Nicest staff! Beautiful cozy place! Corrado gives such a great deep tissue massage! He's not only helped me numberous times with the pain I get but he's helped two others I know. He's so knowledgeable!! He reviews where the issue is, gives an amazing massage and helps with stretches if need be. I recommend him to ALL! Fabulous person! So kind! Mathew is also soooo wonderful! Fantastic relaxing massage! Amazing and kind person! Also great stretching advice! Francesca is also such a sweet person! I adore talking to her when she's working reception. It's the ultimate treat when I go for visits as it's like visiting a family to me. Thank you isn't enough to say❤ Much love!

I have suffered with upper back pain that is completely relieved and relaxed after a massage, I leave feeling educated on my pain and given helpful stretches. I live with recurring injuries from an accident sustained in 2008. I have visited over 100 different massage therapists in several different parts of the world. The difference between an average therapist and a great therapist is the ability of the therapist to treat the cause of the injury while relieving the symptoms. Corrado and his staff are well known in Winnipeg as a group of therapists that can do just that, treat the cause and relieve the symptoms so that I can remain injury free, longer. I was told by doctors that I wouldn't run again. With the help of Intrinsic, I will complete my first Half Ironman this year. Total professionals and a lot of fun.

Have been going to Corrado for over 7 years and would never go anywhere else. His therapeutic massages totally relieve my chronic back pain with regular treatments. He and his staff are also a pure delight to visit and spend time with. Highly recommend!

Saw Matt, he was excellent! Definitely not a "spa" experience. I can't speak to the other massage therapist, but Matt is very much a medical professional who is there to help with your injuries and body pains. If you are looking for just a "feel good, relaxation" massage, this probably isn't the best place. But for helping with pain and injuries, good luck finding a better place! Thank you very much Matt!

My first and last time going there They won’t tell you that your check-in time and get-ready time are being charged as part of the full hour message, and still charge you the full hour $75 for only 40 mins message, and blame it for your fault of not knowing this Also, no matter how many times you spell your name, especially if it’s not a typical English name, they’ll get your name wrong :) For free parking, be prepared to do horizontal parking on a 60/km highway street

The massage therapists at Intrinsic Massage are very professional and knowledgeable in how to treat what is wrong with you!! I am a high level local triathlete that needs to be able to push the limits of my body and they help me with regular massage to attain my goals, without them I could not make it through the season!! Anyone would benefit from seeing the well trained staff at Intrinsic Massage.

Kaylee was great! She did an amazing job,I have low back issues. when i went to see her i did not know i had disc problems but she did an amazing job at loosening my muscles without causing any more discomfort or pain. I would recommend her to anyone with back problems.

Just had my first massage here by the owner and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. They booked me in within the same day, no waiting, professional place, good vibes. Awesome initial assessment that wasn’t counted towards my 60 minutes of massage. It felt good AND relieved my pain which has been an oxymoron for me in the past. 10/10 recommend!
