Every year I make the pilgrimage to WPG for camping adventures, after a 24hr drive from Ottawa my body was utterly desperate for some pain relief. Cue Emily! This amazing woman was able to not only receive some of the urgent pain, but by the end of our session I was I was loose as goose! While very professional Emily has a way of making you feel like an old friend, she is warm and the studio has a vibe of peaceful energy you just want to bask in! 10/10 going back every chance I get ☆

Emily was fantastic. She listened to what my issues were and tailored the massage accordingly. She adjusted pressure/position/etc along the way to make sure I was comfortable. I can't speak for Ian's massages, but he gave me a warm welcome upon my arrival. Great experience overall. I have already booked my next appointment!

Had a super excellent deep tissue massage with Ian this week and it was perfect; I like a lot of pressure and he was really amazing at figuring out how to fix my neck/back problems. They offer 30 minute - 2hr massages in 15 minute increments; it's nice to have those kinds of options. They also direct bill for insurance which is very convenient. 10/10, already booked my next appointment, do recommend.

I have been massaged by both Emily and Ian. They are both knowledgeable and want to help you feel better. They target problem areas and treat them as well as offer advice how you can stretch and help yourself at home. The location is nice and super easy to find street parking (they do have a spot in the lot as well). I have reccomended them, I will continue to reccomend them and use their services !

I have been seeing Emily for over a year now, and the new space on Sherbrook is great. It's is beautiful and very welcoming, has ample parking, and is always clean. Emily is knowledgeable, gives great massages, always listens to my cues, and provides me with feedback for stretching and strengthening at home. I also love the online system for booking, which makes it so easy to book or reschedule my appointments. I highly recommend IEmZen Family Massage!

Ian also sends me home with stretches to add in my healing, with I really appreciate. I am very happy that Ian and Emily have found their permanent home in our community!
