At 60 years of age, my body is starting to complain about all the years of activity. As I am determined not to slow down any time soon, I needed some expert advice and treatment that wasn't about taking pills. At Mobility Plus I met with Physiotherapist Joey Pelletier who very quickly figured out the problems in both my back and shoulder . Within three sessions I was out the door and back to my usual activities with excellent council around managing points of posture and shoulder positioning for my various activities. I was also emailed a strengthening exercise program with easy to follow instructions that I can do everyday while at home. Joey is also a registered massage therapist so his rehabilitative expertise really enhanced the recovery process. Professional, thoughtful and all about getting you back on your feet, I would highly recommend Mobility Plus Physiotherapy!

Jennifer at front desk was attentive and gave me my options in dealing with my insurance company. She is quick to answer messages and very informative. Michael my Physiotherapist was great and seemingly knowledgeable around shoulder issues. He is working on giving me full use of my shoulder back. I was given some exercises that were easy to do at home. He took the time to go over my assigned exercises (at my request) to make sure I’m doing them right at home. I went to see Mike for physio due to sciatic pain. He did an assessment and treatment of deep tissue massage as well as assigning some exercises to help eliminate the problem. He was extensively thorough and explained not only why I was doing the prescribed exercises but to what extent I should practically feel them whilst at home.
