I really liked the screen that showed where the therapist was going to work and what muscles did what. I now know what behaviour and habits caused me back pain after years of grief! Thanks!

Definitely ???? effective theraphy. Love how I could warm up my muscles in the sauna, which btw has an amazing atmosphere & colour theraphy. Chloe, knows her "stuff", I gave me exactly what I needed. For sure would recommend this place of true theraphy - good for soul and body. Everybody is so friendly and peaceful here.

They direct bill insurance which is an added bonus. I didn't get to try the infrared sauna but will next time. Will definitely be returning. Went 2 weeks ago, absolutely love the Infrared sauna, as well as the therapist was nothing but professional. The computer imaging showing the human body and all the nerves/muscles was very Interesting to see as well. Booked in again for today, can't wait!

I had my 2nd massage here today and I was just as happy as the first time. I have flitted around between massage therapists in the past because I was never entirely happy. I have seen Daryl Duda twice now and would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a true therapeutic massage. He was great both at working on the problem areas I mentioned as well as finding ones I didn't even know I had. He even took some time afterwards to show me some exercises to help with some mobility issues I've had in my shoulder ever since a recent surgery. 10/10 Will be going back.

You are welcomed by name when you walk in, and the clinic staff is so accomodating whenever it comes to helping with paperwork to booking appointments that fit your schedule. Going here will change every massage you've ever had!

My wife and I were new to town and therefore looking for a new massage therapy place. Effect had just opened up so we gave them a go. They have been nothing but great to us. Great service and great staff. They always remember us when we come in. A drink is always offered as well as the infrared sauna, which is complementary. The facilities are nice and clean. They do direct billing which makes checking out quick and easy. In the rooms you can select whatever you want for music from the wall mounted tablets with Spotify. All in all it’s a great spot to get a massage. Also Brian and the front desk is really friendly. The kind of guy you could just hang out and chit chat with. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed my first therapeutic massage at effect therapy, I found the RMT to be very helpful. He suggested a few stretches for some of my muscle tightness. The front staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I really liked their muscle imaging, made it easier for the rmt to explain to me what he was talking about. I also found out they have a complimentary sauna so il definitely be trying that out in the future. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I couldn't be happier with my experiences at Effect Therapy. The professionalism and expertise of the staff along with access to state-of-the-art technology - typically exclusive to world-class athletes and CEOs - is unmatched. The cryotherapy chamber and infrared sauna are game-changers. For anyone serious about improving their health, quality of life and happiness, Effect Therapy is a must. In addition to subjectively feeling better following cryotherapy treatments, I observed a significant increase in sleep efficiency (ratio of time asleep to time awake), REM sleep, and deep sleep following cryotherapy treatments. I also woke up with a high HRV despite high intensity workouts in preceding days. After years of ice baths and cold showers, the cryotherapy chamber appears to be far more effective (and enjoyable) at optimizing my recovery. *All data was collected and analyzed using a Whoop fitness tracker.

You get to enjoy an infrared sauna before your massage to warm up those muscles! I haven't had a massage for quite sometime. But after my experience today, I haven't felt so good! They also have cryotherapy coming in the new year. I look forward to my next visit!

Bryan is the best massage therapist you will ever see. He makes massage into an art form. You get beat up but somehow he makes it graceful. Beware though they have issues with benefits. After switching benefits and having to pay for three sessions out of pocket then a run around from effect to my provider I decided to try my benefits at a different clinic and they worked fine. Sadly I've had to switch clinics elsewhere because $80 per treatment is just too much for out of pocket. I definitely miss the pre-treatment sauna as well.
