I try to go in at least once a month. My favourite massuseses are Victoria and Samantha. They both have a similar style of working the deep muscles to relieve tension. The staff is friendly and well organized, clean, punctual and sincere. I highly recommend but book early because they are high demmand.

I have been to Wild Sage several times over the last few months. Stacy has treated myself (and my boyfriend, who I referred from such great service). She is very professional and open to listening to my needs. I feel extremely relaxed and would be comfortable enough to tell her when if needed more/less pressure, although I find her treatment and pressure to be perfect. I walked in feeling very tight and achy, and have seen and felt changes to my neck, shoulders, back and body that I am very happy with. The spa itself has a calming environment, comfortable table, clean room with music that is tasteful and relaxing. I enjoy the new space with the larger room, very inviting to leave your daily stresses at the door and to enjoy the massage as you should. I have been beyond impressed and humbled by the level of service and attention I have received from Stacy, I will use my experience to refer others who are looking for this kind of service to Stacy and Wild Sage.

Shanay Valk claims to be a "professional" RMT - DISGUSTING!! Who knows if she is even a licensed RMT, she lacks very basic medical practitioner knowledge. Shanay Valk is a frantic, unorganized, unprofessional person and I would not trust her with my body or anything of importance. You would know from one conversation that she is all over the map! Her failure to stay organized is appalling and with the level of disrespect she has projected towards myself and another I know of, you would be absolutely mortified. She will be kind one moment, and then with no prompt, she will turn into a crass, angry, nonsensical beast. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WOMAN. Save your money and sanity and go somewhere else.
