Very friendly but she knows her stuff! Extremely helpful if you’re unsure of why you’re having pain/discomfort- she can get to the root of the issue

The online booking and massage place are very nice. I would recommend booking for a 30min massage before committing to a full hour. The massage style I received was not what I am accustomed too and very poor, I was basically just rubbed with biofreeze.

Highly recommend Jessica at this clinic! I was looking for an RMT through a google search, and I am so happy I found this clinic! Jessica carefully listens to you and works on your areas of need. She is extremely knowledgeable about massage and your body...seriously... I have learned more about myself in my three sessions with her than I have ever learned from any other provider!! She also provides homework (aka stretches specific to your areas of need to help enhance results). She also gives the BEST massages I have ever had!! The clinic is very clean and welcoming, and the administrative part of things was super easy! I have had 3 massages in the past 4 weeks and I will definitely be going back for regular visits!!

New to London was looking for a new massage therapist, it was a different style of massage from what I'm used to. I felt like a little bit more communication to the patient while moving their head around is nessesary, I found she was fairly rough when moving my head no communication what so ever to let me know it was happening.

Terrible!! This is the first time ever I wanted the massage session to end asap. It didn't relax me at all, rather made my muscles more tense. Just like another comment mentioned, I also felt it was just rubbing and not massage. It didn't give me any relief.

I really dont like writing bad reviews but honestly terrible massages. Went with my husband and he got someone who was talking the entire 1 hour massage. He was also so rough even after being told manh times to ease up the pressure. The lady I got kept doing the exact same move on my back with no variations. I ended my massage early because it didnt feel good or beneficial.

Andrew I believe was awesome had a good keen sense where the points of pain was. I needed to have it covered by insurance, and I felt rushed to find the details for them to process it on the computer, other than that I had a good appointment.
