Hajar is an extremely talented therapist. She takes time to assess your concerns and combined a unique deep tissue and stretching into the massage. She provides context to what she is working on and why areas hurt or are restricted. Afterwards she always reviews the treatment and prescribes exercises. I really feel I have a true professional working with my body and not just a random massage. I have recommended her to all my colleagues and sing her praises when I am done ???? she is the best!!

Hajar is absolutely amazing and extremely good at what she does. She does a lot of stretches in trouble areas and keeps you informed on what she is about to do to make you feel comfortable. Hajar is an amazing RMT and my favourite! I suffered from shoulder pain and went to another RMT who just gave me a “massage”. Hajar took the time to talk to me. To have me do exercises or range of motions for her to be able to really understand my limitations and to know exactly what the problem was. She also gave me suggestions and different exercises I could be doing at home to help myself. Only with her skill, knowledge and attention to detail do I feel better. You will find Hajar funny, caring and very personable. Hajar truly is one of a kind and sincerely wants to help! I would recommend her for all sorts, sizes and ages whether you have chronic pain or just need a relaxing massage. My mother has also been seeing Hajar now for years and like me won’t go anywhere else. Hajar is the BEST!!!
