Love this clinic! We thoroughly enjoy the side by side services. Alex provided a wonderful deep tissue massage. She picked up on my lifestyle habits solely from my body. Alex also identified a previous injury, that other healthcare professionals have failed to help with for years. Carolina was very friendly and provided an excellent service with techniques never experienced before! Very effective on a large man! Loved both of these women! Getting a massage here is always very relaxing and fullfilling! It is always clean and extremely welcoming, the staff always has a smile on their face which makes me very comfortable. Everyone creates a very welcoming environment while also being very professional. They have such a wide variety of different massages, staff to choose from and different prices which is very nice considering im a student who cant always get super expensive massages. Even the lowest end gives incredibly good massages. Highly recommend to anyone from people getting there first massage to people who want more options.

Excellent experience and service as per usual! I've had the privilege of working with three different massage therapists at this location and they have all been professional, friendly and willing to address specific concerns (e.g. migraine relief). I recently had a session with Ally and she was PHENOMENAL! So much so, that I had to write this review. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about her work, and I was shocked that after she worked on my shoulders, my nerve pain in my arm was significantly diminished! I cannot say enough good things about all of the staff at this clinic & I highly recommend anyone to book a massage with Ally. You will not be disappointed!

I have been going to 4 Elements for a couple months, and have been seeing Cydney. The front desk staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Cydney seems to stay booked up, and as a result, it is sometimes difficult to book with her. The front desk has been helpful with calling me when there has been a cancellation. Cydney has been excellent, and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. She asks important questions, and communicates well. I love the music she chooses. Booking is simple, and the text confirmations are a great reminder.

I had Kasia work on me when I finally decided to get a massage here. Honestly, phenomenal. I have bad neck and back pains, and this was one of the best things I’ve ever done for my spine and back/neck muscles. I knew it was going to be a positive experience, but I was surprised at just how beneficial it was for me. Even if you’re lucky enough to have avoided spinal issues, I would recommend Kasia to literally everybody and I’ll definitely be booking again ASAP.

The most recent massage I had was with her and I can confidently say that it was the best massage I’ve ever had in my whole entire life. She was totally intuitive to my body and I know I will make a point of seeing her again.

I have gone many places over the years to get massages primarily for my sore back but this clinic is exceptional! It's one of the few places where they actually honour the tick box on the intake form, which states I prefer quiet during the massage and they talk just enough to do an appropriate assessment. I've had massages here from Kasia, Alex as well as a couple's massage beside my husband (it was his first massage ever) and I haven't had a single bad one! My loyalty now is to this clinic with their professional relaxing atmosphere, direct billing for all of my insurances so I can walk out without a bill or receipt in hand, ease of booking (especially online) and the plethora of massage services that they offer. It is a clean and calming environment that everyone should experience.

I love this place so much. I started getting massage treatments about a year ago when I started working from home and noticed I started getting a lot of upper back, shoulder and neck pain. I have loved all of the massage experiences that I have had with Ariana, Kelly and Michelle. I regularly go for deep tissue massage treatments and Ariana is my usual massage therapist for these - she is so personable, funny and knowledgeable. Very peaceful, relaxing atmosphere as well, and I absolutely love the mint oil lol. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Some of their massage therapists are extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and they lie about patients to management and have the patients banned based on those lies and slander, treating a disabled veteran the way they have and blatantly discriminating against said veteran is dispicable at its core they should be ashamed of themselves, it is no wonder so many therapists leave that business to pursue other opportunities, i didnt believe it before when i heard about it from others but now i know it based on actual evidence and documents i have obtained that illustrate exactly what i have mentioned…this business hates veterans and its unprofessional therapists who tell lies and slander their patients behind their backs is beyond unprofessional, its disgusting and should not be worthy of these 4 and 5 star reviews, if this is how they act towards people who sacrificed so much for so little, then just imagine how they will treat everyone else

The massage it self was great. Gillian asked for my feedback and we receptive to my concerns. I would gladly be a repeat client. The front desk staff were also great and courteous, the facility itself has a welcoming calming atmosphere and there is lots of parking.
