Need to scale down the cost for 45 mins massage. I Wish it shud be around 60 to 70 similar to other places and not 100 plus taxes for 45 mins. RMTs are professional. I am happy of the deep tissue massages I obtained. The IT CRM application needs an upgrade it does not hold recently visited records of non members unlike that of members.

Just being given the run-around by this place. Booked an apt for last Friday at 9:30am, they called and cancelled at almost 9am due to unforeseen circumstances. Ok. Life happens I get it. Rescheduled for tomorrow morning. They call today and cancel again because the same person who we are booked with is still off....is there no one else working in this place lol??? What a waste of time, would not recommend to anyone.

Great work on re-opening as safely as possible during the pandemic- all measures were communicated clearly ahead of time and well practiced by the two staff members I saw (the receptionist and my therapist). They still managed to be friendly, professional and welcoming despite the masks and the plexiglass.

Highly recommend James for deep tissue massage. I have been seeing James to manage neck and back tension over a year and he is phenomenal! Extremely professional and attentive to your needs and preferences. I tried 10+ massage therapists in London in search of a targeted and therapeutic deep tissue massage, and none have been able to help my tension and pain like James.

I felt like that lady is just oiling my body and rubbing her hands, when i went in , I thought it going to be good and i will have less pain in body but its just wastage of money, nothing changed, no muscle relaxation. Wastage of money and time! Specifically in my sheet i did mentioned that i have having pain in left side of back and neck, She almost wasted 20 minutes on legs, which was not required. She gave 2 minutes for neck, which had more severe issue. I dont know why this place have 200+ good reviews or i might be unlucky who got a wrong person. Please please take extra charges but at least give a proper massage, the massage which i had, i can bet i can do it more better than that at home!

Booked a surprise appointment for my boyfriend and I, and as we show up for the appointment I am told that his appointment is cancelled. Receptionist first stated that my boyfriend cancelled his appointment. I'm not sure how someone who doesn't know they have an appointment can cancel... So I told her, no, that is not what happened. I showed both my text message confirmation and email confirmation (the only two notices I received from them). She then said that the massage therapist who was scheduled didn't work there anymore, and so the appointment was cancelled. I'm wondering why this place doesn't tell their customers when their appointment is cancelled for this reason. Came to post a google review and found of that another person had almost the identical situation happen to them. Seems fishy to me. Really unimpressed with the service I received today.

Environment 9/10 Friendly staff 10/10 massage 1/10 I went in C/O of L sided neck pain. Now even though I asked for my neck to be done, I maybe got a whole of 5 minutes on my neck bilaterally. I left still in pain / woke up today still in pain. Not what I was looking for in a massage. Why she felt the need to stretch my ears and my forehead for 20 minutes I am still wondering to this day. Not a massage expert sincerely, just looking for a decent massage.

Situated in the heart of Downtown London. Pleasantly surprised that they were functional despite the provincial regulations. Impressed at the way they have implemented COVID protocols which gave me all the confidence to go ahead with my massage appointment with Ian, who did a splendid job at relieving the tension in my back muscles. The whole experience was calm and therapeutic. Was able to get their 60 minute“first comer” deal at approx 80$ which I highly recommend. They can bill it to your health insurance provider and so makes them all the more a recommended massage service provider if you live in London Ontario.

After reading the reviews for this facility, I was very interested in buying a gift certificate as a birthday present for my friend. I saved my money up to get him a one hour massage appointment and he was ecstatic when he received the gift. He booked his appointment but unfortunately could not make it due to a family emergency. I am extremely disappointed with the way this facility handled the situation, as they told him they could not do anything about it. Instead of being sympathetic for his situation and offering him another appointment, he was rudely dismissed by the manager of the place. Not happy with this place and I suggest you spend your money at a massage facility that genuinely cares for their customers.

I have got deep tissue massages provided by James Joseph. They have helped me with my back and right arm pains and have released the soreness of the muscles. Based on that I can say that James knows is an excellent professional and he is patient and focused on the places he finds the muscles are tight. You can feel pain in the muscles the very next day but after some days and some sessions more I can feel way better about my muscles issues.

Five stars for Cathy! I appreciate her extensive knowledge about muscles and tissue. She also suggests good stretching exercises to keep things moving. I can also highly recommend competent and calm Melissa Black.

UNPROFESSIONAL! My boyfriend had scheduled a surprise couple massage for my birthday. The surprise was ruined because an email was sent directly to me with confirmation of the appointment details for both of us. We showed up for our appointment and we were asked to provide are personal and health information but we had already been to this establishment and provided this information previously. While filling out the details again we could tell something was wrong. We then find out that my boyfriends appointnent was cancelled. The receptionist called the owner (Juliana) to find out what happen. The owner said that my boyfriend had called to reschedule his appointment with some other girl. How does that make any sense?!? Why would someone book a couples massage just to be split!?!? The issue was looked into further by the receptionist and was confirmed that the number that called to reschedule belonged to someone else. I asked the receptionist if I could speak directly with the owner (who was on the phone multiple times discussing the issue) but the owner did not want to speak to me directly, she said to email her. I normally understand that things happen but it was the way this was handled (lack of professionalism) and that nothing was done to rectify the situation at all. I will not be returning nor will I be suggesting this place to anyone I will also be filing a formal complaint. Response to owner: Why would my boyfriend call if he purchased the couples massage as a birthday gift for us to enjoy together! We live together and we do not have issues communicating, so had there been a change I would know and he would know as well! We have proof that our phone records do not have your number, my boyfriend walked-in to make the appointment. You made the change for the wrong person and you still can't admit it. You've done nothing to rectify the situation. You are very unprofessional. I will be submitting a complaint to the better business bureau!

It has been since "pre- pandemic" since I had massage therapy. I was needing a massage and was told about massage experts from a co worker ,and so happy and satisfied with that I took that advice. I definitely would recommend! Can't wait until my next hour massage (with Juliana )!

Sorry guys, but this review is going to be scathing, i booked an appointment online, confirmed via email and phone call the night before, cancelled by them 3 hours before appointment, i have taken time off work to get a massage and to visit my chiro after, if i had done this i would have been charged, are you planning on paying for my time off work, or the fact i can no longer get the treatment i need before my aging body is required to play soccer tomorrow, this is absolutely 100% unacceptable, you have multiple therapists, even if someone has to come in for an hour on there day off, basically my cancellation policy is the same as yours, so where is my money, no, ok scathing one star review it is. PS as i cant reply to the owners response i will put it here, i understand this RMT had a family emergency, look down two reviews and you will find a review 1 star in which there was a family emergency and you would not let her rebook free of charge, your policy must work both ways, your logic is flawed, you have multiple staff, dont make excuses, make it happen. No excuses for her no excuses for you. Please read your response to Simran C and i will answer your response with your reply to her. I too have a 24 hour cancelation policy as i put aside my time and profession to see you, cheers Rob
