This place is really zen, the RMTs create a safe space for you to really relax and enjoy your massage. They have a lot of cool merchandise which I would like to purchase like the heavy blanket. In all I am glad I found this place and I would continue to return !

I have been going to By the lake massage for a few years now. I typically always go see Alex, she is my go to RMT. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is amazing. Just when I though she couldn't get any better she does!! I don't know how it's possible but she does. She is so in tune with her clients and knows exactly what to do without having to tell her. I recently moved to Stoney Creek and will without a doubt drive out to her, that's how good she is. Honestly the best RMT I have come across. A true GEM! Not to mention the entire Wellness Centre has such a unique and calming feel. Love going here.

Hello, I have visited your facilities a few times now. I was booked with Alex Quon. I was completely and utterly impressed with her. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and experienced. She helped my body relax and gave me recommendations on useful items to assist with body pain. She took her time with me. She understood and provided fantastic service. I trust her. One of , if not the best massages I've had. I've had much massage in my life and Amanda has a great balance of deep tissue, nuturing, and relaxing. I come out of there feeling refreshed, and completly relaxed. She has an intuitive sense and can find the problem areas/blockages without being told where to go. I have had chronic low back and shoulder issues and she has addressed both, knowing intuitively when to go deep and when to be soft. I highly reccomend her if you want a professional massage that is both therapuetic and relaxing,thank you.

Not only did she make me feel like myself again, but she was calming, gentle, easy to talk to, and the massage was just what I needed. I was finally able to sleep that night after many sleepless nights and have taken into consideration all of the tips she gave me to help me feel better. I can't wait to go back soon! Just had a wonderful massage with Nicole! Went in with a headache and came out feeling much better. Nicole has a very smooth, flowing style of massage that feels great. Her vibe is also very calm and there is something about her treatment style that has a warm, soothing feeling to it. The clinic also has a cute little hippy dippy boutique where they sell various things. I bought some sage and a gel heat/ice pack (they have different sizes which is very handy). Nicole is awesome…I highly recommend her!

Meh, ok, not great. I had a massage therapist by the name of "Lily." I've been to a number of massage therapists over the years and would rate her as average. The clinic is small and has a very 'hippy dippie" vibe to it. If you're into beads, yoga and that jazz, well, this may be the right place for you.

I had been having really bad muscle tension and soreness on my shoulder/neck/and collar bone and shoulder blade for a few weeks and was causing a lot of pain and uncomfortable feeling and was loosing some sleep because of it. Made an appointment in the morning and got in the same day. Very clean and comfortable place, welcoming and relaxing. I got a deep tissue massage from Spencer, he was amazing. Got right in there and literally massaged the pain out. No pain no gain as they say. He was very thorough and did exactly what I needed. I will definitely use him again. Great experience and he’s amazing with his hands and arms. Thank you Spencer. And thank you By the lake massage therapy on lake shore for fitting me in so quickly today.

This place is amazing! My whole family went to 3 different massage therapists, Erin, Nicole and Spencer. We all loved the therapist we went to! I had Spencer and no other massage therapist has loosened up my back in one session like he did. I would recommend this place to anyone. Haven't tried the hot stone massage yet. That will be next up.

Was recommended Spencer to treat my mid-back and lower back pain.
