I came here today and was lucky enough to get a last minute massage (literally 20 minutes before my time!) I had Robin as my RMT. She was amazing! She was so friendly, made me feel comfortable and very knowledgeable. I loved the hot towel and attention to detail in the areas I needed more focus on. She provided me tips on stretches for my main areas of improvement. My only regret was not bringing cash afterwards to give her more of a tip! Great massage and definitely will be back!! Also the girls at the front reception were very helpful and friendly too! Thanks again!

To be honest i was shocked at what you get for such a good price. It’s extremely hard these days to find an honest place which provides a service for exactly what you are looking for and that you can trust and know that it was worth every second of your time. Thank you! I would definitely recommend them! From the moment you walk in to the second you step out you’re content and leave feeling satisfied. Nikki walked me through the whole process. The staff was extremely friendly and I even got a follow up call regards to my treatment. Told me additional steps I can take while being at home! Will definitely recommend this to everyone! Finally massage therapists who find and focus on problem areas!! Eva and Jennifer were incredible for me, my husband and our 2 daughters. Nikki was incredible at finding appointments for my family all together and made my girls feel comfortable while waiting in the receptionist area. WORST place to get a massage!!!! Manager Nikki is rude and unprofessional!!! Called me after she made a mistake on scheduling and yelled at me and called me names for her mixup. Horrible customer service and will not be returning to this chain after years of service!!! Beware while communicating with Nikki!!!!!

Unfortunately, my friend and I had the worst experience at this spa. We were a few minutes late as we were stuck in traffic. We were only given 40 min treatment and were charged full price. I was also asked while I was lying down if I agreed to get the sensitive treatment but that was 20 dollars more. I had to agree obviously but no-one mentioned that when i booked the appointment. The receptionist was very dismissive of my concerns and didn't care I had a negative experience. The lady who gave me the facial was kind/nice but I didn't get full treatment and honestly I can do that at home and don't have to pay $120 for 40 min treatment where many steps were missed. Will never go there again and do not recommend.

Very pleased with their organization, reception services and good quality massages. Update: I would not recommend the monthly Package Deal they promote as you need to cancel the package 30 days in advanced. I am unfortunately paying this out of pocket because I have moved and will now be paying for an extra month due to this unspoken rule.

I visited hand and stone for a facial and massage, my experience was really good, everything was very professional, the therapist had the right amount of pressure and was very relaxing however the facial did an outstanding job, my face was literally glowing for weeks after however i was not able to attend more appointments as i was there for my vacation, id definitely recommend everyone to try it.

If I could give this spa a zero rating that would be my rating. Terrible customer service. They booked the wrong day I had requested for my couples facial which was on Valentine's day and when we showed up on Valentine's day they said it was supposed to be the week before. They did give me 50% off on the facials for their mistake but ended up charging my credit card anyways for the "no show" appointment which was their mistake. Still trying to get my money back!

The customer service that i received was amazing. I felt as if i was a regular customer the way i was treated with such gratitude. The massage was top tier as i went in with tons of stiffness, the deep tissue massage was relaxing and calm as well as the service was excellent. I would recommend everyone to give it a try including a facial. I will definitely be going back regularly, it was a good experience as the staff are very welcoming.

This was my first time at the Dundas location and from the time I walked in I immediately felt welcomed and relaxed. The front desk receptionist was very kind and helped settle me in prior to my appointment. My RMT was Robin and she is hands down the most skilled therapist. From the time we sat down for our initial consult, I felt very comfortable with her. She went over the screening form I had filled out when I came in and asked me a few questions before we started. She explained to me her process and techniques that she uses and asked me the type of pressure I prefer and where she should focus most on. During our massage she made sure to ask at points if the pressure she was using was okay and if I was comfortable. At the end of our session Robin gave me some helpful tips that I can do at home and at work. I already feel much better and very relaxed. So much so that I chose to sign up for their monthly service at the members rate and I have already booked my next appointment with Robin next month. I highly recommend her! Thank you to the staff you guys are amazing!

Recently had a massage while I was back in town visiting family. Staff is very accommodating...I accidentally overslept, but luckily they called me 5mins after my appointment time and were kind enough to change my 90 min massage to 60 min without charge. Massage was great and I didn’t feel like the therapist was in a rush, even though I was late. Rooms were clean, and staff always had their masks on.

Robin the the most professional and knowledgeable RMT I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Everytime I have an issue she takes the time to explain what it is and what she will do to fix it. Her hands are magic! (Harry Potter level magic) The front desk staff are eager to help and look after the best interest of the client. It's a very clean welcoming environment. DEFINITELY recommend.

Very bad customer service. This lady niki fought over the phone with me over some silly misunderstanding created by her massage therapist Robin Denied me treatments when I was in a lot of pain and just started a blame game instead of talking professionally and conveying the reason for saying no and calling back! The front desk really needs some manners and not get overwhelmed while dealing issues with present or past customers. Watch out!

Came in for a facial with Manuela, BEST FACIAL EVER. She was very professional and recommended a great facial for my skin. The facial was very soothing and relaxing, the massage part of the facial was even better. My skin was glowing afterwards, I’ve never seen it look better! I will be returning!!

I had a facial at this location 2 days ago and had a great experience. The equipment and products used were excellent and I am very happy with the results. This location is brand new and the spa manager (Niky) was extremely enthusiastic and friendly. She gave me a tour of the spa and I will definitely return for massages and more facials in the future.

I went for a facial, they are not bad but don’t get what you are looking for in terms of a good facial. I hate to give less stars but I need to go get another facial somewhere else right after I had one here. I was told how I needed a ton of procedures of course but the facial lacked a good exfoliation despite mentioning that I needed that.
