Amiras has been great in helping me recover from a shoulder problem that's lasted 2 and a half years of ongoing tests, and going to specialists, and every time given a different answer. Amiras has been able to diagnose me perfectly and tailored my exercises and treatment towards that area specifically, and now, finally after this much time I'm gaining strength in my shoulder and have lost almost all of the chronic pain that I used to have every day. Thanks Ron!! Story ... After neglecting moderate neck pain for a week, I woke up this morning unable to move, with extreme neuropathic pain. I have has sciatica before and it felt like that, but in my neck. I couldn't stop the pain and couldn't move let alone get out of bed. Having been to European for massage and physio (Amiras is great), my wife called for me in desperation. Physiotherapist Ron took the call immediately, briefly introduced himself, gathered my symptoms, eased my worries and suggested I do gentle chin tucks to 'chase the pain'. Within 1 minute the pain went from an 8 to a 3 and I was on the mend. Ron, THANK YOU for your experience and kindness. You have done your good deed for the month! Thanks also to the unknown manager / receptionist who got Ron on the call so quickly. I promise I will be back as a paying customer.

Joanna Sous is an amazing RMT. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. She will ask how your pain developed and suggest massage techniques that will suit your specific needs. The facility itself needs some work. The interior is very dated, the rooms are warm in the summer, and nothing looks to be renovated in years. Front office is always very friendly, efficient, and professional.

I finally decided to arrange for physiotherapy for my knee after it was recommended to me by my doctor over a year earlier and my knee was not getting any better. I was already getting massages at European Massage & Physiotherapy so decided to try the Physiotherapy. Radhika Gondhia is wonderful to work with, she is friendly and takes time to answer all my ridiculous questions and makes the process comfortable. I have learned a lot and have already experienced much improvement with my knee and appreciate the advice on things I can work on on my own to keep improving in addition to the treatments offered in the clinic. I am also looking forward to my next massage appointment. I was suffering from terrible headaches and dizziness a few months ago and the massage services really helped to alleviate that. This place is best of the best!!!! Me and my husband we came to the clinic after the car accident. The clinic was highly recommended by our friend. From the first day we experienced very professional help. They assist with all of the paper work related to the car insurance and medical claims. The physiotherapists and massage therapists provided the necessary treatments to deal with our injuries to make sure we will recover quickly. It is difficult to recognize one person as all are very knowledgeable, however Amiras and Puneet specialize in the technique by using stainless steel instruments to reduce pain and increase mobility.

I a hairstylist in the industry for 25 years and had developed some major strain/issues with my upper body such as shoulders, neck and arms. I found European massage therapy to help me with these issues and they did just that. With regular visits to the Centre the pain in my upper body subsided. I was able to move like normal again. I'm a long haul truck driver which means bad posture and lots of muscle imbalance in my leg muscles, lower back, shoulders and arms. I went in with excruciating shoulder pain and in less then 24 hours I have 75% movement back. All my doctor had to say was "x-ray" and "tylenol". I cost the taxpayers over $300 for exray and doctors visit but that didn't help at all. Who knew an $85 massage would do the trick? Our healthcare system is outdated. I called "European Massage" based on Google reviews and booked an appointment with the first person available. Within 2 hours they got me in to see Elizabeth (Beata). I must say, Elizabeth's service was impeccable. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Elizabeth and I will try to see you atleast once a month from now on. I have had lower back and neck pain for years. Tried different places, and therapists, results were okay. My neighbor recommended to see Puneet for Physiotherapy, and so far after several visits, I have been feeling much better and more flexible, very impressed. They lost sll my WSIB documents and told me that WSIB denied any furthur treatment for me. Actually no stars. . years later they told me they had my records. Their staff unfortunately told me they didn't have any records. So what shall a person do in this case? They were looking for my records for about 20-30 minutes and told me they couldnt find them. This left me out in a limb. Maybe the staff should know that maybe the files were in the archives? I couldnt continue to do anything with my case as I was told they didnt have the files. It took two years to get a reply. Too late and too little. Please train your staff.

I highly recommend Amiras Ghori and his team members to those who have deskwork -related neck pain. I had neck pain issue for many years, and both chiropractic and deep-tissue massage therapies could only temporarily relieve the pain. Their therapists are very attentive and know exactly what to do to relieve any pain you are suffering from. I had an injury in the past and they were able to help me recover pretty quickly. I found a rare gem in a physiotherapist - Mr. Amiras Ghori ! I learned about this clinic from the articles in Polish paper, written by Dr. Tom Goralski, who takes initiative to regularly educate Polish community about the physical functions of our body, ergonomics and existing methods and therapies to maintain our body and to prevent and combat its physical ailments. Suffering from a severe pain of the leg (a sudden onset), I was unable to make more than three steps. Within two days it worsened to the degree that my foot was getting numb and I was in excruciating pain. I am an active person who loves movement and was always on the go. It was crucial to regain full function and ability to work. Although the clinic is rather far from where I live, after an informative conversation with Dr. Goralski (owner and Registered Masseuse at place), I was convinced to come for treatment. I was introduced to Mr. Amiras Ghori, a physiotherapist of a very calming nature, who assessed me thoroughly and on the spot decided to apply a certain treatment. Amiras stated that my body responded positively. It was the first promising comment towards my disharmonized body since the onset of the problem. I was assigned to a set of exercises which he clearly demonstrated. I was sent home with a task and a great feeling of coming back soon for further treatment and evaluation of how my own work contributes to my recovery. Consecutive sessions with Amiras have been bringing increasing improvement and flexibility and I am now pain free. Amiras is always actively treating the ailment with hands-on technique. My performance of exercises is evaluated, corrected, and steadily expanded. He knows how to persuade his patient to maintain one's own body. Amiras' approach to the patient exhibits active methods, immediate, concrete evaluation and explanation, all so important in building trust and an open communication between a specialist and a patient. I had completely lost all hope by the time I discovered this place. I had been suffering from low back pain for years (I'm 33 years old, very active and fit), and had been dealing with debilitating tendinitis in my wrist/thumb for almost a year after giving birth to my son (had gone to physio before, worn splints, got steroid shots, with no improvement). Amiras Ghori was my physiotherapist and he diagnosed me completely differently from how anyone else had. He provided a lot of knowledge and information (an incredibly informative 45-minute video), and with regular visits and by staying on top of my exercises at home, within a couple of months both issues are almost completely resolved. I could not be more grateful. I have recommended Amiras to a couple friends already who are in need of physiotherapy. The staff are so friendly and very efficient. There's little to no wait time, which is extremely important for many of us who are very busy. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I came to this physiotherapy clinic in hopes of pain relief for my hip and I couldn’t be happier with the results ! Puneet and his wonderful staff did an excellent job with patient care and giving me hope for regaining full mobility in my right hip and both knees. When I was injured I couldn’t walk for 2 weeks and then struggled with crutches. Although after just a few sessions of PDTR, I was already feeling more confident in getting back to all of my activities. I thought the damage done to my hip flexor was irreversible, but now 2 months after my last session, I feel stronger than ever ! I was suffering extremely painful shoulder for several weeks, I was so worry that I may have torn tendon. After having Ultrasound and x-ray I was diagnosed with rotator cuff tendinitis. My doctor recommended for me to see a Physiotherapist or have steroid injection. So I went to see Physiotherapist Amiras Ghori at European Massage Physiotherpy Center. On the first visit he did a examination of my shoulder and he told me did not have Rotator cuff tendonitis. With some relatively simple stretches the pain began to subsided. After only a few visits my shoulder pain was gone, I highly recommend him, he is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Amiras Ghori at European Massage Physiotherpy Center. PS I also found the staff very friendly and helpful.

During my initial assessment by a very attentive physiotherapist, Amiras Ghori, the nature of my problems were clearly explained and several exercises were demonstrated. Had a massage here a couple weekends ago based on the reviews.. The massage bed was so uncomfortable and hard it was killing my chest. The lady giving me the massage didn’t put pressure at all. She said she was going to show me a few different stretches to help me but she ended up just leaving the room and didn’t show me anything. Overall it was a waste of money for me because i felt no relief.

I've been going to European Massage Center for over 15 years for their excellent massage services but only recently for their Physiotherapy services and I can say the physio dept is a detailed as the massage dept. I'd been having some debilitating back issues for a few months. Amiras was very detailed in his assessment, diagnosis and treatment, 4 weeks later my back feels great and I'm back to performing all my physical activities. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service from all of the staff ...from the receptionist to the physiotherapy assistants, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Amiras was my physiotherapist.... he took the time to get to the root of the issue and provided exercises to help. Amiras is a caring professional and very educated! I'm after ankle fracture and surgery. When I first came to physiotherapy (about 2 months ago) I was on crutches and wore an orthopedic shoe. During the month, thanks to the professional help of Amiras and his team: Kasia and Julia, I could walk without crutches and an orthopedic shoe. I started going to European Massage and I must say their knowledge and expertise is nothing like I have ever come across before. They provide you with exercises, workshops and knowledge that goes beyond just the initial treatment itself, it provides you tools for you to live your best life. They are generally concerned about your overall well being and treat every injury/strain/muscle pull with the utmost professionalism. You genuinely leave feeling better than you came. This clinic provides great physio and massage services. My entire family (including elderly parents) has been using the clinic for last 6-7 years. Amiras is awesome and caring. His treatment method is very effective, I always feel relief after the very first session whatever the issue is. Puneet is another great addition to the team, Joanna is a very experienced RMT and highly energetic. She tries different techniques and makes you feel comfortable. As a runner, I have had numerous aches and pains from tight calves and hip flexors, to plantar fasciitis and shin splints. Through regular massage, including cupping and Graston, I have been able to train for my next marathon without any major issues. So happy to have been referred to European Massage!

This is the best clinic I have ever been. I tried 3 before. Following my car accident I was very hesitant to do anything. I did not want to participate in any activities. The team at European Massage & Physiotherapy taught me about doing the right exercise at the right time and I was really happy they took the time to help comfort me. The massage therapy was especially excellent. They really did an excellent job. The clinic inside is nice and clean. The staff are friendly, welcoming and attentive. I went to to European Massage center with my year old shoulder pain Went to many places and also had injections but no help, but the physiotherapist Puneet treated me and my pain is gone. I am so thankful to all the staffs and aspecially Puneetfor giving me relief from pain. I highly recommend this center.

I come here every now then when my back acts up. They are responsive to where I say it hurts and I walk out feeling a million times better. If you sit at a desk all day or break your back in manual labour, this is the place that will fix you.

I came to this physio Clinic as a referral from a family member. I had a bad high ankle sprain and pain in my wrist from soccer. I was eager to get back to playing. Puneet the physiotherapist there did a Fantastic job and would recommend him to anyone. He got me back to having no pain in just a month. The amount of knowledge he has and strives to really make sure all his patients are leaving painless and satisfied. The staff there is amazing. They will always take the extra time to make sure that you got your full treatment and are feeling better. Definitely the best clinic in the GTA. Can't thank you enough. Keep doing and Amazing job!!
