Alyssa has been treating me for 2 years now. She is incredibly personable and professional, is so knowledgeable of her practice and uses many different tools and techniques to deal with my back pain. Whenever I have an area that’s causing me pain she focuses on that area and is always able to pinpoint where the pain is and works out all the knots. I always feel great relief leaving after a massage with Alyssa. Can’t say enough great things about her!

Alyssa is a wonderful RMT! Right from the start she really listened to what my needs were. She always has a friendly face to greet you! She is the first massage therapist to really pin point and zero in where the soreness is coming from, and you can feel the muscles relaxing as she works. She even went over and above to tell me stretches to do before I work to alleviate the soreness between appointments. I highly recommend her!

I have been going to see Alyssa for over 2 years now. I have been treated by many other RMT's before Alyssa and they never helped me like Alyssa has. I have always had issues with my back, neck and shoulders and Alyssa works out all of my knots and resets me perfectly every few weeks. I have had the pleasure of working with Alyssa now for just around two years. Alyssa has been a huge factor in my continued Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training, with a number of soft tissue injuries, general aches and pains and assisting with keeping my body loose and recovering, I have been able to hit the mats over and over knowing I have her as a part of my team, after all the quicker we can work through tight and sore muscles the quicker I am able to get back to training for my next Competition. Alyssa is quick to put you at ease with a contagious positive and happy vibe, knowing regardless of how much time has ventured between appointments she is right on top of what we worked on previous, jumping right into diagnosing what the current issue might be and quick to lay out a game plan for a speedy recovery.
