1st visit there on Saturday and booked with Martin! Awesome guy! The place was clean and decent. The room was cozy and temperature was set perfectly, it was not too hot or too cold. Also the bed was heated! Much needed this time of the year. Martin was good with addressing my concerns. I felt like my back and shoulders were on a cloud! I'm so happy I found such an amazing place to get the massage I've been searching for. From the moment you walk in, ELMNT massage has a spa like feel. It is a relaxing and clean place and the massage rooms are immaculately clean and dimly lit to make you feel relaxed. I highly recommend Martin. He gave me a deep tissue massage working out all my knotted muscles and kinks, leaving me feeling renewed with no stiffness or soreness. Martin located all my sore and stiff areas and spent time on all the areas on my body that needed it. He is very professional, yet very compassionate and caring with his clients. I have tried many therapists in the area and find ELMNT my favourite. Martin and Caterina are the two therapists I regularly use. I love that Caterina has morning availability and can easily be booked online, even the day of! Regardless of how last minute I book, she’s always ready for me when I arrive. The little “extra” reasons I prefer ELMNT to other places: 1. Caterina & Martin massage you for the FULL time. Unlike many other places that take minutes away to “prepare”, Caterina & Martin are hands-on for the total amount of minutes you purchase. 2. I do not like to chit-chat during my massages and often feel awkward telling the therapist this. At ELMNT, they always ask if I would prefer a silent massage prior to beginning. This small gesture alleviates a lot of stress for me. 3. CLEAN and scent free! 4. Free parking right outside the front door.

My wife and I have been going to ELMNT for a year now and they are by far the best RMTs I have ever had. The treatment quality is consistent across all of their staff. No matter who I have an appointment with, I can always trust them to relieve my aches and pains. Plus, the rooms are always spotless, the staff is extremely friendly, and each RMT makes you feel like you are their most important client every time you visit. I had an excellent pre-natal massage with Martin. This was my first time having a pre-natal massage so I wasn't sure what to expect. The set-up was extremely comfortable (I was given the opportunity to lie facedown using a specialty pillow), the facility felt calm, clean, and COVID-safe, and the massage itself was fantastic. As soon as I got home I booked my next appointment!

Martin is absolutely fantastic; he's professional, he knows exactly what pressure point or parts of the body needs attention to, he gives you your full minutes booked, his music is great, there is ample parking available, very convenient and the place is spotless, not to mention a nice cold bottle of water to quench your thurst and get rid of those toxins given to you after. Brought my daughter to a 6 year olds birthday party at a trampoline park, and things got a little buck wild. Needless to say I left with a shattered ego and some pretty severe whiplash in the neck area, when I woke up I couldn’t even turn my head left. I was unable to find any therapists with availability in Oakville, but felt like I struck gold when I was able to book with Katherine on such short notice. As a first timer, she made me feel comfortable and knew exactly which areas to target on my back to increase range of motion and relieve tension/pain in my neck. Her demeanour is very soothing and she is a highly educated professional in her field of work. Can’t wait to get injured again so I can go back!

Elmnt is the best! In few decades that I been getting massage therapy regularly I have visited many massage clinics once, and never went back. Elmnt has a easy online booking, friendly staff and mostly important amazing therapist. Being a 6'4 tall with 270 pounds man, and all life in sports and Martial Arts I need a deep tissue massage which is very hard to find. Martin is the best therapist that I had opportunity to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. After each massage I feel great. Stacey also another great therapist that I highly recommend. Unique style and magical hands. Try Elmnt and don't look any further!

I had been researching for a prenatal massage as my lower back pain was getting worse. All places I had been before during my first pregnancy didn’t really treat any issues and were focusing on a relaxing massage rather than treating my aching spots. I decided to visit this place based on the excellent reviews (even though it’s much further from my house) and I was not disappointed! Martin was excellent, and I can confidently say that was the best massage I ever had. It was the first time I was offered a specialty pregnancy pillow so I could lie face down which made a huge difference! I am so glad I discovered this gem and I will be definitely coming back. At the end of the day I could feel all the extra work he put at my lower back that I complained for and next morning I am already feeling much better. The place was also spotless and their online intake forms and COVID protocols made my visit a breeze. Free parking right at the front is a huge plus! Can’t wait to be back!

I always express this when I get massages but no one actually treats the issue. Stacy from ELMNT listened to my concerns and focused on my back, shoulders, neck, & head (and my face!!). I don't usually write reviews but felt I needed to after the amazing experience I had there earlier this week. I was days into an awful and sudden sciatic/low back pain to the point I was limping. I booked an appointment with Katherine who was so professional, friendly, and is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable in her work. I can book appointments online which is great, and the covid screening questionnaire was done online before my appointment so I didn't have to fill out forms once I arrived. All the therapists there are RMT's so I didn't have to worry if my benefits wouldn't cover a service depending on who I book with. Overall, incredible experience and I highly recommend! 5+ Stars!

Stacey Lee was very professional, and applied great pressure to relieve me of alot of tension. She was very informative and gave me great tips on what I can do to help myself out at home. She is extremely personable and was able to hold a well versed conversation during my massage (if you are into talking throughout), but was also very intuitive to when I didn't want to talk and she continued with the massage in silence. She continues to perfect and expand her breadth of knowledge in both naturopathic and medicinal interventions to holistically aissist her clients to their peek health. She also gave me the full 90 min massage, as some places have you fill out paperwork and subtract that time from your massage, they don't do that here - word of advice though, fill out their intake form online to better streamline yourself. I would definitely recommend Stacey for your needs.

ELMNT is officially my new RMT! I came here for the first time today and received the best massage I've had in many years. Since WFH started in March, my neck & lower back have become extremely tight. Now that things are reopening I booked an appointment with Caterina and she was fantastic. She provides a powerful deep-tissue massage that makes your muscles feel like they are recovering. One of the challenges in finding a good massage therapist is they work at clinics that offer so many other services and the RMT only comes in on certain days, which makes them difficult to book. ,Futhemore, they don't always provide quality treatment. ELMNT is not trying to be all thing to all people. It has a primary service-massage and it delivers it well. I hope my future visits with the other attendants are just as great!
