they are in for they could end up being taken advantage of by this company! I have taken screenshots of every claim on the website and have taken further steps with them for resolution .very unprofessional and claims advertised are no where near accurate upon arrival and denied AFTER the service. You cannot go in there blindsided and should handle and confirm all payments before service as THEY DO NOT OFFER DIRECT BILLING AS ADVERTISED! We had two appointments booked and would have been going there regularly along with our neighbours, definitely not now!

Shakeb examined, identified and fixed not just my legs but all other over worked muscles too. Absolutely fantastic place. Great services, very knowledgable practitioners - I would highly recommend. I had severe upper back pain and neck tightness along with pinched nerves which were adversely affecting my strength, mobility and blood flow. After a few sessions with Sean consisting of deep tissue massage and cupping therapy, I am truly astonished by the results. My entire body started to heal and years of discomfort is completely gone.
