I was referred to Elevation Wellness by a sports doctor. I have had multiple back surgeries and am awaiting shoulder surgery. Kiarra does an incredible job of assessing my needs and tailoring the massage to meet them. She is very professional and even more personable. Kiarra has provided the best therapeutic massages I’ve ever had! There is a noticeable difference after each massage. The setting has a nice calm, relaxing environment - the rooms are decorated very nice and are very clean and organized. The online booking system is simple and easy. I would recommend Kiarra and Elevation Wellness 100%.

Choosing to see James at Elevation was the best decision I could have ever made! Due to the nature of my injury (obstetrical brachial plexus injury/erbs palsy) I have attended physiotherapy off and on since infancy. Because of my past experiences with other physiotherapists I was hesitant (make that terrified) to start physio again despite my obvious need. Right from the first moment I was in contact with James he instantly put me at ease, not only with his extensive knowledge of my injury but also his concern for my entire well being. The very first session I saw James the pain in my injured shoulder/arm dropped from a 10 (I was to the point of losing consciousness) to a 3 and has kept dropping every session since. My pain is almost entirely gone (only get very mild aches now and then), my range of motion has increased dramatically to the point I'm regaining range of motion I lost years ago, and I can weight bear again! All this has happened since starting with James mid-october of this year. Everyone who knows me is absolutely blown away by the difference in not only my ability to use my arm more effectively to the drop in my pain levels. I could not have found a physiotherapist more suited to my unique needs. Thank you James for everything you are doing to help me and Stephanie for putting me in contact with James! Erica

It was my first time at Elevation and for the most part I enjoyed the experience. The massage part was great and any concern's I had were met, however I had a hard time relaxing and feeling that spa like atmosphere because for the entire 45 minute massage I could hear 2 men talking very clearly. Any noise outside of the room was very easily heard including other people's conversations and music. I will definitely still look into re-booking and see if this issue can be resolved because all of the staff members I met were very nice, welcoming and knowledgeable.

Krystal is amazing , I went with a sore hip I’ve had for years , she works hard to get to the spot and I have way more movement than I have in years, I can actually sleep on that side without pain , always had sore calves at back of my legs , umm not no more , she also gave me stretching advice and helped so much.
