The owners here were so friendly, knowledgeable, easy to understand and very genuine during all my visits, however after coming in for a set of follow up photos that were suppose to be emailed to me, they forgot. When I came in for my second set of follow up photos, I talked to them about the photos not being sent, they apologized and promised to send them as well as the second set I was there for. They still have never send either set, even after I called and left a message explaining my frustration over this. No call back yet either. They are friendly women, but the follow up has been very disappointing and I will not return, nor can I recommend them.

I highly recommend Thrive Wellness Centre. The staff are above average for service and so friendly helping you feel relaxed and comfortable, youll feel like you've known them personally for a long time. They're procedure for targeted fat loss really works!! Don't bother with freezing your chubby bits as I did, that doesn't work. Go to THRIVE WELLNESS CENTRE ask about theyre guaranteed fat removal system. I have gained so much confidence since my 2 treatments.... so impressed!!! Thank you both for your kindness!! Cheryl
