Then my personal experience with Dr Kersten was awsome, I can honestly say I have never met a Dr that cares about how you came to see him and figure out how he can help you. I have been seeing Erik (physio) for a long time due to a chronic problem, and recently, due to an acute injury, have also gotten to know Jordan (chiro), and I literally cannot say enough for the incredible care and support they provide at Pro Function. I'm never rushed or left waiting. I'm always met with genuine interest in how my condition/healing is progressing, and provided with thorough, down-to-earth (easy to understand!) explanations of what is happening with my body, and how the recommended course of treatment will help. In the past, I have seen other service providers at other area clinics, and have been turned off by high-pressure sales tactics, over-scheduled appointments, and care that didn't empower me with the understanding of what was happening or why...And can honestly say that I don't experience ANY of this at Pro Function. It's completely 'night-and-day' experience, and I'll never go anywhere else.

If I could leave a review for every single visit without being cheesy, I would. Kat Fraser is a magician. Me thinks she left Hogwarts to help out people like me. After almost 7 years of living with an injury that never really healed, she weaved her magic and helped me be pain free for the first time. Even better, she helped me understand what was going on with my body and involved me in every single decision. It's an ongoing process, but one that gives me hope after all these years. Honestly, Hermione's got nothing on her. The entire team is amazing, and I'm grateful for everything they have done and continue to do. They really do go above and beyond, and Kat is at the front line putting the patient above everything else. Worth their weight in gold. No, I didn't get paid to do this review. Time and time again, Kristan Carvalho, RMT has saved and fixed my mobility restrictions. Was in shear pain the past few days, she managed to fit me in and release me from the pain. So much so that I no longer have to wince when getting in and out of my car. Haven’t been this relaxed in a while and all thanks to Kristan. Worth the 2.5hr round trip.

This place is awesome. Dr. Jordan Kersten has always been good to us. This new location for his practice has a rustic edge that I find cool and charming. The clinic has done really well during the pandemic, opening up with well thought out procedures to keep things clean, sanitary and spacious for social distancing. Using furniture that is easy to clean, cleaning rooms after every patient, etc. I would definitely recommend this clinic. Dr. Kersten and his team help people to the best of their ability with their Education and Personality. Dr.Jordan Kersten has been my go-to Health care provider in the London area since 2012. Not only is he extremely professional, caring, and solutions-based, he also goes above and beyond with following up to ensure I’m feeling better. His goal is always to help fix my injuries/pain— not to have me keep coming back to see him:) He specifically helped me recover from a wakeboarding injury, where seriously injured my shoulder. A surgeon wanted to operate, but thanks to Dr.Kersten’s help, I am completely healed, without having had surgery. He has also helped me with strength training, having given me excercises/activities to improve my squat and deadlift, to help me get stronger in the sports I play. I cannot day enough good things about him— I’ve referred all of my family and friends to him, and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND him to anyone experiencing any type of pain or injury, as I know from experience, he WILL make you feel better, and provide you with preventative care to avoid re-injury. If I could have given 10 stars, I would have!

She has treated me and my family for a variety of issues including: pelvic floor physio, post operative rehab, sports injuries and post partum rehab. He spends time with patients to truly understand their problems. He is knowledgable and experienced. And he's got solutions to help relieve the pain and recover. He is not going to sell you a weekly visit scheme or promise you to treat cancer. He'll fix your injuries effectively, and give you practical advices on how to maintain and improve. I am also impressed how the level of care has not gone down one bit through out the years. Good job!

Kat is amazing! I would definitely recommend seeing her if you are experiencing any muscle pain or discomfort. She completely eliminated my hip and shoulder pain. She easily came up with a treatment plan that worked with my comfort levels (I was a newbie to Physio before and do not like massage). I broke and dislocated my ankle in late February. 8 1/2 weeks later in the thick of Covid, I struggled to find a physiotherapist to treat me. I came across Pro Function and they set me up with Kat Fraser. I could not be more happy with the treatments or the progress I’ve made.
