I have been going for massage with Nittaya for several months. Every time is an excellent massage with lots of stretching and I come out feeling refreshed. They are always very caring and prompt in delivery of their services and the rooms are always very clean, Wish I lived closer so I could go more often, I had a recent visit and I think Nittaya is a miracle worker. Had severe back spasms and hip pain and after 90 minutes with her, it has all disappeared!!

I called in for 1 hour massage. Massage clinic asked for what time I would like to come in. I said 245. The woman on the phone told me if I can be in for 2:30 to fill out paperwork. And I agreed. I hung up the phone and I got a phone call from the Massage Clinic. They asked me for what time I want to book my appointment for. And I said 2:30, you told me to come in. And the ladie said were busy at 2.45 They really need to find somebody that speaks English. Better communicate with a customer

If you're looking for real deep tissue massage Thai massage from here will satisfy that requirement. It is definitely not like the other massage locations that pretty much just rub lotion all over you doing absolutely nothing about the knots and tension in the muscles. One thing I can say that needs to be improved on is the music they use in the thai massage room. They use this bird track that sounds like thousands of birds yelling back and forth. I would feel more relaxed if that was possibly changed to calming waves or gentle spa piano music. I'll edit my review of that were to change for my next visit :) Review update: music has improved!

I've been to many RMTs in the GTA, including those that specialize in Thai massage and Ariyo is by far the best experience I've had. The spa is spotless, beautifully decorated and has a warm ambiance. My therapist was so professional and thorough with her deep tissue treatment. I love this place and the feeling I have after each massage. The massage therapist is super nice and very skillfull. The whole experience is very enjoyable, from the music, the scents and the pressure over the entire body. The therapist use hands, feet, even elbows and knees and she also crawls and walks on top of your back - if you are not comfortable with this, you probably shouldn't go. I find all these methods very beneficial. On September, I went there for the first time with almost paralyzing pain in my back - 1 hour of this massage made my pain completely dissapear in two days. I revisited two months later, although I was not feeling the pain at all and the experience was equally enjoyable.

Went today for my very first massage and I must say that it was awesome! The atmosphere was great and the background music was very relaxing ???? I got the deep tissue massage n the lady that was massaging me the pressure applied the perfect pressure on my body and hit all the muscle parts that I wanted more concentration on. The only thing I wish they have is some sort of subtle aromatic scent along with the music. Definitely coming back soon.

Honestly one of the best massage place in GTA. I was in really bad back pain for more the 4 months and nothing was working for me. I was visiting my family doctor and a chiropractor every week but no improvements, all my doctor told me was that I need to relax my muscles and release the tension. Then one day my friend suggested this place. Right after the first massage session I felt so much better. I've been visiting this place twice a week for the past 2 weeks and it looks like my back pain issue is getting better with every session. I was gifted this on my birthday and I felt like a new man after getting a Thai massage here. They give you a form to ask what areas I wanted concentration on and how much pressure I wanted. I came in to get my back and shoulders sorted out and I opted for medium pressure. The one who gave me a massage went through the knots in the areas I specified. It was a first time I've had the muscles on my back stepped on, including my back of my legs, and it felt amazing. I was stretched in various positions and I could feel my body loosen up. Worst customer service by the booking agent! They cancel a few hours before the appointment and never apologized until you blew your horn. Perhaps a little courteousness and humility? They ONLY apologized when I told her bluntly that they NEVER apologized for their cancellation. You’d expect from businesses that the 1st thing they’d do is apologize if by any way they disappointed you, but this MISS is so proud and keeps on nudging me. Why is it too difficult for you to comprehend your customer, MISS? A day before the appointment, they‘re asking if I want to cancel...whoa?!? like C’mon if your clinic can’t make it, be professional and let me know early and straight! Then just a few hours before appointment, they sent a message informing me that the RMT can’t make it. They mentioned they only have 1 RMT and no backup plans whatsoever. BUT how come they are offering other times (on the same day) if they only have 1 RMT who is on an emergency situation at that time (MISS having a sick kid requiring treatment as what you said is indeed an emergency). The big fish (‘LIE’) is caught on the booking agent’s mouth. Pathetic! As I mention my disappointment, the booking agent came around with more unbelievable details of the supposed reason of their cancellation. A case of too much information over nothing really. This MISS even mentioned that I am the only one still with appointment on that day and so I might want to cancel too! So does your business have a policy that if only 1 customer shows up, then let’s cancel it all together?!? unbelievable! And BTW, the booking agent’s communication thru SMS needs major overhaul. They are offering this medium of communication but the person behind it has zero SMS etiquette whatsoever (try to understand what I’m saying here MISS). TRY at least TRY to sound courteous MISS!after all, you are working for the customers right? you always sound like we, the customers are working for you! At one point, she even said ‘If your time is very hard to arrange, Then pls look for another place that have more than one rmt on duty.’ Hhmmm excuse me? Like seriously? I bet you still don’t get what I am saying here.

Also, there is free parking at their new location which is a huge plus. Secondly, the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, “professional”… Just absolutely fantastic! The therapists are excellent in giving a great massage! Most importantly, they listen to your concerns! Great Thai massage! Not your traditional topical massage. I've noticed instant results, improved posture, breathing and flexibility!! Breathing is key during Thai massage as you will be stretched into positions which may not be within your comfort zone. Focus on breathing and nittaya will find spots you never realized was tense. She found a spot right in between my shoulder blades, it was the best feeling ever, other places also get the same spot, difference is nittaya deep tissue technique really relieves the tightness. I have yet to two try Mei, but will look to book her in the new year. Overall pleasant, different experience then most standard massages.

Stick to the masseuse you know or the well reviewed ones. I am a regular with Nittaya but she wasnt available and I made the mistake of trying a new one called Naya or Maya. She was great with her hands but when she started with her feet she was very off balance so was digging into my legs a lot. I told her a few times to just use her hands but she was adamant to keep using her feet and the result was the next day I couldnt even walk properly. Went to a physio after two days and found out she had bruised the tendon at the back of my knee and it would take a few days to fully heal. Its been a week and fortunately I am fine now. I wont make the mistake of going to anyone new here again and I hope they can at least teach their masseuses to listen to their clients since massages are different for everyone.

Erin was great. She is fantastic at deep tissue massage. My neck and shoulders in particular are looser than they have been in a long time. The clinic and treatment areas are clean and bright - a great experience all around!

Booked a 2 hour session with Nittaya and extended to 2.5 hours midway. I was greeted and welcomed very warmly the moment I walked in and immediately made me feel comfortable. From start to finish, she was very receptive and communicative to my needs and did an excellent job; even found areas of concern I had no idea were there. "No pain, no gain," she said after finding a tight spot in my leg so she's light on the humour too which I think is awesome. Book Nittaya and you won't regret it. I'll be seeing her regularly from now on, thanks Nittaya!
