Always, always, always... ALWAYS appreciate the way this group of people just makes me feel like I am stopping by to see a group of friends, not just a patient in a hospital. They are all great and have definitely helped me feel better after epileptic seizures or just to settle the nerves down. Awesome place!

My MT was nice enough, but she talked the whole time. When I would fall quiet, she would ask if I was still with her. I felt obligated to keep up a conversation for an hour with someone I had just met. I stated that my primary reason for coming was to de-stress. Now, less than 24hrs later, the whole right side of my back is tight and painful. Taking a deep breath is difficult, and reaching for anything with my right hand is uncomfortable. Not a great experience for my very first massage. :(

Amanda is wonderful. I called on a Sunday morning to see if I could book an appointment for intense lower back pain that had been hindering me since the Wednesday previous. Not only did she book me same day, she stayed after hours to work on my back. She was informative, professional and so easy to talk to! She’s honestly one of the funniest people I’ve met in a long time. I’ve never been more comfortable being mostly naked with a stranger haha! Seriously, she made such a difference in the pain and I will definitely be going back! Highly recommend this office and even more so Amanda!

This place has become very incompetent and lazy at their job. I had an rescheduled appointment this week and requested a specific therapist that i had very good experience with because the last therapist i had was disappointing. on the day of my appointment i was told i don’t have any appointments (clearly the receptionist did not book me in). Before even looking into my name or file i was asked if this is the right place i had the appointment with? That’s how you treat your returning customers? what a joke!

I have been going to MTC for massage for well over 10 years. Staff are welcoming and friendly. My RMT is experienced and very professional. I don't take her talent for granted. She understands the impact of permanent injury, and provides an experience of overall healing. The team are responsive in scheduling and managing claims. The Centre is painted in warm, comforting colours and provides a calm atmosphere. I highly recommend it !

The RMT I had was very nice and calming, but the massage was... not great... It felt more like she was rubbing my skin than a massage. It felt very lazy. I left so disappointed, stressed and in more pain than when I went in.
